En este articulo se muestra la adaptacion de un sistema de reconocimiento de imagenes a la medici... more En este articulo se muestra la adaptacion de un sistema de reconocimiento de imagenes a la medicion de durezas por el metodo de Brinell y Vickers. Se exponen los procedimientos seguidos, los equipos usados, pruebas y validaciones realizadas. La aplicacion del reconocimiento de imagenes a este tipo de tareas, resulto no ser solo posible, sino de aceptables perimetros metrologicos, al mostrar una incertidumbre tipo A de ±0,7038.

One becomes emphasis in the advantages from the point of view of the clarity of the graphical methods and agility of the implementation of these applied methods with the help of programs of this type. One is how it is facilitated and it automates the construction of the position, speed and acceleration planes, of all the series of positions of the links, from the kinematical solution of an initial basic position.

A reactive hot-melt resin (polyurethane) was used to manufacture Guadua composites with a certain... more A reactive hot-melt resin (polyurethane) was used to manufacture Guadua composites with a certain flexibility, high processing speed, good initial rigidity, and high temperature performance. These composites can support a moderate tensile stress, allow for large strains at low stresses, and have a low density and a working temperature range of -40 °C and 110 °C. During the flexural test, bamboo composites with reactive polyurethane matrix do not break or fail during the test. A polyurethane-based reactive hot-melt resin was characterized by tensile tests, Shore hardness tests, differential scanning calorimetry, and thermogravimetry. Besides, a composite material was made with Guadua fiber and polyester matrix, which had a greater strength in the test of tension and flexion, although it had a lower percentage of elongation than the composite material with reactive polyurethane. Guadua fiber can increase the strength by 266% of polyurethane matrix and 228% of polyester matrix.

La verificación metrológica de las piezas tipo marco se realiza por medio de mesas de medición y calibres. Dicho procedimiento, requiere tiempo en el montaje y precisión en los calibres. La investigación busca diseñar y construir una máquina prototipo de medición de coordenadas (CMM) que contribuya a la verificación metrológica de piezas tipo marco de motocicleta. Partiendo de la determinación de la exactitud requerida en la fabricación de bastidores se selecciona la estructura de la CMM, se determinan las tolerancias geométricas aplicadas a la construcción del bastidor de la CMM, se analizan las cadenas dimensionales y los principios de funcionamiento del Sistema de Ajustes y Tolerancias, se manufacturan y construyen las piezas que conforman la CMM.
