Therefore, it needs great effort or supporting factors such as motivation, work dicipline and compensation in order to increase that aspects. Therefore, this research aimed to examine the efect ot motivation, work dicipline and compensation on employees' performance. The research was quantitative. Moreover, the data collection technique used probability sampling, in which all indiviudals within population either separately or in group were given the same opportunity to be sample. In line with, there were 56 employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, branch office Jemursari Surabaya. Furthermore, the data analysis technique used multiple linear regression with SPSS. The research result concluded motivation had positive and significant effect on employees' performance. On the other hand, work discipline had negative and insignificant effect on employees' perfomance. In contrast, compensation had positive but insignificant effect on empolyees' performance of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, branch office Jemursari Surabaya.
