Se presenta un raro caso de calcificación completa de ¡a pared de un quiste adrenal benigno. Se h... more Se presenta un raro caso de calcificación completa de ¡a pared de un quiste adrenal benigno. Se hace una revista breve de la escasa bibliografía existente. Se describen los elementos apatológicos que permiten efectuar el diagnóstico. Los quistes de suprarrenal son raros. La mayoría de ellos son pequeños y sólo se descubren en la autopsia. En la más reciente recopilación en la literatura mundial» 1 » se encontraron 247 quistes adrenales publicados. La calcificación de la pared de un quiste adrenal benigno es todavía más infrecuente, sólo 9 casos son descriptos. 12 ' B ' 7 ' 101 El propósito de esta comunicación es presentar el décimo quiste de la adrenal calcificado. Caso clínico Paciente de 53 años de edad que fue visto en el Servicio de Urología del Albany Veterans Hospital, por una masa calcificada en la región renal derecha. No había ningún otro síntoma relacionado con el aparato urinario. Examen clínico normal, los exámenes de laboratorio incluían un hemograma, creatinina, calcio y fósforo normal. Pruebas cutáneas para blastomicosis, tuberculosis, coccidioidomicosis, histoplasmosis e hidatiosis, fueron negativas. Los 17-cetosteroides urinarios fueron normales. La pielografía revela una calcificación anular de 5 cm de diámetro ubicada anterior y medial al polo superior del riñon derecho. Centellograma hepático, renal y pancreático fueron normales. El retroneumoperitoneo confirma la posición retroperitoneal de esta masa, visualizándose la adrenal derecha en directa relación con la masa, pero separada de ella.

The lessons focus on language, meanng and use and emphass s placed on the creatve comprehenson and producton of lterary texts by the students. Ths specfic envronment was created as a result of the program of the Greek Mn-stry of Educaton and Relgons, “Integraton of Repatrate and Immgrant chldren n School — for Prmary Educaton ” and desgned specfically for Albanan and Rus-san-speakng students ntally, although t can be expanded n the future to nclude other languages as well. It s hosted on a moodle, created especally for the needs of the specfic program. 1.

In our paper we aim to prove that Greek children's science fiction includes pedagogical ideas in ... more In our paper we aim to prove that Greek children's science fiction includes pedagogical ideas in a frequency more than other Greek texts for children. We write this paper exactly for the reason that Greek children's science fiction has not been estimated by Greek researchers, though we know that it is due to the fact that Greek children's science fiction is not systematically cultivated. We also have to note that Greek readership has not yet accept science fiction, and encounter it in reservation as it is conservative. Therefore, the study of Greek children's science fiction that refers to space travels, from its pedagogical viewpoint prove that the texts of this category of Greek children's literature may be didactically used, because these texts contain pedagogical ideas which are identified very often and in much more quantities compared with other types of texts. The teacher, choosing the appropriate text for reading or teaching, has the chance to help the children to enrich their vocabulary (special vocabulary), to develop their fantasy which conveys them to fantastic worlds, to realize the value of justice, friendship, solidarity, consistency of the group, cooperation, peace, accuracy, method as well, both loyalty and reliability, to reinforce their self-confidence. Also, very important is the contribution of the illustrated science fiction stories, because they allow to children to develop much more their fantasy.
