Genotype environment interaction (G × EI) of eighteen genotypes wheat, tested at seven locations was interpreted by non-parametric measures. Different nonparametric measures for (G×EI) on the grain yield data of eighteen wheat’s genotypes were selected from NUWYT in the year 2016-17 in Pakistan. The experiments were conducted in Randomized Completely Block Design (RCBD) and were replicated twice at each location. The nonparametric steps were used to attain improvement for G×EI at (P < 0.01) which recommended the various interaction of the wheat’s genotype to be tested in each environment. Rank correlation by Spearman was applied to calculate the relationship amongst the stability of statistics with (PCA) biplot. The results of (PCA) and correlation analysis of nonparametric stability measures indicate to select stable and highly yield genotype by using Si1, Si2, Si3 and Si6 (...

Still and all, the members of the staff affiliated with these institutions do recognize an array of hitches in relation to KT practices. The study in question underscores social interactions, training, and Information and Communication Technology (ICT) as the primary barriers and treats them as the independent variables of the study. The study posits that inadequate management of the above-mentioned barriers would impact effective KT unfavorably. Besides, putting forth some striking solutions needed to fix the obstructions that hamper the adequate management of the KT exercises is another aim of the study. For data collection purposes, the study picks out higher education institutions (public) of the Quetta district. The reckoned sample size is 317 subjects. The research type that has been used is cross-sectional research and, in this context, the cross-sectional explanatory sequential design has been...

The question of identifying and systematically evaluating relevant research findings has never been explored in a comprehensive, interdisciplinary way despite the demonstrated interest from researchers across a range of disciplines. The study examines the effects of a fear appeal message regardingworkplace harassment. While scholars and practitioners recognize that workplace harassment occurs in various forms in organizations, there is little knowledge regarding how these different forms of harassment influence employees' outcomes. In this study, the goal was to determine whether protection motivation theory (PMT) can be used to explain the intentions of employees to quit their jobs.A random sample of 290 participants was selected from different service sector organizations in Pakistan and studied over two different periods.A sample of respondents without fear appeal was obtained at time1, and a sample of respondents with fear massage was collected at time2.By using composite confirmatory analysis (CCA) and partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM), we were able to determine the validity and reliability of each PMT construct.Higher perceived vulnerabilities, selfefficacy, and response efficacy were significantly correlated with higher quitting intentions, but intrinsic rewards were inversely related.A higher threat and coping appraisal were significantly associated with a higher quitting intention but was negatively associated with response cost.PMT has been found effective at predicting the quitting intentions of employees in Pakistani organizations.According to the study, it appears that the fearinducing message can interact with the message to influence access tomaladaptive behavior. The results are discussed concerning models of fear appeals.

The total sample consisted of 199 entrepreneurs in Quetta city. Data were collected using a partly borrowed questionnaire of 19 items (13 for achievement 6 for business success). The results of the hierarchical regression analyses showed that there was a positive relationship between friendship and advice network degree and a negative significant relationship between entrepreneurial success and adversarial network degree. So, supportive social networks play a vital role in entrepreneurial success, where rivalry network centrality disrupt entrepreneurial success. If the entrepreneurs have a higher social network those entrepreneurs are successful in the market.

This study aims to discuss the endogeneity problem in corporate financing decisions and investigate the interrelationship of financial decision-making such as investment decision, dividend decision, and external financing decision in Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) using two-stage least squares (2SLS) and generalized method of moment (GMM) estimation. The Bruech-Pagan test shows that the data has no heteroskedasticity issue and 2SLS is a better approach in the context of this study as compared to the GMM approach, and internal instruments are also sufficiently strong and valid. The three financial decisionmaking attributes are not jointly determined, and the dividend is influenced by one-sided investment. In the emerging stock market context, external financing and investment are no...

