Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) refers to and integrated systems that has been used to plan an... more Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) refers to and integrated systems that has been used to plan and manage all the core processes of an organization. ERP can automate and simplify individual activities across a business or organization. It has been widely used in several countries. ERP adoption in Indonesia is based on an efficiency system that can support company performance and capacity. However, many failed ERP projects occurs. There are many factors that should be considered to realize successful implementation in ERP system. How to gain more advantages from ERP system will be important consideration. Therefore, a dedicated model framework is needed as a reference or guideline in measuring and evaluating the core antecedents in ERP system implementation. This model framework will be a guidance intended to companies that willing to adopt ERP. Authors redefining and integrating several models by previous researchers. The model built from several previous model such as IS Success Model, ERP Adoption model and Task Technology Fit. The model applied to compare the implementation in SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises) and Large Company in Indonesia. It examines whether any factors build in the model are have significant impact to ERP system implementation. Some interesting differences was found. The result of the study shows, from these two different sides of companies, there should be unique factors regarding ERP implementation that must be considered. This study aims to answer whether the implementation of ERP system in Small-Medium Enterprises (SMEs) will have certain factors compared to ERP system in large company. The method of this study is using analysis from the integrated interview and provided data. Then the data is processed by using Smart PLS 2.0. The result of this study shows that there are accepted hypothesis and some rejected hypothesis. This model framework believed can be a useful guidance to the company or organization who willing to implement ERP system. With the result of the study, authors trust that the model can help increasing number of successful ERP implementation.
