These processes are becoming less predictable in scale and impact. If we consider the heterogeneous natural and anthropogenic processes on the surface of the Earth, we can see that despite their different physical nature they have the following common features. All these processes, due to their characteristic dimensions, are amenable to mapping. In this regard, the use of GIS technologies in their modeling becomes necessary. Remote monitoring methods can be applied to all classes of such dynamic processes. From the point of view of control theory, the listed objects are objects with distributed parameters and distributed control. The possible methods of controlling these processes are similar and often do not depend on the nature of the process. The purpose of this work is to create and implement models of dynamics and control of the above processes as GIS-oriented multi-agent ...

Agent-based approach allows to describe the interaction of a large number of actors in the process of fire propagation and firefighting: directly wildfire, fire crews, machinery, air tools and others. In the work presented the contour of fire edge is approximate with a set of A-agents, each of them modeled an elementary burning fuel range. Moving these agents described with the Hamilton-Jacobi equations and realized with help the movable grid numerical algorithm. Agents of other type - B-agents describe the process of fire extinguishing. On the basis of this model worked out the software system, which may be useful for wildfire management and firefighting personnel training.

Comparing with the object detection in the ground view images, vehicle detection in the aerial images remains a challenging problem due to the small size of vehicles, monotone appearance and complex background. In this paper, we propose the solution of this issue using the convolutional neural networks. We further introduce the large-scale vehicle detection dataset with ground truth annotations for all the vehicles in the scene that considers the scene complexity due to the environmental conditions. We show the performance of the trained model with other popular neural work architectures.

We call these processes by a common name-distribution processes. The Hamilton mechanics methods permit to describe uniformly wide class of dynamic processes-both the processes of control determined with the ordinary differential equations and the processes in the continuous beds. The basic model of the distributed processes was presented in form of Hamilton-Jacoby equation. The concept of the normal speed of the process front movement suggested. The indicatrix and figurotrise of spread, which determine the configuration of the distribution process, are introduced. A model of processes with dissipation is proposed. Classification of processes according to the degree of their mobility is given. Using the figurotrises a new approach to numerical modeling of the processes front propagation based on Godunov's method of the movable grids proposed. Its essence is that the calculated grid is not given a priory, but it is determined by current solution of the problem. It moves and develops with the solution. The movable grid method can serve as a basis for creating agent models of propagation processes. A separate section of the paper is devoted to describing a method for managing the processes. In particular, the fundamentals of the so-called localization control, which consists in building an obstacle insurmountable for the process, are outlined. The proposed methods and algorithms are illustrated by numerical examples. The models presented in this paper was a theoretical basis for designing and developing some management systems of the distribution processes control.

The semantics of the interaction of agents is described. A GIS-oriented information system has been developed that implements the behavior algorithms of various classes of active agents. The system can be useful both for making decisions on dealing with emergencies and for training operational personnel. An example of a nested Petri network describing the processes of spreading and extinguishing of the wildfire is given.
