Many design techniques to help interdisciplinary design actions in different engineering domains in addition to consequent processes have to be developed. A necessary job to achieve this aim is to permanently investigate the present state of the art, emerging trends, new approaches, in addition to industrial problems and requirements about the entire CAD/CAM area. With the aim of direct future research and development activities as close as possible to the continuously rising requirements of a worldwide market we carried out a wide-ranging national study in cooperation with one of the Germans leading CAD/CAM magazines. In this way, it became possible to reach a representative amount of users, to obtain their experience based assessments on today's most important aspects of CAD/CAM technology. The results of this examination are summarized in this paper to give system developers, engineers, and researchers and overview of the present condition as well as to serve as a direction for decision makers in the Design and Development areas in the modern manufacturing technologies.

The purpose of the study is to explore the knowledge base or the ideology about effective instructional leadership among the principals and with this ideology how they practice their instructional leadership on student achievement. The study also want to investigate is there any changes on principals instructional leadership practices due to the astonishing impact of ICT and globalization. This study is hoped to be able to assist the principals in reevaluating the strengths and weaknesses of their instructional leadership practices so that not only can increase student achievement in Malaysian Education System but also increase in global standard. The methodology is a qualitative study in which interviews were conducted with 3 purposive principals in Seremban district. Result indicated that purposive principals were understood instructional leadership as synonymous with clear vision and goal, be a role model, classroom supervision, supporting and listening but they not elaborated about school climate. However their goal and vision is not toward globalization but still answerable to the system of exam-oriented and lacking of culture on learning and professional behavior which been too long in Malaysian society.

Countries with higher and better levels of skills adjust more effectively to the challenges and opportunities of world of work. As india moves progressively towards becoming a 'knowledge economy' it becomes increasingly important that the country should focus on advancement of skills and these skills have to be relevant to the emerging economic environment. Globalization, knowledge and competition have intensified the need for highly skilled workforce in both the developing and developed nations as it enables them to accelerate their growth rate towards higher trajectory. For india, skill development is critical from both socioeconomic and demographic point of view. Therefore, the present paper attempts to study the present skill capacity, challenges in front of skill development initiatives in india along with their solutions. The skill capacity has been assessed in the form of general education and vocational training level of the indian workforce. The study also found that both the government and its partner agencies have undertaken various measures/initiatives for the effective implementation of the skill development system in the economy, but still faces a number of unresolved issues/challenges that need immediate attention of the policy makers. Hence, skill development initiatives of the government should focus on these obstacles and develop the programs accordingly to resolve these hurdles for the complete success of the skill development initiatives.

major role to secure the data from various
potential attackers. While publishing collaborative
data to multiple data provider’s two types of
problem arises, first is the outsider attack and
second is the insider attack. Outsider attack is by
the people who are not data providers and insider
attack is by colluding data providers may use their
own data records to understand the data records

resolved by using different approaches as mprivacy,
a technique that guarantees anonymized
data satisfies a given privacy constraint against
any group up to m-colluding data providers.
Second, Heuristic algorithms take the advantage of
equivalence group monotonicity of privacy
constraints as well as adaptive ordering methods
for efficiently checking m-privacy given a set of
records. The Data provider uses anonymization
algorithm with adaptive m- privacy checking
strategy is to ensure more utility as well as mprivacy
of anonymized data with efficiency. Privacy
for collaborative data publishing can be further
enhanced by combining techniques of m-privacy
with Slicing techniques. And security can be
enhanced effectively by using secure protocols as
trusted-third party (TTP) or secure multiparty

DNA microarray technology is used for the study of large number of genes simultaneously, which helps in determining the expression levels of the genes. Gene selection using high dimensional gene expression data is foremost and imperative for prediction and classification of disease. This gene expression data can be shown in the form of matrix and usually contains irrelevant, redundant and noisy data, so the study and analysis of data becomes very problematic. The prime purpose of feature selection approaches is to remove the curse of dimensionality, improve the performance and accuracy of classification and clustering algorithms by the elimination of these irrelevant features and reduction of noise. This paper explains the taxonomy of feature selection methods stating their respective pros and cons. It also presents a review on few feature selection approaches, mainly those that have been proposed over the past few years.

It takes place through an Android Application. The operation includes the opening and closing of the crossing gate. It involves manpower which may be lead to accidents at the crossing gate. The proposed system erases the involvement of humans which are normally placed at level crossing. It involves operation of opening and closing of gate through android. The operation is controlled by an Android Smart phone or a tablet. When the train is nearby the level crossing the command of closing the level crossing gate is given from the android device. This command will be given to the microcontroller, which gives output signal to the motor and it is switched on to close the gate. Then for gate opening, other command is given to motor through microcontroller with help of motor driver IC. Here Microcontroller of family 8051 is used where the command from android application acts as an input to it. The gate operation is performed based on the output received from microcontroller. The status of gate operation i.e. open or closed is known through a LCD display which is connected to microcontroller.

Women are at the core to the agenda of mainstreaming and thus various efforts have been initiated for empowering them. Among those various steps, gender budgeting emerges as a naïve step for mainstreaming. Gender budgeting is a methodological intervention to mainstream women within the macroeconomics. India has adopted gender budgeting and institutionalized the process (at the union level) since 2005-06. Though, gender budgeting calls for looking both at qualitative and quantitative aspect but India has categorically focused on the quantitative aspect. But the present work argues that despite focusing on the quantitative aspect, the trends of gender budgeting are disturbing to note. The trends of some of the major schemes under Ministry of Women and Child Development are analysed which reveals that the share of allocation has increased if see them in vacuum but if we see in comparison to the overall budgetary allocations and ministries total allocation, their share has decreased. Noting this irony is important as it shows the political commitment of the state.

