The Technology Acceptance Model has been used as foundation for this research. In this study, three main factors were examined, namely perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, and usage behaviour. To measure the impact of these factors, a quantitative methodology using surveys is adopted. Twenty-Five (n = 25) specialized individuals in the area of cryptocurrency participated in the electronic survey. The results indicate a positive relationship between perceived ease of use and usage behaviour. Surprisingly, no significant relationship between the perceived benefit in cryptocurrency and usage behaviour was found. In addition, there is no significant relationship between the Perceived Benefit in cryptocurrency and Usage Behaviour. These results indicate the need for further investigation of the factors that influence the usage of cryptocurrency.

Hence, without a security mechanism to ensure trustworthy SIoT nodes' interactions, this paradigm cannot reach enough popularity to be a well-established technology. A Trust Management (TM) model becomes a major challenge in SIoT systems to ensure qualified and secure services. Nevertheless, the defined TM models don't show their performance towards trust related attacks performed at the aim of disrupting the management of the trust values. In this work, we propose a TM model dedicated not only to identify trustworthy nodes, but also to detect and prevent malicious attacks. Based on Machine Learning (ML) techniques, this model can identify these attacks by learning proposed trust features that are derived from the description of malicious node behaviors. Experimentation results generated with simulated data sets based on real data concur the effectiveness of our proposed model.

Both decision support system and Intuitionistic Fuzzy Logic (IFL) techniques can assist doctors to handle this complexity in a safe, harmless and efficient manner. To this end, we propose a prototype called Medical Intuitionistic Fuzzy Expert Decision Support System (MIFEDSS) based on IFL and the Modified Early Warning Score (MEWS) standard score. Moreover, the experimental results have been shown the efficiency of the proposed system.

However, ensuring secure and trustworthy interactions between all the agents in the network is still an ongoing challenge. Trust is a notion which assesses the reliability of a communication between two agents namely: the trustor and the trustee. Therefore, there is a need for a Trust Management (TM) model to deal with dishonest nodes and ensure a users’ safe communications. In this research, we propose a new TM for SIoT systems called TM-SIoT, for the sake to assess the trustworthiness of SIoT nodes based on mutual evaluation method. The proposed method provides reliable security mechanisms for both the trustor and the trustee, by considering both of quality of service and social metrics that can affect trust in SIoT Systems. In addition, we propose a novel trust metric wh...

Thus, the need for an evolution through temporal versioning is lend itself. This requires a mechanism to implement version management and to identify the links between them. The approach developed in this work allows the management of temporal versioning by preserving the traceability of changes and by applying relevance criteria to the various versions. The relevance is computed based on four criteria: conceptualization, usage frequency, abstraction and completeness. This approach is implemented in a tool dubbed Consistology, which has been developed to assist users in expressing adaptation requirements and managing ontology versions.

In this regard, one may well assume that intuitionistic fuzzy sets (IFS) should stand as a potent technique useful for demystifying associated with the real healthcare decision-making situations. To this end, we are developing a prototype model helpful for detecting the patients risk degree in Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Based on the intuitionistic fuzzy sets, dubbed Medical Intuitionistic Fuzzy Expert Decision Support System (MIFEDSS), the shown work has its origins in the Modified Early Warning Score (MEWS) standard. It is worth noting that the proposed prototype effectiveness validation is associated through a real case study test at the Polyclinic ESSALEMA cited in Sfax, Tunisia. This paper does actually provide some practical initial results concerning the system as carried out in real life situations. Indeed, the proposed system turns out to prove tha...

Accordingly, we assume that MCC is likely to be of the heart of healthcare transformation. MCC offers new kinds of services and facilities for patients and caregivers. In this regard, we have tried to propose a new mobile medical web service system. To this end, we implement a medical cloud multi-agent system (MCMAS) solution for polyclinic ESSALEMA Sfax-TUNISIA, using Google's Android operating system. The developed system has been assessing using the CloudSim Simulator. This paper presents initial results of the system in practice. In fact the proposed solution shows that the MCMAS has a commanding capability to cope with the problem of traditional application. The performance of the MCMAS is compared with the traditional system in polyclinic ESSALEMA which showed that this prototype yields better recital than using usual application. In the 21 st century healthcare represents different challenges (the increasing cost of care and the growing of populations). For that, Agent Technology can provide better healthcare than the traditional medical system. In the hospital, several types of medical problems can be solved by agents. As examples of problems, which emerge in the hospital, we mention: collaboration between hospital wards, elaborations of diagnostics, the collection of information about patients etc. The adaptation of cooperative Multi Agent System (MAS) can solve these problems. In this regard, this study proposes a general architecture that integrates Swarm Intelligence into Multi Agent healthcare System in order to make care as efficient as possible.
