Cubic Pythagorean fuzzy (CPF) set (CPFS) is a hybrid set that can hold much more information and ... more Cubic Pythagorean fuzzy (CPF) set (CPFS) is a hybrid set that can hold much more information and can be used to describe both an interval-valued Pythagorean fuzzy set (IVPFS) and Pythagorean fuzzy set (PFS) at the same time to handle data uncertainties. Based on it, the present study is classified into three phases. The first phase is to modify the existing operational laws and aggregation operators (AOs) in the article presented by Abbas et al. (Journal of Intelligent & Fuzzy Systems, vol. 37, no. 1, pp. 1529–1544, (2019)). The main objective of improved operational laws is to eliminate the flows and ambiguities in existing AOs. Secondly, based on these laws, various AOs to aggregate the information are acquired along with their requisite properties and relations. The present study is related to design a stochastic framework for the numerical treatment of the ... more The present study is related to design a stochastic framework for the numerical treatment of the Van der Pol heartbeat model (VP-HBM) using the feedforward artificial neural networks (ANNs) under the optimization of particle swarm optimization (PSO) hybridized with the active-set algorithm (ASA), i.e., ANNs-PSO-ASA. The global search PSO scheme and local refinement of ASA are used as an optimization procedure in this study. An error-based merit function is defined using the differential VP-HBM form as well as the initial conditions. The optimization of the merit function is accomplished using the hybrid computing performances of PSO-ASA. The designed performance of ANNs-PSO-ASA is implemented for the numerical treatment of the VP-HBM dynamics by fluctuating the pulse shape adjustment terms, external forcing factor and damping coefficient with fixed ventricular contraction period. To perform the correctness of the present scheme, the obtained numerical results through the designed ANN-PSO-ASA will be compared with the Adams numerical method. The statistical investigations with larger dataset are provided using the "mean absolute deviation", "Theil's inequality coefficient" and "variance account for" operators to perform the applicability, reliability, and effectiveness of the designed ANNs-PSO-ASA scheme for solving the VP-HBM.

The present study is related to present a novel design of intelligent solvers with a neuro-swarm ... more The present study is related to present a novel design of intelligent solvers with a neuro-swarm heuristic integrated with interior-point algorithm (IPA) for the numerical investigations of the nonlinear SITR fractal system based on the dynamics of a novel coronavirus (COVID-19). The mathematical form of the SITR system using fractal considerations defined in four groups, ‘susceptible (S)’, ‘infected (I)’, ‘treatment (T)’ and ‘recovered (R)’. The inclusive detail of each group along with the clarification to formulate the manipulative form of the SITR nonlinear model of novel COVID-19 dynamics is presented. The solution of the SITR model is presented using the artificial neural networks (ANNs) models trained with particle swarm optimization (PSO), i.e., global search scheme and prompt fine-tuning by IPA, i.e., ANN-PSOIPA. In the ANN-PSOIPA, the merit function is expressed for the impression of mean squared error applying the continuous ANNs form for the dynamics of SITR system and training of these networks are competently accompanied with the integrated competence of PSOIPA. The exactness, stability, reliability and prospective of the considered ANN-PSOIPA for four different forms is established via the comparative valuation from of Runge-Kutta numerical solutions for the single and multiple executions. The obtained outcomes through statistical assessments verify the convergence, stability and viability of proposed ANN-PSOIPA.

We develop a triangular neutrosophic cubic hesitant fuzzy ordered weighted arithmetic averaging (TNCHFOWAA) operator and a triangular neutrosophic cubic hesitant fuzzy ordered weighted geometric averaging (TNCHFOWGA) operator to aggregate triangular neutrosophic cubic hesitant fuzzy number (TNCHFN) information and investigate their properties. Furthermore, a multiple attribute decision-making method based on the TNCHFOWAA operator and triangular neutrosophic cubic hesitant fuzzy ordered weighted geometric (TNCHFOWG) operator and the score function of TNCHFN is established under a TNCHFN environment. Finally, an illustrative example of investment alternatives is given to demonstrate the application and effectiveness of the developed approach.

Since an aggregation operator (AO) is a significant mathematical approach in decision-making (DM) problems, this article presents some novel Bonferroni mean (BM) and weighted Bonferroni mean averaging operators between CPF-numbers (CPFNs) for aggregating the different preferences of the decision-makers. Then, using the proposed AOs, we develop a DM approach under the CPF environment and demonstrated it with a numerical example. Furthermore, a comparative study between the proposed and existing methods has been performed to demonstrate the practicality and efficiency of the proposed DM approach.

We define the linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic neutrosophic fuzzy number and operational laws. We introduce the three geometric operators including, linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic neutrosophic fuzzy weighted geometric operator, linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic neutrosophic fuzzy ordered weighted geometric operator and linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic neutrosophic fuzzy weighted hybrid geometric operatorl. The TrCHFEHWA operator generalizes both the TrCHFEWA and TrCHFEOWA operators. Furthermore, we establish various properties of these operators and derive the relationship between the proposed operators and the exiting aggregation operators. We apply on the TrCHFEHWA operator to multiple attribute decision making with trapezoidal cubic hesitant fuzzy information. Further, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the flexibility and accuracy of the proposed operators. Last, the proposed methods are compared with the existing methods to examine the best developing skill initiatives.

