Kajian ini membahas tentang tata kelola smart city dalam perspektif collaborative governance deng... more Kajian ini membahas tentang tata kelola smart city dalam perspektif collaborative governance dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis peran kolaborasi lintas sektor dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam mencapai pembangunan kota pintar yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif. Pertama, artikel ini menjelaskan karakteristik smart city yang meliputi penggunaan teknologi digital, infrastruktur terhubung, dan pengumpulan dan analisis data yang cerdas. Kajian ini juga menjelaskan hubungan antara collaborative governance dan smart city. Collaborative governance memungkinkan kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, masyarakat sipil, dan masyarakat umum dalam proses pengambilan keputusan, perencanaan, dan implementasi inisiatif smart city. Keuntungan dan manfaat collaborative governance dalam konteks smart city, termasuk inovasi teknologi, pelayanan publik yang lebih baik, dan peningkatan partisipasi masyarakat, juga dianalisis. Kesimpulan dari artikel ini menekankan pentingnya collaborative governance dalam mencapai tujuan pembangunan kota pintar yang inklusif, berkelanjutan, dan berorientasi pada pelayanan publik yang lebih baik. Artikel ini memberikan wawasan yang mendalam tentang tata kelola kota pintar dalam perspektif collaborative governance, memberikan dasar yang kuat untuk pengembangan strategi dan kebijakan yang lebih efektif dalam membangun kota pintar yang berkelanjutan dan inklusif.

Membangun birokrasi yang responsif ditengah krisis kepercayaan publik terhadap pelayanan birokras... more Membangun birokrasi yang responsif ditengah krisis kepercayaan publik terhadap pelayanan birokrasi menjadikan tuntutan begitu besar bagi pemerintah untuk terus melakukan inovasi dalam pelayanan publik. Membangun birokrasi dan sistem pelayanan yang begitu rumit dan panjang membuat birokrasi di Indonesia banyak 'dihindari'. Berbagai inovasi telah dilakukan seperti adanya sistem pelayanan terpadu satu pintu dan sistem pelayanan terpadu satu atap. Meskipun regulasi ini memberikan dampak terhadap pelayanan publik di beberapa daerah. Namun, masih saja menyisahkan berbagai persoalan. Oleh karena itu penggunaan teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) dalam pelayanan publik sebaiknya ditingkatkan. Ini disebabkan berbagai lembaga pemerintah atau instansi setengah hati membangun sistem teknologi informasi. Padahal berbagai data memperilihatkan begitu pentingnya untuk penggunaan internet di berbagai daerah khususnya dikota-kota besar seperti DKI Jakarta. Oleh karena, itu akan diuji kembali komitmen dan kosistensi pemerintah dalam membuat keputusan atau kebijakan yang bisa membuat publik akan merasa mudah dalam menggunakan pelayanan publik.

This research is related to the implementation of central government assistance to villages, in I... more This research is related to the implementation of central government assistance to villages, in Indonesia, since 2014 it has changed the village government system with significant assistance in development and empowerment in villages. This article examines the extent of the impact of development regulations and empowerment after the regulation of assistance from the central government to be managed by village governments. The method used in this study is to conduct in-depth interviews with village governments who are involved in village development and empowerment. The results of this study indicate that the use of Village funds in Dukuh Picung Village in 2018 is more focused on the development and empowerment sectors. Various implementations in the Village Law regulations cannot be carried out by villages. In various regions there is always a problem of bureaucratic professionalism issues. Despite the various regulations to regulate ASN to be neutral and independent so that the democratic process in this case direct election of the head of the region can run well. However, this issue is always repeated with different schemes for the lust of power and bureaucrat positions that can be facilitated or lifted / accelerated to occupy positions in the bureaucracy. Various rules and regulations were hit or forced only because they became part of the susceptibility when the pilkada was implemented. How Acceptance of e-government in the body is the problem formulation of this research. The Birth of this Institution is based on Local Regulation No. 12 of 2013 on the implementation of One Stop Integrated Service, only focusing on service users. This research uses qualitative method with phenomenology approach to see the experience of the users of electronic or e-government based service system which is the obligation of every government body to apply it. The object of research is five people. Results from research Acceptance of e-Government Implementation at the One Stop Service Integrated Service Body, covering two issues. First, problems with managers, and the second problem on community acceptance. Issues on management, ie problems on technical or support to the system and infrastructure and human resources of technicians. The problem with community acceptance is the impact of the system in service. The system with a double mechanism, makes people feel inefficient.