The leaves fold inward and droop when touched or shaken, defending themselves from harm, and reopen a few minutes later. The species is native to tropical America, but is now a pantropical weed. A study was conducted at Mizoram University campus, Aizawl, Mizoram, India. This work is an attempt to study the influence of Mimosa pudica L. plant on soil biological characteristics and physico-chemical characteristics. In the present study, the experiment has been designed in order to assess the effect of the plants on soil fertility by collecting four different samples of soil viz. finely excised pieces of Mimosa pudica + Barren Soil (M+B), fresh soil sample from barren (BR), rhizosphere soil of Mimosa pudica L (MM) and soil sample from barren site without of Mimosa pudica L. plant which is noted as Control Soil (CTRL). These different soil samples collected have been examined by undertaking different biological and physico-chemical analysis. The results indicated that the addition of raw finely excised pieces of Mimosa pudica L. plant enriched the soil fertility level in terms of biological and physico-chemical characteristics of soil.

Antenatal period , intrapartum period and perpeurium can be complicated by aggravation of a preexisting illness, complications of the delivery-the pregnancy itself leading to severe maternal morbidity necessitating ICU/HDU admission. AIMS AND OBJECTIVES: 1) To determine the incidence of obstetric ICU admission. 2)To find out common indications of obstetric ICU/HDU admission. 3)To study the interventions required and duration of ICU stay. 4)To study the outcome of obstetric patients admitted to ICU. MATERIALS AND METHODS: It is a observational retrospective study of 65 obstetric and immediate postpartum patients , aged between 18 – 40 years admitted in obstetric ICU of NIMS hospital , Jaipur from a period between 1 st jan 2014 to 30 th jan 2015. RESULT : out of 3600 obstetric admissions during the study period , 68(1.8%) patients were admitted in ICU. The most common indication for ICU admission was obstetric haemorrhage in 27 (39.7%) patients Of which postpartum haemorrhage topped the list in 12 (17.6%) followed by ectopic in 6 (8.8%). Hypertension was seen in 11 (16.17) patients. The mean length of stay in ICU was 5.6 days. maternal mortality was 5.8% of patients admitted in ICU. CONCLUSION: obstetric haemorrhage leading to haemodynamic instability remains the leading cause of ICU/HDU admission. so critically ill obstetric patients require a team approach of the obstetricians, anesthesiologists and intensivists for the optimal care and better outcome.

The predefined aim of the study was to analyze the affects of AD on the quality of life (QOL) of children or adults and to recognize the most affected areas of a patient's life. QOL is an expansive concept and covers various dimensions of the human life that deals with the understanding of impacts that a disease can have on the QOL of an individual. It also tries to comprehend the outcomes associated with the treatment of patient and the burden of disease. Currently, the awareness regarding the measurement of QOL has augmented, as it would be helpful for the physicians to have awareness regarding the patient's views about their illness and its impact on their wellbeing. In order to understand the impact of AD on the patient's life and to understand whether the QOL of the public differs from that of the AD patient, evaluation of the QOL is imperative in the clinical field. The research in this regards is mandatory to make better decisions regarding resource allocation in dermatology to prevent it from suffering the consequences of lack of knowledge. Life threatening conditions as well as social and psychological consequences of this disease has not been documented yet, but information regarding its impact on QOL will be helpful in overcoming this disease.

This effect has been studied by varying the relative amounts of MgCO 3 and CaCO 3 .The Abrasion index and Shatter index are found to deteriorate slightly with increasing CaCO 3. The rate of Calcination gradually reduces with time. Interfacial chemical reaction is identified as the rate controlling step. The Activation energy is calculated from the slope of the plot 1-(1-f) 0.5 vs time, where f is the extent of Calcination. At high temperatures (1473 K), a greater contribution from diffusion is felt due to a little deviation from linearity. Depending on the composition, the Activation energies vary between 169.49 and 225.77 kJ/mol. CaCO 3 is found to raise the apparent activation energy, E. The average increase in the activation energy is found to be 1.309 kJ/mol per unit mass % increase in CaCO 3 .

Without effective usage of foreign investment inflows, however, foreign investment also brings side effects (e.g., environmental damage). Good foreign investment policy and its effective implementation could increase benefits and decrease side effects of foreign investment in the host country. This research aims to analyse the factors affecting foreign investment policy implementation effectiveness in Mongolia based on foreign investors' perceptions. The study is important given the practical benefits that the Mongolian government can realise by improving the country's foreign investment policy. The statistical data for this paper was collected through mail surveys and telephone interviews, while SPSS statistical analysis package was used for data analysis. Four factors that determine foreign investment policy implementation effectiveness are considered in this study. The findings of this study suggest that foreign investment policy would be implemented effectively if either foreign investment policy's objectives and standards were clearly defined or related agencies' capacities were improved for implementing foreign investment policy or foreign investors were recieved better quality of public services or foreign investors were ready accept or follow rules and regulations for implementing foreign investment policy. Also, the findings of the current study suggest that the higher quality of public service and foreign investors' willingness for following rules and regulations of foreign investment policy. Furthermore, the findings of the study revealed that the most important factor for increasing effective implementation is capacity of implementing agency, followed by clarity of policy objectives and standards which also increases foreign investors' compliance with implementation regulation.