Das erste Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es die Ideen von Wielandt weiter zu verallgemeinern. Zu diesem Zweck untersuchen wir die strukturellen Eigenschaften der bereits in meiner MPhil-Arbeit eingefuhrten Verallgemeinerung. We define some score and accuracy functions of LIVINFNs are defined with a brief study of related properties. Moreover, we propose the geometric forms of LIVINDFWG, LIVINDFOWG, and LIVINDFHWG operator, which is called the geometric operators. Then, we present its characteristics and some special cases. Moreover, we put forward two new MADM approaches founded on the developed LIVINDFWG and LIVINDFOWG operators. Finally, a representative example is provided to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method by comparing it with other several existing representative MAGDM methods.

The intension of the present work is to present the stochastic numerical approach for solving Hum... more The intension of the present work is to present the stochastic numerical approach for solving Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection model of cluster of differentiation 4 of T-cells, i.e., CD4+ T cells. A reliable integrated intelligent computing framework using layered structure of neural network with different neurons and their optimization with efficacy of global search by genetic algorithms (GAs) supported with rapid local search methodology of active-set method, i.e., hybrid of GA-ASM, is used for solving the HIV infection model of CD4+ T cells. A comparison between the present results for different neurons based models and the numerical values of the Runge-Kutta method reveals that the present intelligent computing techniques is trustworthy, convergent and robust. Statistics based observation on different performance indices further demonstrates the applicability, effectiveness and convergence of the present schemes.

The paper aims to give some new kinds of operational laws named as neutrality addition and scalar... more The paper aims to give some new kinds of operational laws named as neutrality addition and scalar multiplication for the pairs of linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic neutrosophic fuzzy number. The main idea behind these operations is to include the linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic neutrosophic fuzzy number of the decision-maker and score function. We define the linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic neutrosophic fuzzy number and operational laws. We introduce the three geometric operators including, linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic neutrosophic fuzzy weighted geometric operator, linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic neutrosophic fuzzy ordered weighted geometric operator and linguistic interval-valued intuitionistic neutrosophic fuzzy weighted hybrid geometric operatorl. Finally, a multiattribute group decision-making approach based on the proposed operators is presented and investigated with numerous numerical examples.

In this paper, we define some Einstein operations on TrCHFS and develop three arithmetic averagin... more In this paper, we define some Einstein operations on TrCHFS and develop three arithmetic averaging operators, that is TrCHFEWA operator, TrCHFEOWA operator, and TrCHFEHWA operator, for aggregating trapezoidal cubic fuzzy information. The TrCHFEHWA operator generalizes both the TrCHFEWA and TrCHFEOWA operators. Furthermore, we establish various properties of these operators and derive the relationship between the proposed operators and the exiting aggregation operators. We apply on the TrCHFEHWA operator to multiple attribute decision making with trapezoidal cubic hesitant fuzzy information. Further, a numerical example is provided to illustrate the flexibility and accuracy of the proposed operators. Last, the proposed methods are compared with the existing methods to examine the best developing skill initiatives.

We discuss some basic operational laws of trapezoidal linguistic cubic hesitant fuzzy number and hamming distance of trapezoidal linguistic cubic hesitant fuzzy number. Furthermore, we develop Trapezoidal linguistic cubic hesitant fuzzy TOPSIS method to solve the MCDM method based on trapezoidal linguistic cubic hesitant fuzzy TOPSIS method. Finally, an illustrative example is given to verify and demonstrate the practicality and effectiveness of the proposed method.

Das erste Ziel dieser Arbeit ist es die Ideen von Wielandt weiter zu verallgemeinern. Zu diesem Zweck untersuchen wir die strukturellen Eigenschaften der bereits in meiner MPhil-Arbeit eingefuhrten Verallgemeinerung. Zu einer gegebenen Gruppe G wird diese Verallgemeinerung relativ zu einem Normalteiler in G definiert. Wir untersuchen die strukturellen Eigenschaften dieser verallgemeinerten Wielandt-Untergruppe und die Lange der verallgemeinerten Wielandt-Reihe. We define some score and accuracy functions of LIVINFNs are defined with a brief study of related properties. Moreover, we propose the geometric forms of LIVINDFWG, LIVINDFOWG, and LIVINDFHWG operator, which is called the geometric operators. Then, we present its characteristics and some special cases. Moreover, we put forward two new MADM approaches founded on the developed LIVINDFWG and LIVINDFOWG operators. Finally, a representative example is provided to verify the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed method by comparing it with other several existing representative MAGDM methods.

The intension of the present work is to present the stochastic numerical approach for solving Hum... more The intension of the present work is to present the stochastic numerical approach for solving Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection model of cluster of differentiation 4 of T-cells, i.e., CD4+ T cells. A reliable integrated intelligent computing framework using layered structure of neural network with different neurons and their optimization with efficacy of global search by genetic algorithms (GAs) supported with rapid local search methodology of active-set method, i.e., hybrid of GA-ASM, is used for solving the HIV infection model of CD4+ T cells. A comparison between the present results for different neurons based models and the numerical values of the Runge-Kutta method reveals that the present intelligent computing techniques is trustworthy, convergent and robust. Statistics based observation on different performance indices further demonstrates the applicability, effectiveness and convergence of the present schemes.
