Recent studies suggest that certain analogs of resveratrol may exhibit more effective anti-tumor factors. This study investigates the impact of resveratrol on the cell cycle of MCF-7 cells at concentrations of 1.5 and 2µg\ ml. Resveratrol, at 2µg\ml, significantly alters the cell cycle distribution, indicating a concentrationdependent effect. Doxorubicin serves as a positive control and induces G1 phase arrest. These results contribute to understanding the potential mechanisms of resveratrol in cancer treatment and shed light on its impact on cell cycle dynamics. Additionally, the study explores the effects of different concentrations of resveratrol on the activity of Caspase 8, using doxorubicin as a positive control for comparison. Human cell lines were exposed to varying concentrations of resveratrol (1.5 µg\ ml and 2 micrograms/ml), and Caspase 8 activities were compared with both untreated cells (control group) and those treated with doxorubicin. The average Caspase 8 activity and standard deviation were calculated for each treatment group, and the statistical significance was determined. this study highlights the concentration-dependent effects of resveratrol on the cell cycle distribution of MCF-7 cells, suggesting its potential as a therapeutic agent in cancer treatment. Furthermore, the investigation of Caspase 8 activity provides additional insight into the anti-cancer properties of resveratrol in breast cells.

Therefore, this work dealt with an environmental study of several sites in western Iraq in terms of the type of soil and the biological communities of these sites. Samples of plants belonging to different families (dicotyledons), where most of the soils were salty and sandy except the areas adjacent to the Euphrates River were pure clay soil. Haloxylon salicornicum and Zygophyllum coccenium dominated most of the sandy soil environments.

The results showed a significant difference in the number of mycorrhiza spores in the soil and the percentage of infected carrot roots with G. mosseae. Significant increase was also found in wet and dry weight of vegetative and root parts at G. mosseae treatment and the addition of black oil at treatment H1. There was also a significant increase in the amount of hydrocarbons absorbed in the root and vegetative of the carrot plant in the inocul...

Complete Randomized Design with three replicates was used in this experiment. The results showed significant higher values of treatments with bacterial isolates in growth percentage, leaf area, height of plant, chlorophyll content and dry weight of shoots. The results also showed significant differences in levels of nitrogen and phosphorus in shoot weight of plant for all treatments which treated with bacterial vaccines. The isolates also improved the studied characters of plants cultured in soil contaminated with Rhizoctonia solani and significantly inhibited the effect of plant pathogen. We concluded from this research it can use bacterial vaccines as new biological technique in improving Agricultural production as Biofertilizers and Biocontrol to inhibit fungi growth on crops.

Therefore, That is why the most significant biologically productive compounds have been identified to be, namely (tannins, phlobatannins, Saponins, flavonoids, phenols, and glycosides). As the results of the detection showed the availability of excellent quantities of active chemical compounds in both parts and the compound Phlobatannins disappeared in the flowers, while the compound flavonoids did not appear in the fruits. Phenols were also studied in a spectrum to reveal the number of the secondary components that they consist of. The Spectral absorption was studied within the boundaries of the visible and ultraviolet region at the wavelength of 765 nanometers in to determine the basic groups in them. The number of components of phenols was six, while the fruits had three curves representing the types of secondary active compounds of phenols. The biological effectiveness of fruit and flower phenols was also tested against some bacterial pathogens by testing the lowest concentration of MIC inhibitor and the concentration of 100 fruits exceeded all the concentration against the isolates of bacteria that were used in the test, and the effectiveness of phenols in their effect on clotting time outside (vitro) and inside (vivo) , anti-coagulant effectiveness. And an important factor in blood flow were tested, the flowering exceeded the fruits by giving a ratio of clotting time of 4.33 minutes.
