The history of the sporadic history of these pentecostal Churches matched with the then Nigerian(African Context) gave us a type of Pentecostal Churches that is not controlled and hence fast spreading. However, there are positive and negative effects of these Pentecostal Churches on the Catholic Church and the necessity to learn from the good and correct the excesses cannot be over emphasized.
