Helen Parsons

Teaching Tai Chi to people with a wide range of health conditions. Helping people to understand Tai Chi as a therapeutic exercise with many benefits. Creating and delivering bespoke workshops for Allied Health professionals who want to understand the evidence-based benefits of Tai Chi and how to use it with their patients. Presentations for groups who would like to know more this exercise form which has a long and winding history and how it can help us in 2021.

The purpose of this article is to develop an occupational perspective of unilateral transtibial amputation in a working age population. This research used the Model of Human Occupation to understand the impact the amputation had on daily activity and occupational identity.
