The purpose of this research is the identification of the Greek teachers' opinions concerning the... more The purpose of this research is the identification of the Greek teachers' opinions concerning the role of the schools' principals in the implementation of the five dimensions of total quality management. For the measurement of the total quality management's dimensions, SERVQUAL model was used. For the identification of the leadership styles followed, the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire was used. The research sample consists of 217 teachers of Thessaloniki region in Greece, who are working to schools that operate in both public and private education. The questionnaire was online distributed and the convenience sampling, in combination with the avalanche method, were followed. The main results of the present research concern the positive correlation between all dimensions of total quality management with the transformational and transactional leadership style and their negative correlation with the laissez-faire leadership style. In addition, they relate to the identified statistically significant difference between the schools that operate on public and private sector, in the tangibles' dimension, in which the public sector lags behind the private sector. Finally, in both the private and public sector schools in Greece, the most prevalent leadership styles are transformational and transactional, and the least prevalent is the laissez-faire leadership style, where no statistically significant differences were identified between the two sectors in terms of the leadership style that is followed.

The aim of this research is the identification of the role of the school principals in burnout an... more The aim of this research is the identification of the role of the school principals in burnout and job satisfaction of Greek teachers that are working in both primary and secondary education. The aim was covered through quantitative research with a structured and online distributed questionnaire used as the main research tool. The research participants are 155 schoolteachers coming from primary and secondary Greek school units. They were collected by using convenience sampling and avalanche method. For the distribution of the questionnaire, the Google Forms platform was used and for the statistical analysis we used SPSS (version 23). The main research results showed that transactional and transformational leadership are more implemented in Greek schools, than laissez-faire leadership style. Teachers' levels of job burnout are positively affected by laissez-faire leadership and negatively affected by the two positive leadership styles. On the contrary, transformational, and transactional leadership has positive impact on job satisfaction levels and negative impact on teachers' burnout. School principals should place emphasis on maintaining the transformational leadership style, which emerged as the dominant one, due to the fact that it leads to increased levels of job satisfaction and the reduction of teachers' burnout. Also, attention should be paid to the case of female teachers, who were found to be more vulnerable to burnout.

Scientific researchers usually announce their achievements in conferences, magazines, and patent ... more Scientific researchers usually announce their achievements in conferences, magazines, and patent offices. Our study was initiated to improve the ascending ratio of research article publishing versus invention patent filing. World development relies, amongst others, upon two innovation indicators, the volume of Patent applications and the number of Scientific journal articles. To avoid data inconsistencies for our research, we created a new dataset with e corresponding data from different sources like WIPO, OECD, EU, EPO, and SCIMAGO. All primary external data after our calculations created an externally published dataset. After annual and country data analysis, we found irregularities in specific areas like University commercialization, countryspecific drawbacks, possible patent troll pursuit, and unexplained gratification for investments through patenting. These results need further clarification at regional patent offices. Our main target was to raise the applied research country impact through patentability. To achieve it, we propose several specific actions. The homogenization of paper/patent worlds under LATEX; the evolvement of the "claims" patent document into a lawful Artificial Intelligence supplement; and a Patent Stock Exchange as a Circular Economy sustainable asset. Finally, after wandering around the fascinating world of articles and patents, we came to the political correctness of research publishing. We extend the scientist's effort in three steps. First, the initial research is published in a Research Magazine. Simultaneously or after a maturity stage, a WIPO patent application must be filed. Finally, as the third step, an "after-Patent" more mature research again in a research magazine.

Minor corrections were proposed, like an e-mail with a new domain for every transaction, Ping services in a VPN environment, and mirroring avoidance. Our primary approach was to fight internal fraud and hacking threats. Apart from these known vulnerabilities indemnification, we propose three specific security supplements. A shortwave activated latch inside a local safe box and Thales interconnector for a tangible bank security system. The asset owner unlocks his funds as digital money or tangible items like gold through radio communications SDR (Software Defined Radio). Second is the cornerstone of our civilization, the computer-executable avoiding all methods for non-textual passwords. Our last development is a GitHub antipode Software authoring anonymous system. According to our plan, the Internet-based banking system software has separated intercommunicating subroutines. All subroutines are assigned to various programmers for independent implementation, avoiding the internal hacker without the need to find him. For example, a system software written by splitting it into 12 subroutines assigned to 12 programmers working on subroutines has a probability of the thirteenth order of magnitude.

