As an ethnic identity in Lubuk Linggau, Malay is used to describe the identity of the residents of Lubuk Linggau who are Muslim. Judging from the lineage and kinship structure, the Lubuk Lingau community has similarities with the lineage and kinship structure of South Sumatran society in general, namely patrilineal following the father's line, developing in the Lubuk Linggau area itself, the clan becomes a family bond and in adulthood now the clan is also developed into a government system, especially in the South Sumatra region.

Globally, the reading interest of Indonesian citizens is still very low. This can be related to the lack of recognition of reading movements in children, where the best age for developing one's intelligence and interest is at an early age. It is not wrong to introduce early literacy from an early age, provided it is with the right procedures. Therefore, this study aims to describe reading interest in developing children's knowledge in SDN 12 Bulang, Belimbing District. Research with a qualitative descriptive approach was carried out at SDN 12 Bulang Belimbing District with informants, namely the principal, the class teacher, the person in charge of the school library, and the guardian of the students. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity of this study used triangulation techniques and the stages of data analysis were data collection, data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions.
The results showed that the optimization of reading interest in developing children's knowledge in SDN 12 Bulang Belimbing District was conceptualized in the Learning Implementation Plan, then integrated in habituation and programmed activities, School Libraries, and Reading Corner, which are adjusted to the level of achievement of children's development. and the basic competencies to be achieved, followed by a general evaluation process. The obstacles that were found included: availability of books, the orderliness of children in borrowing books, the size of the school library room, the inconsistency between the introduction of reading culture at school and at home, and the child's mood that was always changing. Suggestions from this research are that educators improve or add literacy programs in schools with a more mature concept.

This study aims to determine the use of library layout in increasing interest in visiting the library at SD 16 Gelumbang. It is no longer a public secret if Indonesia has low interest in reading, one of which is because people are reluctant to show libraries which are information centers. Interest in visiting the library also certainly occurs in elementary schools, as the example discussed in this article, namely SD N 16 Gelumbang, Muara Enim Regency. This study uses a qualitative type of research using the observation method. The condition of the library at SD N 16 Gelumbang can be said to be good for a library at the elementary school level. There are only a few layouts that are still not quite right, so they don't look taken care of, for example, the condition of the arrangement of books on the shelves is irregular and there is no reading room or reading table in it so the children are a little lazy to visit the library on the grounds that they are bored with the atmosphere of the library room.

Various services are provided by the library of the Indonesian University of Education (UPI) with... more Various services are provided by the library of the Indonesian University of Education (UPI) with the aim of meeting the needs of users. One of the services provided is the Korea-Indonesia Cultural Corner or what is often called the Korean Corner, where a service was established as a result of collaboration between UPI and the Korean Embassy who then looked for the right place, then chose the UPI library as the manager of the Korean Corner. The Korean Corner is in the form of a service equipped with several collections about Korea and also other facilities in it, therefore the Korean Corner can help the library meet the needs of the library users. So in this article we will discuss how to use Korean corner collection materials in the Library of the Indonesian University of Education. This study aims to find out and deepen our knowledge regarding the use of Korean corner collection materials for users. The method used in this study was an interview with a qualitative approach, the results of which were obtained from 1 informant, namely the librarian. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interview literature studies.

This study discusses the accreditation instrument for the library service section which is the key indicator of the assessment of library services, totaling 7 assessment components consisting of type of service, opening hours, access/search facilities, membership, promotion, and literacy. With a maximum total score of 95 and a total weight of 25. As well as the service aspect that is measured there are 19 (nineteen). The purpose of this study was to determine whether the services of the Sriwijaya Palembang State Polytechnic Library were in accordance with the Indonesian Higher Education Library Accreditation Standards. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. Using data collection techniques with observation techniques, structured interviews. The indicators of this research use the university library accreditation instrument listed in the Regulation of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2018. The results of this study indicate that the value obtained from the library service component of the Sriwijaya Palembang State Polytechnic based on the university library accreditation standard is 43 while the total the value of the service component is 60. The service component, if accredited, gets a C predicate (Good Enough) already shows a fairly good score.

The main objective of this article is to find out information technology-based high library service strategies to increase literacy. In this context, researchers used qualitative methods with sources including librarians, librarians and IT development coordinators. Secondary sources are notebooks and office documents related to this research. Using interviewing techniques, observation, and documentation to gather data for this study. Data reduction is the analysis technique used in this investigation. presenting facts and making judgments. Therefore, this article describes several service strategies carried out by information technology-based tertiary libraries in increasing student literacy interest. In this article the researchers found that service management carried out by information technology-based college libraries in increasing student literacy at UPT UIN Raden Fatah was carried out by providing simple services, responsibility to approaches to users to be able to foster literacy in users besides management carried out by utilizing the input provided and working with group members to provide information technology services such as opac, e-journal, e-book.

One of the services provided is the Korea-Indonesia Cultural Corner or what is often called the Korean Corner, where a service was established as a result of collaboration between UPI and the Korean Embassy who then looked for the right place, then chose the UPI library as the manager of the Korean Corner. The Korean Corner is in the form of a service equipped with several collections about Korea and also other facilities in it, therefore the Korean Corner can help the library meet the needs of the library users. So in this article we will discuss how to use Korean corner collection materials in the Library of the Indonesian University of Education. This study aims to find out and deepen our knowledge regarding the use of Korean corner collection materials for users. The method used in this study was an interview with a qualitative approach, the results of which were obtained from 1 informant, namely the librarian. Data collection techniques were carried out by means of interview literature studies.

