Considering a bibliography review , the present paper discuss such relationship between the flexible manufacturing system model and the human resources management's tools and techniques purposed and utilized today. A consideration was developed about each resources human management subsystem and the flexible manufacturing system , concluding so the new models of human resources management allow support in order to attain and maintain such flexible manufacturing system model.
