ment of surveys of physical quantities which impact on the management of the supply-demand
of electrical energy balance. The implementation and the implementation of a management
system of physical quantities transcripts using various applications designed with the JAVA
language will allow inter alia a digital reading of statements of physical quantities through the
measuring device; an instant update on energy distributed; to reconstruct the historical record;
to assess the cost of production; to facilitate future decision-making with the seasonal or annual
statistics on production and consumption. The objective of this system is to computerize the
management of surveys of physical quantities to satisfy the supply-demand of electrical energy
balance.
Having regard to the current management of surveys of physical quantities, the realization of a
new management system would fill the expectations of the CEB. The various applications will
be used to communicate with the database maintaining records of physical quantities measured
by the measuring device for the best of the supply-demand of electrical energy balance.

This results in increased sensitivity to failures. When a failure occurs in a system at the least expected time, it has economic and security consequences.
To make a system more fault-tolerant, self-correcting when it discovers corrupted, fast and easy to repair without disrupting operations, it must have a good level of reliability, availability and serviceability (RAS). Several examples of current equipment are designed to maximize RAS. For a system to have a high level of RAS, the operating system must take action using MCA (Machine Check Architecture). The purpose of this thesis is to offer the Minix 3 operating system a high level of RAS within the Xeon family processor. To achieve this, we proposed a manager that allows Minix 3 to manage errors corrected or not by the processor and save them in a log file.