This study aims to determine the use of library layout in increasing interest in visiting the library at SD 16 Gelumbang. It is no longer a public secret if Indonesia has low interest in reading, one of which is because people are reluctant to show libraries which are information centers. Interest in visiting the library also certainly occurs in elementary schools, as the example discussed in this article, namely SD N 16 Gelumbang, Muara Enim Regency. This study uses a qualitative type of research using the observation method. The condition of the library at SD N 16 Gelumbang can be said to be good for a library at the elementary school level. There are only a few layouts that are still not quite right, so they don't look taken care of, for example, the condition of the arrangement of books on the shelves is irregular and there is no reading room or reading table in it so the children are a little lazy to visit the library on the grounds that they are bored with the atmosphere of the library room.

Artikel yang merupakan hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Pengelolaan Perpu... more Artikel yang merupakan hasil penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Strategi Pengelolaan Perpustakaan Dalam Rangka Meningkatkan Minat Berkunjung Siswa SD N 16 gelumbang dengan fokus pada: 1) Strategi pengelolaan perpustakaan di SD N 16 gelumbang, (2) Meningkatkan siswa minat berkunjung ke SD N 16 gelumbang, (3) Faktor penghambat penerapan strategi pengelolaan perpustakaan dalam rangka meningkatkan minat siswa berkunjung ke SD N 16 Gelumbang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif naturalistik. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan tiga temuan, yaitu: (1) Strategi yang digunakan di SD N 16 Gelumbang masih kurang baik dalam pengelolaan perpustakaan. Hal ini terlihat dari pelayanan yang diberikan oleh SDM perpustakaan kepada pengunjung perpustakaan. (2) Meningkatkan minat kunjungan siswa merupakan tugas bersama antara kepala sekolah, pustakawan dan guru di dalamnya yaitu dengan melakukan pembinaan di setiap tahun ajaran baru dengan mengenalkan perpustakaan kepada siswa baru melalui kegiatan sosialisasi ta'aruf hari ketiga. (3) Sedangkan faktor penghambatnya adalah dari segi dana, untuk menambah koleksi tersebut. Karena biasanya kebanyakan perpustakaan sekolah menyediakan koleksi buku cerita. yang minim dengan koleksi referensi.Kata kunci: Strategi pengelolaan perpustakaan, manajemen perpustakaan sekolah.

Globally, the reading interest of Indonesian citizens is still very low. This can be related to the lack of recognition of reading movements in children, where the best age for developing one's intelligence and interest is at an early age. It is not wrong to introduce early literacy from an early age, provided it is with the right procedures. Therefore, this study aims to describe reading interest in developing children's knowledge in SDN 12 Bulang, Belimbing District. Research with a qualitative descriptive approach was carried out at SDN 12 Bulang Belimbing District with informants, namely the principal, the class teacher, the person in charge of the school library, and the guardian of the students. Data collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validity of this study used triangulation techniques and the stages of data analysis were data collection, data reduction, data presentation and then drawing conclusions.
The results showed that the optimization of reading interest in developing children's knowledge in SDN 12 Bulang Belimbing District was conceptualized in the Learning Implementation Plan, then integrated in habituation and programmed activities, School Libraries, and Reading Corner, which are adjusted to the level of achievement of children's development. and the basic competencies to be achieved, followed by a general evaluation process. The obstacles that were found included: availability of books, the orderliness of children in borrowing books, the size of the school library room, the inconsistency between the introduction of reading culture at school and at home, and the child's mood that was always changing. Suggestions from this research are that educators improve or add literacy programs in schools with a more mature concept.

This study discusses the accreditation instrument for the library service section which is the key indicator of the assessment of library services, totaling 7 assessment components consisting of type of service, opening hours, access/search facilities, membership, promotion, and literacy. With a maximum total score of 95 and a total weight of 25. As well as the service aspect that is measured there are 19 (nineteen). The purpose of this study was to determine whether the services of the Sriwijaya Palembang State Polytechnic Library were in accordance with the Indonesian Higher Education Library Accreditation Standards. This research uses descriptive quantitative research. Using data collection techniques with observation techniques, structured interviews. The indicators of this research use the university library accreditation instrument listed in the Regulation of the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia Number 10 of 2018. The results of this study indicate that the value obtained from the library service component of the Sriwijaya Palembang State Polytechnic based on the university library accreditation standard is 43 while the total the value of the service component is 60. The service component, if accredited, gets a C predicate (Good Enough) already shows a fairly good score.

Of course, good strategic management is essential for the successful introduction and development of various IT-based information services for libraries. The main objective of this article is to find out information technology-based high library service strategies to increase literacy. In this context, researchers used qualitative methods with sources including librarians, librarians and IT development coordinators. Secondary sources are notebooks and office documents related to this research. Using interviewing techniques, observation, and documentation to gather data for this study. Data reduction is the analysis technique used in this investigation. presenting facts and making judgments. Therefore, this article describes several service strategies carried out by information technology-based tertiary libraries in increasing student literacy interest. In this article the researchers found that service management carried out by information technology-based college libraries in increasing student literacy at UPT UIN Raden Fatah was carried out by providing simple services, responsibility to approaches to users to be able to foster literacy in users besides management carried out by utilizing the input provided and working with group members to provide information technology services such as opac, e-journal, e-book.
