Hal tersebut mengakibatkan pendidikan Islam masih tertinggal jauh di belakang, untuk itu perlu manajemen yang dan tata kelola finansial pendidikan yang baik. This type of research is a causal associative population and a sample of 34 Auditor Functional Officials in the Regional Government Accountability Sector (APD) in the BPKP Representative Office of North Sumatra Province. The data collection technique in this study was a questionnaire. A method of data analysis using data analysis tests, classical assumptions, and hypotheses. The results showed that Competence and Professional Ethics have a positive and significant effect on the ability to detect fraud, while Independence and Professional Skepticism do not affect the ability to detect fraud at the BPKP Representative Office of North Sumatra Province. Innovation in education is currently growing, where the use of communication and information tech... more Innovation in education is currently growing, where the use of communication and information technology in education is a challenge for educators in the teaching and learning process. This study aims to produce teaching materials for the basic gymnastic model of hybrid learning namely combining teaching materials in print out and elearning. It is expected that the use of communication and information technology in the learning process through this product can ultimately solve the problem of the lack of learning resources for basic gymnastic courses, and the improvement for the quality of teaching and learning process for PKO students in the Faculty of Sport Science. The implications of this product help the lecturers to carry out learning in accordance with the demands of the KKNI curriculum. This study uses a research and development (R & D) approach that begins with a needs analysis. The results of this analysis became the basis for the preparation of teaching materials for basic gymnastics with hybrid learning models based on KKNI.

The purpose of the study was to know potential of local isolates of Bt in controlling mosquito larva of Aedes aegypti.Isolation of Bt was conducted from soil samples of Tongkoh Forest, Brastagi, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Bt spore and crystal protein were observed using compound light microscope and further using scanning electron microscope. Two suspected isolates were choosen based on their morphological and biochemical characteristic. Further identification was done using their 16S rRNA gene. To know Bt growth pattern in inexpensive C and N-source, Bt isolate was grown in culture media with molasses and urea as C and N sources. To assay on Bt isolate to control mosquito, larva instar 3 of mosquito were put in 50 ml of test media of concentration of 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50% of Bt culture in plastic cup.Observation was done after 24 hrs. Most companies have one simple goal: to attract more customers by offering a simplified experience. Supported by a fast and reliable internet network, digital technology is a catalyst for digital transactions to become a common business in Indonesia. Because digital transactions require an enhanced banking experience, the banking industry also conducts experiments by applying technology to support mobility and increase transaction speeds for its customers. As a result, digital distortion, accompanied by the fact that the number of smartphones in Indonesia shows an increasing trend of 30 to 50 percent per year, makes the National Pension Savings Bank (BTPN) launch Jenius. Jenius is a digital banking product that allows users to manage all financial aspects and conduct banking activities anytime and anywhere, all through the application on your smartphone. In this paper, we will explain the business models, strategies, capabilities, and unique values of Jenius that they offer to their customers, and how Jenius is a bank 4.0 model by implementing IT in their business. The results we found concluded that Jenius was the future of banking. Jenius eliminates the limitations of typical banking by allowing customers to carry out their banking needs from anywhere in the world. Other banks must start thinking of activating similar banking experiences throughout the digital landscape before they fall and become victims of rapid technological change.

The issue to be analyzed deals with in what financial sector the local areas initiatively find the revenue sources needed to implement their autonomy as a reflection of a decentralization-based implementation as stated in Constitutional of 1945. The method used in the research is based on the judicial-normative approach by applying the materials of primary law, secondary law, and tertiary law. This research additionally applies a normative-qualitative analysis. The establishment of Regulation on the Financial Proportionality in the post of reform shows a very significant outcome for the implementation of autonomy in the local areas. It is due to the local budget is not merely based on the local revenue but, much more than that, the local areas also have the budget resources originated from the local areas alone-that currently is absorbed by the Central Government.

The purpose of the study was to know potential of local isolates of Bt in controlling mosquito larva of Aedes aegypti.Isolation of Bt was conducted from soil samples of Tongkoh Forest, Brastagi, North Sumatra, Indonesia. Bt spore and crystal protein were observed using compound light microscope and further using scanning electron microscope. Two suspected isolates were choosen based on their morphological and biochemical characteristic. Further identification was done using their 16S rRNA gene. To know Bt growth pattern in inexpensive C and N-source, Bt isolate was grown in culture media with molasses and urea as C and N sources. To assay on Bt isolate to control mosquito, larva instar 3 of mosquito were put in 50 ml of test media of concentration of 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50% of Bt culture in plastic cup.Observation was done after 24 hrs. Most companies have one simple goal: to attract more customers by offering a simplified experience. Supported by a fast and reliable internet network, digital technology is a catalyst for digital transactions to become a common business in Indonesia. Because digital transactions require an enhanced banking experience, the banking industry also conducts experiments by applying technology to support mobility and increase transaction speeds for its customers. As a result, digital distortion, accompanied by the fact that the number of smartphones in Indonesia shows an increasing trend of 30 to 50 percent per year, makes the National Pension Savings Bank (BTPN) launch Jenius. Jenius is a digital banking product that allows users to manage all financial aspects and conduct banking activities anytime and anywhere, all through the application on your smartphone. In this paper, we will explain the business models, strategies, capabilities, and unique values of Jenius that they offer to their customers, and how Jenius is a bank 4.0 model by implementing IT in their business. The results we found concluded that Jenius was the future of banking. Jenius eliminates the limitations of typical banking by allowing customers to carry out their banking needs from anywhere in the world. Other banks must start thinking of activating similar banking experiences throughout the digital landscape before they fall and become victims of rapid technological change.

Berdasarkan rumusan masalah tersebut, maka dapat diketahui salah satu usaha pegawai kantor Samsat UPT Pangkalan Brandan melakukan himbauan kepada masyarakat melalui media massa, sedangkan hambatan yang dihadapi adalah kurangnya jumlah pegawai yang ada di Kantor Samsat UPT Pangkalan Brandan yang menyebabkan kurang cepat pelayanan dan urusan BBN-KB. The method used in the research is based on the judicial-normative approach by applying the materials of primary law, secondary law, and tertiary law. This research additionally applies a normative-qualitative analysis. The establishment of Regulation on the Financial Proportionality in the post of reform shows a very significant outcome for the implementation of autonomy in the local areas.
