This study aims to identify the current status of public accep‐ tance of RETs, especially biogas technology, the associated influencing factors, and the vil‐ lager’s preference of role to biogas management. Questionnaires were distributed to the respondents in Bendosari village to collect the required data for logistic regression and measurement of willingness to pay (WTP). Bidding game format was used to assess the WTP of three different groups, that is, biogas farmer, non‐biogas farmers, and non‐farmers. Three regression models were generated from the analysis, describing the factors influenc‐ ing the public acceptance of each group toward biogas technology. Metode yang digunakan adalah deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah teknik observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan alat pengumpul data adalah panduan observasi, panduan wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengendalian sosial preventif, koersif dan kuratif yang dilakukan oleh guru di SMAN 1 Mempawah sudah berjalan sesuai dengan proses pengendalian sosial yang ada, hal ini terlihat dengan adanya pengendalian preventif yang dilakukan oleh guru dengan cara mengingatkan dan memberikan sosialisasi tentang tata tertib yang ada di sekolah kepada siswa. Salah satu tindakan untuk mengurangi nyeri pada pinggang dengan menggunakan terapi bekam basah. Terapi bekam basah merupakan cara pengobatan tradisional yang memiliki prinsip kerja mengeluarkan darah kotor melalui permukaan kulit, bekam memiliki fungsi menstimulasi pelepasan endorphine yang berperan mengurangi kepekaan terhadap nyeri, zat ini disekresikan sebagai akibat dari isapan alat bekam. Efforts made by candidates who are dissatisfied with this determination are to submit a cancellation to the judicial institution. The update on the system for resolving the election results was carried out by the government to overcome this problem, namely the Government Regulation in Lieu of Law No. 1 of 2014. This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on the decision to purchase Tri starter pa... more This study aims to determine the effect of brand image on the decision to purchase Tri starter packs in the residents of Pondok Karya village, South Tangerang city. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with random sample selection. The results showed that brand image had a positive effect on purchasing decisions with the regression equation Y = 25.037 + 2.222X. The better the brand image, the purchase decision will increase and the level of the relationship is 0.379 which is "low" with an influence contribution of 14.4%. The results of the t test obtained tcount 11.267> ttable 1.652 and a significance of 0.000.

This study uses secondary data using a total of 14 research objects in the District of Solok, during the observation year (2013-2017). Data analysis techniques used to analyze superior commodities and analyze strategies for developing superior commodities are using Location Quotient (LQ) and Shift Share analysis techniques. As for processing data using Microsoft Excel. Based on the calculation of LQ and Shift Share to classify commodities, obtained superior or prime commodities in Solok Regency are shallots, carrots and cloves. Law which is identical with sanction issue, now, is still used as an effort to prevent crime. Yet, in the development of modern law, there is segregation between criminal sanction and treatment that is commonly known as double track system. In Indonesia, there is a lack in the criminal sanction system and treatment in the criminal case. The lack is that an inconsistent or overlapping between criminal sanction and treatment specifically additional criminal with treatment. The system of criminal sanction with treatment is regulated more systematic in the concept of KUHP by concerning on interest and balance between the effort to achieve social welfare and social defence. Therefore, there should be a clear formulation between criminal sanction and treatment. Moreover, in the decision to put sanction, it is necessary to concern on the purpose of punishment, and the treatment does not include as supplement in a statutory rules.

Demerit control chart is a control chart in which the defect type is categorized into several classes according to the level of disability interests. Types of defects in the production processes of bottled water 240 ml in PT TIW divided into critical defects, major defects and minor defects. Based on the results of the analysis that has been done shows that the production process has been controlled statistically using demerit control charts on the third iteration for each line 1 and line 2. Capability of production processes in line 1 and line 2 shows that although the production process has been controlled statistics, but the process still produces a product that is not in accordance with specifications. But in the end all defective products are produced, will be immediately discarded and will not be marketed or sold to the consumer. This is done for the commitment PT TIW who always maintain the best quality products. Based on pareto chart for this type of defect on line 1 and line 2, it is known that 20% of the total types of defects, obtained two types of defects which constitute 80% of disability of the entire production process. The defect type is slanted lid and reject filler. The factors that cause this type of defect are slanted lid and reject filler among others, there is a worn machine components and uncorrect machine settings, the operator has not been retrained and lack of focus so not accordance with the procedure in the work, the composition of the materials is uncorrect, and methods or procedures are less well executed.

The research then followed by pretest as the preliminary evaluation before the teaching treatment, and treated by Collaborative learning model based on lesson study with worksheet media in experiment class-1 and index card match media in experiment class-2.
