The multidisciplinary approach suggested tends to make use, on one hand, of different lenses, in order to appreciate the organizational phenomenon taken into consideration, on the other, it is an effort to join different epistemes for practical purposes. It is itself the expression of the contemporary man’s attitude toward complexity. Since this is showed through circles of relations and interactions among the component parts of phenomena and accidents, the suggestion is to develop a cognitive method to stay with it side by side, in order to manage it, without being entrapped by it. This possibility lies in a new system of thought, critical and systemic that acknowledges what is happening and the same problematic nature of reality in terms of dynamism and probability, instead of linearity and consequentiality.

Its recent foundations can be found in the Sozialpadagogik, in the same Mitteleuropean cultural environment where other social professions of recent birth have their ground. Here are summarized the essential features of this profession, its methodology, its principles, its practical procedures, with special attention to the problems of couple and family, and those belonging to the initial education and its recognition by law which in Italy have not been solved yet. It is also argued the implications of them, on an application field, where the theoretical and praxical dimensions receive mediation and which supports the suggestion of a cultural approach to the teachers' in-service education.
