Teacher self-efficacy is comprised of personal teaching efficacy and general teaching efficacy. A research issue is highlighted and discussed in detail and thoroughly. A theoretical background for both construct: efficacy theory and organisational citizenship behaviour have been systematically and clearly discussed. Both constructs are also found to be significantly contributed to the school achievement positively. The conceptual framework is also developed based on past empirical arguments. Numerous contributions are pointed out and adequate justification is provided. Past studies revealed and confirmed the relationship between personal teaching efficacy and organisational citizenship behaviour as well as between general teaching efficacy and organisational citizenship behaviour. This research employs a qualitative method and 56 teachers and school heads in 56 schools in Malaysia have participated in the interviews using random sampling and the data were collected continuously until it reaches the saturation point. Based on the process management principles, the Implementation of Education Policy Monitoring Instrument (IEPM) has been developed and utilized. Data analysis has been done manually beginning with the interview, followed by the interpretation of transcribed data through the process of open coding, axial coding and selective coding. Using the survey data, observation and also official document reviews, a management process analysis is conducted using the seven steps of the Phase Planning Method (Ph.P Method) to identify the failure of the policy implementation. A total of 296 undergraduates are taken from one publicuniversity and one private university. The questionnaires are personally distributed to these respondents. There are four factors tested on the cyber-entrepreneurial intention with the use of appropriatemeasures using the 5-point Likert scaling. All the constructs and variables are systematically developed and hypotheses are constructed according to the theoretical framework. The results indicate that three variables significance correlated with cyber-entrepreneurial intention. This paper offers some insightful information especially to the undergraduates towards the intention to cyber-entrepreneurial.

A total of 250 teachers from 25 primary schools participated in this study. This study used questionnaire for data collection. The data were analysed by using descriptive and correlation tests to investigate the relationship between the focused factors. The results showed that the level of leadership among teachers is moderate. The findings also showed that there is a significant relationship between school culture and teachers' attitude and personality factors with teacher leadership. Meanwhile, the management support factor does not show a significant relationship with teacher leadership. This study suggested that the competency and leadership courses should be provided to teachers including the management, to improve the leadership skills of teachers in schools.

A questionnaire-based survey was conducted to gather data from 52 teachers. The data analysed using descriptive statistics and Pearson correlation tests. The findings obtained from the analyses showed that the mean score values for every dimension of teacher leadership factor a relatively moderate. The findings also show that there was a significant correlation relationship between the components of self-assessment and make changes, communication, diversity, teaching skills, continuous improvement and independent organisation in the teacher leadership model with students' academic performance. The dimension of teaching skills has a higher significant correlation to students' academic performance followed by an independent organisation, diversity, self-assessment and make a change, and the least significant correlation is the dimension of continuous improvement. This study suggests that teachers need to improve leadership practices to enhance students' academic performance.

Using Glaser's Classic Grounded Theory method, the study captures learners' voices and analyses how they have survived the schooling process despite the challenges and deficit theorising surrounding them. The emerging findings make explicit five strands of roles that contributed to the success of Orang Asli primary education: parents, learners, kindergartens, primary schools and significant others. In this paper, however, the authors focus on the role of kindergartens in leading the learning of Orang Asli students. The findings capture the concerns, actions and provisions that supported Orang Asli students in transiting the home to school journey. Strategic considerations for improvement of kindergartens leading learning of Orang Asli students are discussed in context with implications for practice. By listening to learners' voices, kindergartens can reflect and raise their commitment for contextually inclusive pedagogy that avoids deficit theorising.

The study was quantitative in nature and used questionnaires as instruments in collecting data i.e. Teacher Self-Efficiency Scale and Teacher's Readiness. A total of 256 preservice teachers who were in the eighth semester at a public university were selected as a sample through a stratified sampling technique. The data were analyzed descriptively and inferential. The results showed that teachers' self efficacy (m = 6.91, s.d = 0.96) and teacher leadership readiness (m = 3.95, s.d = 0.40) were high. The result of the simple linear regression analysis showed that the self-efficacy of pre-service teachers influenced the readiness of teacher leadership at R 2 = .35, F (134.749), p <0.05. In conclusion, the teacher's self-efficacy is an important factor in providing teacher leadership readiness. The implication of this study suggests that the teacher preparation program should consider self-efficacy as one of the essential components in its curriculum in instilling teacher leadership at an early stage.

Hence, the purpose of this study was to explore and develop teacher redeployment good practices. The needs analysis of this study discovered the themes of redeployment good practices. This study used the triangulation method in collecting information from interviews, observation, and document analysis. Fuzzy Delphi Method (FDM) was adopted to develop good practices of teacher redeployment policy implementation based on the consensus of experts. There were six themes constructed and 42 sub items supported the themes to develop the redeployment policy implementation best practices priority list. 15 panel of experts responded to Five-Likert linguistic scale survey questionnaires. This study was carried out in three Malaysian universities, University Kebangsaan Malaysia, University Malaya, and Multimedia University, which include 196 academic leaders as respondents. To examine the direction of the correlation between transformational leadership style and job performance, the researcher employed descriptive statistic. Results revealed the positive correlation between transformational leadership style and job performance (r = 0.64, p <0.0005). Analysis of moderator variable indicated emotional intelligence did not affect the correlation between job performance and the predictor. The findings of this study implied that higher education institutions should identify the influential factors of job performance and they should develop and implement new and appropriate policies to improve job performance among the academic administrators.

This study was carried out in 9 primary schools which include 9 headmasters, 113 teachers and 102 parents as respondents. The data was collected by using questionnaires and was analysed by using descriptive statistics. The findings showed that all respondents agreed that the level of parental commitment was high in leading learning orang Asli students. The result of the correlation analysis between parental commitment and student achievement showed a low and negative correlation score value but is significant. These results provide indication that although parents' commitment was high but students' achievement is still very low. The implication of this study is to further investigate on factors that affect achievement. This study also suggests that motivation program for orang Asli parents need to be continued to further enhance their commitment.

The storyline of the concept cartoons was created by the researcher with the element of One Malaysia value. This study was employed descriptive quantitative method and 40 secondary school students from Malaysia was the sample. The instruments was a set of questionnaire. A five point Likert scale was constructed on each item. Principal axis factor analysis with varimax rotation was conducted to assess the underlying structure for the 40 items questionnaire for interest and communication skills. The assumption of normality, linear relationship between pairs of variables and the variables' being correlated at a moderate level were checked. A team of experts in education was verified the content validity of the questionnaire. The Cronbach Alpha coefficient was used to calculate the reliability of the questionnaire. The results revealed significant findings regarding students' communication skills and interest in learning using concept cartoons. The majority of the students said that concept cartoons assisted them in their learning activities. The results also revealed that the instrument was valid and reliable. Future research on this topic could be carried out with animated cartoons series in various fields.
