The main purpose of this study was to make a survey of the availability and use of instructional media in selected secondary school libraries in Urue-offong/Oruko Local Government Area of Akwa Ibom State. To achieve the aim of this study, three research questions were formulated to guide this study. Literature related to the variables under study was reviewed according to the hypotheses for the study. Survey research design was adopted for this study. A total sample of one hundred (100) respondents was randomly selected for the study. The selection was done through the simple random sampling technique. The main instrument used for the collection of data was the questionnaire. The reliability estimate of the instrument was established through the test-retest reliability method. To analyze the data for the study, simple percentage was adopted. The result of the analysis reveals that pattern and frequency of use of the media for teaching and learning, materials available, media facilities for teaching significantly influences students’ use of library facilities in Urue-offong/Oruko Local Government Area. Signs and symptoms typically start between 2 days and 3 weeks after contracting the virus. The disease has occurred previously in Central Africa of Zaire (Democratic republic of Congo (DRC)) and Sudan etc until 2013-2015 outbreaks that involved West Africa which according to World Health Organization (WHO) is the largest and worst outbreak of all times.1
Ebola virus infection is highly contagious and poses a serious threat to the life of people.
The family and the family physician are the most vulnerable since infection is likely to spread seamlessly among family members because of family dynamics that exist within them. The family physician being the doctor of first contact is most like to be the first healthcare worker to be exposed to the virus while attending to patients in the outpatient clinics and the emergency department.
This current West African outbreak first started in Guinea in late 2013 and later spread to Sierra Leone, Liberia, Nigeria, Senegal and Mali. The worst hit countries such as Guinea, Liberia and Sierra Leone have very weak health systems, lacking human and infrastructural resources, having emerged from long periods of conflict and instability.
Control of outbreaks requires coordinated medical services, alongside a certain level of community engagement. Medical services include rapid detection of cases of disease, contact tracing of those who have come into contact with infected individuals, quick access to laboratory services, proper health care for those who are infected, and proper disposal of the dead through cremation or burial.
No specific treatment or vaccine for the virus is available, although a number of potential treatments are being studied.
Supportive efforts, however, improves outcome.

This work deals with the law governing landlord and tenant relationship in Nigeria. The aim is to state the law as it stands at present, and to identify any aspects which need to be modified in order to better serve the ends of Justice.
This work is divided into five chapters. Chapter one contains a general introduction, which explains the rudiments of the subject-matter. Chapter two deals with the procedure for creating tenancy relationships. It looks at the requirements which must be met for a tenancy relationship to be validly created. Chapter three discusses the rights and duties accruing to the parties in a tenancy relationship. Chapter four examines the remedies available to an injured party where a term or covenant in a least is breached. It also deals with the termination of tenancies: the legally acceptable modes of bringing a tenancy relationship to an end. Finally, Chapter five contains recommendations and the conclusion.

Deciding to have sex is a very personal choice. Sex also involves how you feel about yourself and others, how you relate to people and the choices you make. Sex is healthy and should be enjoyable; however, it can also be risky. Protection needs to be used whenever you are sexually active to prevent pregnancy and the spread of sexually transmitted infections (STIs). STIs are usually passed through oral, vaginal or anal intercourse, and in some cases through contact with blood from an infected person.
