Stunting, a nutritional health problem, has impacted and spread throughout the country, especially in Indonesia. The trend and target of reducing stunting have progressed but not significantly. Of course, there are still several contributing factors; therefore, specific efforts are needed to accelerate the reduction of stunting. Objectives: This study aimed to determine accelerated program efforts in stunting prevention using a cadre coaching approach in Medan City. Methods: This study uses a mixed methods approach that uses a sequential exploratory design through qualitative and quantitative analyses. The research was conducted on April 05, 2023, in Belawan Sicanang, Belawan Bahari, and Pekan Labuhan Villages. The sample taken by the researchers included 35 cadres. Data collection techniques used questionnaires with cadres who used a range scale. The statistical test for quantitative analysis used the univariate test to determine the description of cadre coaching on the running of the stunting program. Results: The results of the data taken directly by the researcher through a questionnaire instrument based on the Medan Mayor's Regulation (PERWAL) on Stunting Prevention Configuration in Medan City found that from the indicators of accelerating stunting prevention with a cadre coaching approach in Medan City, there were still cadres who had not participated in training on health promotion efforts related to stunting (25 %) and those who had participated in training (75 %). Conclusion: There is a relationship between cadre training and health promotion in reducing stunting.

The results showed that the average patient was still in the dissatisfied category (mean = 150.79), the Spearman rho test stated that there was a relationship of all variables with the quality of inpatient health services p <0.05 with the highest correlation direction of 0.540 in the fairly strong category , Partially patient satisfaction has a value of t = 3.442 and has a coefficient value of 0.201, if there is an increase in patient satisfaction of 0.1%, the quality of inpatient health services will improve by 20.1%. This study concludes that constantly at 13.6% and simultaneously (F=34.835) influences the quality of inpatient health services, leaders and health human resources work together to build even better health services to improve service quality.

The objectives of the study was to look at the effect of workload, work stress, job satisfaction on work motivation on nurses: a systematic review. The research method used is systematic review to synthesize research results that are qualitative descriptive, with meta synthesis. The results of the study obtained a value of thitung X2 of 11,494 > 1,993 or α = 0.05, where sig = 0.000. In accordance with the hypothesis testing criteria that H0 is rejected and H3 is accepted, it means that the workload variable has a partially significant effect. There is a partial effect of work stress on the performance of nurses in Bali Provincial Hospital namely Pyx2 =-0.533 with a p-value of 0.000 smaller than alpha (α) = 0.05. Ability (X1) has a significant influence on patient care (Y) when the nurse's work motivation (X2) remains (t calculated ≥ than the table t, 13,305 ≥ than in 1,907. In conclusion, the burden, satisfaction, and stress of work simultaneously have a significant effect for on the motivation of the nurse's work variable. Advice for agencies, to provide adequate rest time, as well as a reduction in shift hours to nurses so that there is no stress at work.
