Many black 5 Americans, disillusioned with the lack of progress and the decline of token affirmative action, "consider reparations for slavery and its legacy ... a more responsible accounting for human and civil rights violations than affirmative action." 6 These factors may explain why the notion of reparations, long popular among black working class Americans, 7 is gaining increasing support from black 4. Participants were 5,195 employees from 730 teams in 6 Italian local health organizations. Two competing conceptual models were tested for goodness of fit using multilevel path analysis. In the first model, psychological empowerment predicts organizational identification, which, in turn, predicts focal outcomes. In the second model, organizational identification predicts psychological empowerment, which, in turn, predicts focal outcomes. Fit indices of the path analysis indicated that the second model obtained the best fit to the data as compared with other models. Moreover, mediation analysis showed that psychological empowerment mediated the relationship between organizational identification and focal outcomes.

In this study, the effect of tone, movement and light interference on selective association behavior of laboratorial rats during the day and night has been studied. Subjects of this study include 4 white laboratory rats which have randomly chosen and divided into experimental and control groups. Then the rats were manipulated in two groups during the day and night with shock, avoidance program and compound antecedent stimuli (light, tone and movement). The subjects of both groups were manipulated concomitancy of compound shock stimulus was done next in the antecedent stimulus as a conditional to control the avidness answer was chosen to be analyzed. Different parts of the antecedent compound were presented to the rats in two groups during the day and night. The results show that there is a significant difference between the frequencies of selective associations during the day and night. The result cast doubt on this principle that all stimuli and responses are equally conditionable and any reinforcer could be paired with any behaviour so that learning would occur with equal strength and rapidly

Therefore, 100 individuals (65 women and 35 men) were selected from among all the individuals who had attempted suicide and were kept under observation by the welfare organization of Ilam Province and filled out the research tools which included Beck Scale for Suicide Ideation (BSS), Ryff's scales of Psychological Well-being, Religious Attitude Scale and Scale of Obligatory Attitude toward Praying. Results indicate that there is inverse and negative relationship between suicides ideation as the criterion variable and the predictor variables including the obligatory attitude toward praying, psychological well-being and religious attitude. That is to say that the multiple coefficient correlation equaled 0.58 and it indicates that the predictor variables can explain 0.58 of the variance of the criterion variable.

Methods: The method of the study was descriptive–correlational. The study included all students who are studying Shahreza schools, in 2011. The statistical sample included 200 girls and 200 boys selected by multistage cluster sampling. The research instruments for collecting data were two questionnaires. One of them measure spiritual attitudes of students and second measure general health including 28 questions made by Goldenberg. The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated through Cronbach's alpha coefficient (α = 0.85), and the validity was confirmed by determining its correlation with the same instruments. Result: This shows that, there is a negative relationship between depression and spiritual beliefs (r = –0/45). There was also a negative correlation between anxiety and spirituality. Conclusions: Based on these findings, we conclude that the relationship between spirituality and mental health is significant and positive.