This study examines the relationship between the financial socialization agents, attitude toward ... more This study examines the relationship between the financial socialization agents, attitude toward money, and financial literacy with the mediating role of financial self-efficacy and the moderating role of mindfulness. The self-administered questionnaire was used for data collection from higher education institutions using the convenience sampling method because the sampling frame was not available. The data were tested using partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) in smart PLS. The results indicated a positive relationship between financial self-efficacy, financial socialization agents, attitude toward money, mindfulness, and financial literacy. The finding of mediation analysis suggests the significant mediation effect of financial self-efficacy between attitude toward money and financial social agents with financial literacy. The mediation of financial self-efficacy between attitude toward money and financial literacy has the greatest impact which indicates that students with positive attitude and self-efficacy create high financial literacy. Whereas mindfulness positively moderates the relation of attitude toward money and financial literacy and negatively moderates the relation of financial self-efficacy and financial literacy while mindfulness does not moderate the relation of financial socialization agents and financial literacy. The findings of this research are of use to different stakeholders who are users or regulators of financial institutions because enhancing financial literacy has become a priority.

The functional theory of workplace diversity suggests that effective leadership and group cohesion helps organization leverage the benefits of diversity by ensuring that team members with diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives work together harmoniously towards a common goal, resulting in improved performance and innovation. The sample for this research consisted of 213 employees from public sector universities in Quetta, the capital of Balochistan. The data was collected through a self-administered structured questionnaire and analyzed using the Smart PLS software. The results show that deep-level diversity has a negative relationship with group cohesion, while team leadership has a positive relationship with group cohesion. Additionally, team leadership acts as a moderator in the model, positively moderatin...

We used a self-administered questionnaire to a sample of 328 administration and faculty members of several public sector universities. The data collected were analyzed through structural equation modeling in AMOS 26. We found significant results between autocratic and democratic leadership styles as determinants of organizational functionality; such that the perceived autocratic leadership style negatively affected organizational functionality and the perceived democratic leadership style positively affected organizational functionality. The effect of laissez-faire was however statically insignificant. We thus conclude that the perception of a democratic leadership style improves organizational functionality; whereas, the perception of autocratic leadership negatively affects organizational functionality. Practically, the study shows as the employ...

The target population of our study was the universitylevel business students. We used the existing literature on drive theory for the development of interview protocol. After the finalization of the interview protocol, six semi-structured interviews were conducted with the business students enrolled in different programs with different fields of specialization. The data were analyzed using ATLAS.ti version 8. We found that business-related motivation was created by six drivers including aggressiveness, acquisition, achievement, social recognition, personal goals and desire for power.

The primary data is collected through a self-administered questionnaire (a structured form that consists of a series of closed-ended and open-ended questions) from a sample of 397 active individual investors belonging to different districts of the province. The data is empirically analyzed by applying the Partial Least Square (PLS) path modeling technique by using the estimation package available in Smart-PLS. The findings of this study suggest that all the variables are statistically significant with investors' investment intention with risk aversion as the strongest predictor. Moreover, openness to experience, extraversion, consciousness, agreeableness, and risk are significantly and positively related to an investor's investment intention, whereas neuroticism is negatively related to an investor's investment intention. The results extended by this study can be used by financial planners and investment bankers to channelize the available financial resources in diversified portfolios. The results will help financial planners to make available diverse investment alternatives for investors in Balochistan, thus catering to their unique needs. Academia must offer courses on contemporary finance paradigm based on behavioral finance to enable future business graduates to make wise financial decisions.

The cross-sectional data method was used to check the impact of risk management practices. Data was collected from the bank employees and a total of 284 respondents were finally selected for further analysis. Measurement Invariance of Composite Models analysis is used to test the quality of the measurement model for sub-samples, and multi-group analysis is used for path analysis in sub-sample through PLS-SEM. The findings of the study as the total sample show that both types of banks are managing adequate and significant risk management practices. On the other hand, sub-groups' results show private sector banks are more momentous than public sector banks. Risk identification is significantly different at the subgroup level, which shows public sector banks are more concentrating on this type of risk. Understanding of risk management has no significant effect on both types of banks and risk assessment & control for public sector banks, and there is a difference in the risk management practices among private and public sector commercial banks.
