Internet services have become more complex and exciting in the context of the global economy than ever. The study aimed at defining the quality of customer service and its effect on customers. The methods of the study made use of the survey method. Thus, the use of quantitative primary data collected from the field. The method of non-probability sampling was also used. 150 respondents in total was used, and all 150 being customers. The 150 respondents was chosen by the use of accidental nonprobability sampling. The study showed that the connection between consumer and tangibility satisfaction was statistically significant. The study also showed that the combination of reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy has a major impact on customer satisfaction. Service quality therefore has a positive impact on customer satisfaction. It further stated continues network and connectivity failure recorded the High cost on data, wait long hours before being served, staff inability to support clients were some of the causes of customer dissatisfaction.

However, it is unclear that if and how contributors' prior actions and the responses they received from the community influence the nature of their future contributions. Drawing upon the Information Systems Continuance theory and Service Feedback theory, the purpose of the study is to examine the impact of knowledge contribution performance (KCP) on doctors' CKCB. Evaluation of social motivation, financial incentive and the moderating influence of expertise level (EL) provided further insight into the pathways that motivate various forms of CKCB.Design/methodology/approachIn order to better understand the CKCB of physicians in OMCs, the authors divided it into two categories: A_CKCB (active CKCB) and P_CKCB (passive CKCB). Information Systems Continuance theory and Service Feedback theory are adapted and integrated with empirical findings f...

Multiple cases with perspective similarity or above a predefined threshold will be used as the adaption cases. Secondly, on the decision rule set of the decision space, the deterministic decision model of the corresponding distance between the problem and the set of lower approximate objects under each choice class of the adaptation set is applied to extract the decision rule set of the case condition space. Finally, the solution elements of the problem will be reconstructed using the rule set and the values of the problem's conditional elements.FindingsThe findings suggest that the classic knowledge matching approach revea...

This study examines the interaction of social factors that influences tacit knowledge sharing, absorptive capacity, and project site performance.Design/methodology/approachThe data were collected from Chinese project-based organizations and examined using structural equation modeling (SEM) to test the model and evaluate the hypothesis.FindingsThe findings reveal that good knowledge governance and tacit knowledge sharing are essential prerequisites to boost the project’s absorptive capability. Furthermore, social dynamics favorably modify the link between absorptive capacity, tacit knowledge sharing, and project results. The findings are supportive of the proposed model in general.Originality/valueThis research addresses the critical issue of project knowledge management systems and ...

It also advances insight into the pathways for stimulating distinct aspects of innovation capacity by assessing the mediating effects of knowledge management (KM) processes and the moderating role of perceived organizational support (POS). Design/methodology/approach Based on the data gathered from 430 participants from 80 Pakistani manufacturing and service firms, this study used structural equation modeling to evaluate hypotheses in the established research model. Findings The findings reveal that CC positively fosters the KM processes and different aspects of FI. The results indicated the positive direct impact of KM processes on frugal functionality (FF) and frugal cost (FC) while insignificant on the frugal ecosystem (FE). This study found partial mediation of KM processes on the relationship among CC, FF and FC, but the K...

A fair amount of work has been done in the area of adoption across different fields of study in view of the antecedents of New Product Adoption but with minimal emphasis on the measures of adoption. The researchers adopted a cross sectional descriptive research design to measure new product adoption using beverage manufacturers and consumers in Uganda. The study used a sample of 210 beverage manufacturing organizations looking at both marketing staff and customers of those organizations as the unit of enquiry. Using Structural Equation Modeling, the Confirmatory Factor Analysis results indicate a good model fit for Acceptance and Usage as the measures of New Product Adoption in Uganda. The study recommends that manufacturers who are interested in evaluating the level of adoption of their products, need to consider the degree of customer acceptance and usage of the same products.

As a result, there is an urgent need to ensure that construction projects can recover adequately to survive potential surges or even potential epidemics. Therefore, this study aims to explore social capital by examining the effect/impact of knowledge creation on construction performance in the COVID-19 era.

Design/methodology/approach – A simple random sampling approach focused on Ghanaian construction firms was used. Completed responses were obtained and analyzed from employees who had tasks on sites. SmartPLS 3.3.3 and Statistical Package for Social Sciences v. 26 was used.

Findings – One key finding from this research was that construction firms with solid social capital built by their management staff are more connected and have better adaptive systems than firms with low capital. A
company’s development programs must concentrate not only on the development of targeted or selective know-how and professional abilities but also on capacity creating, collaboration and knowledge creation and
sharing among its employees.

Originality/value – Using this study’s findings, construction professionals can develop successful solutions to the COVID-19 epidemic and future emergencies. Additionally, the comprehensive exposition of the implications, constraints and preventive methods in this study may enable scholars to discover current gaps in the literature and investigate other elements of the pandemic’s influence on the construction industry.

Moreover, most construction firms aims at completing projects on time, especially with different projects at hand thereby neglecting the safety aspect of the workers. In most Ghanaian construction companies, adequate concentration is not allocated to the areas of health and safety and this has been a great problem over the years in which Accra Metropolis is no exception. To support in addressing this issue, this work planned with the aim to recommend strategies for curbing ineffective management of safety on construction sites. In order to achieve the said aim, the objectives set up include; to identify the possible causes of accident as a result of infective management of safety, to determine the level of accidents caused by ineffective management of safety at the construction sites and to identify strategies to curb ineffective management of safety at the construction sites. Survey questionnaires were administrated to five (5) major construction companies in the Greater Accra Region in which the data collected was also analyzed with the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) and the Relative Importance Index (RII) was also used in ranking. It was therefore revealed from the findings that poor planning at site, unsafe working conditions with others are some of the major causes of accident at site. In addition, falling victims was identified as the most serious level of accident on site. Construction companies should consider the need for special training for workers and also to create a group of internal health and safety monitory experts were some of the recommendations made.
