In this experimental study, the use of plastic in concrete has been tried and studied to focus the behavior of compression members under different proportions of plastic.PVC plastic waste-based concrete cubes and cylinders were manually cast and the strength of the test concrete was evaluated in terms of compression and partition stress. According to research it comes to known that the strength of the plastic changed the compression in terms of compression and partitioning and can be compared to conventional concrete. The purpose of this current study is to partially replace fine aggregate by PVC plastic waste granules (0%, 5%, 10%, 15% and 20%) that will provide the advantage of reducing dead weight composition. This combination of cubes and cylinders was subjected to compression and split stress to find the strength parameter.

Polyethylene glycol (PEG 400) of relative molecular weight 400 (PEG 400) for dosages ranging between 0.5 %,1 % ,1.5 % by weight of cement and polyvinyl alcoholat for ranging between 0.5 %, 1 %, 1.5 % by mixing to water. Two mixes with w/c ratio were considered within the investigation workability test i.e. slump flow for M20 grade of concrete were conducted on the fresh concrete whereas compressive strength were evaluated to see the properties of hardened concrete.

Research paper thumbnail of A Study On Properties Of Concrete Using Industrial Waste Sand As Partial Replacement Of Fine Aggregate: A Critical Review

Journal of emerging technologies and innovative research, 2018

This paper is based on the study on utilization of industrial waste sand in concrete. Waste sand ... more This paper is based on the study on utilization of industrial waste sand in concrete. Waste sand requires large area for the disposal by open dumping. In this paper, we are going to replace natural sand with industrial waste sand in different percentage like, 0% , 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% &60%. We will conduct workability tests- slump test & compaction factor test for M30, M45 & M60 grade of concrete. We will check harden properties of concrete with different tests like compression test, split tensile test & flexural test. Also the durability of concrete will be tested with acid attack, sulphate attack, water absorption test. The main aim of this study is to find optimum percentage of utilization of industrial waste sand in concrete.

The scale, named as “Perceived Coach Attitudes and Behaviors Scale” (PCABS) was developed through various processes including exploratory and confirmatory factor analysis. Following the literature review process in the beginning stage, focus group interviews were conducted. As a result of literature review process and focus group interviews an item pool of 61 items was formed, and after gathering the opinions and critics of experts in the area of language and sports science, the final form of the scale was constructed. The exploratory factor analysis (EFA) on 200 athletes revealed a construct comprised of 25 items and 3 sub-dimensions. Subsequently, confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) conducted on 266 athletes confirmed the structural validity of the scale composed of 24 items and 3 sub-dimensions. The first sub-dimension named &quot...
