Magnetohydromagnetic steady viscous flow of nanofluid is examined. Heat transfer attributes of nanofluids are addressed via a numerical algorithm. Conductivity and diffusivity characteristics of fluid are depending on temperature and concentration and furthermore, on mass conservation, momentum, energy, and concentration yield partial differential equations (PDEs). The boundary layer flow concept pioneered by Prandtl has been employed to simplify the nonlinear constitutive flow laws which are then changed to ordinary differential equations. A built-in bvp4c algorithm in Mathematica software yields convergent outcomes of nonlinear (ODEs) systems. A comprehensive analysis has been made elucidating the physical significance of various governing parameters effects presented graphically. Additionally, the flow nature was confirm...

In the existing agricultural lands in Pakistan and even all over the world, genetics in rice works better for yield potential and quality improvement. GS3 and GW2 with functional mutation responsible for grain size in rice. In the current study, 17 different Pakistani landraces of various genetic and geographic backgrounds were evaluated for grain phenotypic traits (thousand-grain weight, length, width, and thickness) and characterized genotypes for GS3 gene (grain length) and GW2 (grain width). The two accessions JP5 and Bas370, were used as control. Phenotypic data revealed the range for grain weight from 16.86g (Lateefy) to 26.91g (PS2), grain length ranged from 7.27 mm (JP-5) to 12.18 mm (PS2), grain width ranged from 2.01 mm (Lateefy) to 3.51 mm (JP5), and grain thickness ranged from 1.79 mm to 2.19. Pearson correlation revealed a negative and significant correlation between grain width and length. There was no signi...

The combined analysis of variance showed that there were significant variations among genotypes, dates of sowing and their interaction. Based on regression coefficient (bi) and mean square deviation from linear regression (2) for the individual genotypes regarding the parameters Viz. plant height, spike length, spikelets spike-1 , number of tillers plant-1 and grain yield (kg) plot-1 under consideration, most of the genotypes responded negatively with respect to all the traits under late planting condition. However, some of the genotypes such as CT-09117, CT-09137, CT-09141 and SRN-09111 revealed stable performance with respect to the yield assorted traits. They have been recommended for the late planting conditions where sowing is delayed due to some unavoidable circumstances than the other elite wheat genotypes.

Potato (Solanum tuberosum L.) is known as a potential source of polyphenols, and also has health benefits in which phenolic acids, such as chlorogenic, ferulic acid, caffeic acid, and flavonoids, such as anthocyanins, sustainably play the most significant role. Almost every polyphenol contributes to various biological activities. In this review, we collected comprehensive information concerning the diversity of polyphenols in potatoes, and the effects of post-harvest processing and different cooking methods on the bioavailability of polyphenols. To achieve maximum health benefits, the selection of potato cultivars is necessary by choosing their colors, but various cooking methods are also very important in obtaining the maximum concentration of polyphenolic compounds. The health properties including major biological activities of polyphenols, such as antioxidant activity, anticarcinogenic activity, ...
