The separation was achieved by using column XTerra RP18 (4.6x100 mm), 3.5μ (Make: Waters), in mobile phase consisted of Acetonitrile and pH 6.8 Phosphate buffer (0.01M) in the ratio of (50:50, v/v). The flow rate was 1.0 mL.min-1 and column oven temperature ambient temperature, the injection volume was 10 μL. The separated Ritonavir was detected using UV detector at the wavelength of 239 nm. The retention time of Ritonavir was noted to be 4.35 min respectively, indicative of rather shorter analysis time. The method was validated as per ICH guidelines. The proposed method was found to be accurate, reproducible, and consistent. Geetha Bhavani K 1 , Srinivasu N 2 , Nanduri Gayatri Devi 3 and D. Ramachandran 3* 1. Methanation of CO and H 2 reaction is screened tested over different fractions of cerium (2, 4, 7 and 12 wt.%) over Ni-Co/ZrO 2 bimetallic catalysts are investigated. The mixed oxides are characterized by XRD, CO-Chemisorption, TGA and screened methanation of CO and H 2 at 360 °C for 3000 min on stream at typical ratio CO:H 2 =1:1. In Ni-Co/CeZrO 2 series 2 wt.% Ce loading catalyst shows most promising catalyst for CH 4 selectivity than CO 2 , which directs more stability with less coke formation. The high activity is attributed to the better bimetallic synergy and the well-developed crystalline phases of NiO, ZrO 2 and Ce-ZrO 2 . Other bimetallic mixed oxides NCoZ, NCoCZ has faster deactivation with low methanation activity. Finally, 2 wt.% Ce loading catalyst was found to be optimal coke resistant catalyst.

Existing word installing learning calculations commonly just utilize the settings of words however overlook the notion of writings. It is dangerous for estimation examination in light of the fact that the words with comparable settings yet inverse supposition extremity, for example, great and terrible, are mapped to neighbouring word vectors. We address this issue by encoding assessment data of writings (e.g., sentences and words) together with settings of words in supposition embeddings. By consolidating setting and estimation level proofs, the closest neighbours in assessment inserting space are semantically comparable and it favours words with a similar slant extremity. Keeping in mind the end goal to learn estimation embeddings successfully, we build up various neural systems with fitting misfortune capacities, and gather enormous messages naturally with supposition si...

The CO 2 gas was intended to choose to be adsorbed over zeolites like zeolite (13X, NaX, BaX, FAU-X and Y), which is the main cause of greenhouse effect and global warming. Na form of zeolite-Y with different Si/Al ratios (5, 30, 100, 200) are treated with HCl to increases the porosity, surface area and adsorption capacities of`CO 2. Treating with HCl doesn"t affect the basic structure of zeolite and increases the porosity and adsorption capacity. The treated zeolite-Y with HCl is tested for characterization with XRD and BET for crystallinity and pore volume and BET surface area and found the result are improved promisingly

The line broadening in the XRD patterns reveals that the increasing Ni addition decreases the crystallinity of zeolites. The catalysts were also characterized by TEM, ESCA and TPD of ammonia and pyridine. The TEM results show that the average metal particle size increases with increasing Ni addition. ESCA studies clearly points to the maximum percentage of Ni reduction in the Pt loaded zeolite-β and mordenite catalysts. The acidity measurements by both TPD of ammonia and pyridine adsorbed FT-IR spectroscopy show that the number of the acid sites of the catalysts decreases upon the addition of the Ni species. Hydroisomerization of ethylbenzene over the Pt–Ni loaded zeolite and mordenite was carried out in the temperature range 250–400°C. It has been found that the addition of Ni up to 0.3wt.% over 0.1wt.% Pt loaded zeolite-β and 0.1wt.% over 0.1wt.% Pt loaded mordenite greatly enhances the ethylbenzene conversion, isomerization selectivity and sustainability of the catalysts. Further addition of Ni above the threshold value leads to a drastic reduction in the activity and isomerization selectivity. Zeolite-β-based Ni–Pt catalysts show higher activity and selectivity than mordenite-based catalysts under the optimized reaction conditions.