Undeniably, the results of the war are excruciating for the human race, as the sufferings that fo... more Undeniably, the results of the war are excruciating for the human race, as the sufferings that follow war are the disgrace, the shame, and the terrible abhorrence of people, because it ravages and destroys their humanity, possessions and even existence. War brings distrust amongst people and nations, a will to surpass others by force, and great suffering. Furthermore, all forms of degeneracy appear, honesty is mocked, and civilization faces the danger of disappearance. War also brings implications not only on a national but on a global level as well. First of all, war results in the death of innumerous people, the loss of their possessions and the destruction of their homes. Most importantly war has severe implications on the national and the global economy, as war includes costs for military operations, and even when the war is over, arises the necessity for rebuilding the cities and aiding the people in need. Long-lasting economic effects appear too, as people stop working and there is a pause in trade and enterprising actions. War also has political and ethical effects, as it can lead to a danger to democracy and the rise of new political movements, mostly non-democratic. Ethics seem to disappear and social structures, such as family and community ties, are fractured. War jeopardizes the nations' collaborations, as they create, or even fuels up ethnic tensions, that lead to national divisions and long-lasting wars. Overall, wars can have profound and long-lasting implications, affecting individuals, communities, and nations for years to come. The Russian-Ukrainian war has made the problem more profound therefore, further research is crucial to raise awareness. We used a structured, closed-ended questionnaire to collect primary data, necessary for deriving information regarding the impact of the Russian-Ukrainian war on Greek enterprises, as the concept of this research refers to quantitative parameters. The collected data were statistically analyzed via descriptive statistics, with the use of SPSS 20.0. The results of the research have shown that the Russian-Ukrainian war has significant implications on ethical and economical levels, resulting in animosity between nations and global problems. Therefore, theory and research should collaborate to raise awareness of the outcomes.

Undoubtedly, the internet has become a part of people's daily life, since it supports activities ... more Undoubtedly, the internet has become a part of people's daily life, since it supports activities that are related to communication, work, retrieving information, entertainment, and studies, Also the internet is increasingly used in the field of entrepreneurship, as it is widely used in the marketing. Nowadays, it has become a great part of people's socialization and moreover a necessary means of mediation in exchanging personal and governmental correspondence, as a standard and valid means of communication. Unfortunately, there appear to be not only positive but negative aftermaths to its use as well, for example, dark web, cyberbullying and problems concerning the private information online. The extent of the negative effects' appearance has aroused the importance of research to these fields and the necessity to take severe actions in order to abridge the negative effects. Thus, although the internet has been a great means in transforming the way that people interact with each other and the world around them, meanwhile, it has introduced new risks and challenges. In particular, the anonymity offered by the internet has made it easier for criminals to participate in illegal actions and bullies to engage in harmful behaviors, causing great harm. Therefore, further research is crucial to raise awareness about the dangers of the dark web, GDPR issues and cyberbullying, and to provide education and resources to help people protect themselves and others. As the interest of the investigation refers to quantitative parameters, we used a questionnaire to collect data from which we could derive conclusions regarding the present knowledge and perception of cyber security issues such as GDPR, internet safety, cyberbullying, and the dark web in Greece. Descriptive statistics and frequencies were applied to answer the research questions. The results have shown that, although people seem to understand the risks involved in the use of the internet, many of them don't fully seem to comprehend the extend of the risks that the internet can have to people's lives, and it is crucial for actions to be taken as to fully comprehend the depth of the problem. Therefore, theory and research should collaborate to raise awareness.

CSR refers to companies taking responsibility for their impact on society. In A. Carroll's "Pyramid of Corporate Social Responsibility" a corporation has four types of responsibilities: The first and most obvious is the economic responsibility to be profitable. The second is the legal responsibility to obey the laws set forth by society. The third, which is very closely linked to the second, is the ethical responsibility. This is to do what is right even when business is not compelled to do so by law. The fourth is the philanthropic responsibility. This refers to contributions by the corporations toward social, educational, recreational and / or cultural purposes. According to ethical and moral principles in business affairs there are three categories of managers: a. The moral managers, who are dedicated to high standards of ethical behavior, both in their own actions and in their expectations of how the company's business is to be conducted. b. Thus, although the internet has been a great means in transforming the way that people interact with each other and the world around them, meanwhile, it has introduced new risks and challenges. In particular, the anonymity offered by the internet has made it easier for criminals to participate in illegal actions and bullies to engage in harmful behaviors, causing great harm. Therefore, further research is crucial to raise awareness about the dangers of the dark web, GDPR issues and cyberbullying, and to provide education and resources to help people protect themselves and others. As the interest of the investigation refers to quantitative parameters, we used a questionnaire to collect data from which we could derive conclusions regarding the present knowledge and perception of cyber security issues such as GDPR, internet safety, cyberbullying, and the dark web in Greece. Descriptive statistics and frequencies were applied to answer the research questions. The results have shown that, although people seem to understand the risks involved in the use of the internet, many of them don't fully seem to comprehend the extend of the risks that the internet can have to people's lives, and it is crucial for actions to be taken as to fully comprehend the depth of the problem. Therefore, theory and research should collaborate to raise awareness.

CSR refers to companies taking responsibility for their impact on society. In A. Carroll's "Pyramid of Corporate Social Responsibility" a corporation has four types of responsibilities: The first and most obvious is the economic responsibility to be profitable. The second is the legal responsibility to obey the laws set forth by society. The third, which is very closely linked to the second, is the ethical responsibility. This is to do what is right even when business is not compelled to do so by law. The fourth is the philanthropic responsibility. This refers to contributions by the corporations toward social, educational, recreational and / or cultural purposes. According to ethical and moral principles in business affairs there are three categories of managers: a. The moral managers, who are dedicated to high standards of ethical behavior, both in their own actions and in their expectations of how the company's business is to be conducted. b. The immoral managers, who are actively opposed to ethical behavior in business and will-fully ignore ethical principles in their decision making. c.
