The purpose of this study is: (1) to describe academic efficacy and procrastination; and (2) know... more The purpose of this study is: (1) to describe academic efficacy and procrastination; and (2) know the relationship between self-efficacy and academic procrastination, (3) To measure how much he contributed to ambon city students in completing the final task. This study includes survey research with the aim of explanatory to explain the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The sample in this study was 90 students in Ambon City. Sampling size using cluster random sampling. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques use product moment correlation, but previously the data was tested for normality. The results showed that (1) the value of self-efficacy belongs to the high category and academic procrastination of students including the moderate category; (2) There is a significant negative relationship between self-efficacy and academic procrastination, where the r value is 0.461 and the p value is zero; (3) The effective contribution given by the variable of self-efficacy with academic procrastination is indicated by r =-0.461 or 46.1%. This means that there are still 53.9% of other factors that affect academic procrastination in students.

Both are used to measure how big the impact is on Ambon City students in completing their final assignment. This study uses a survey research method with the aim of explanation to explain the relationship between variables through hypothesis testing. The research subjects were 90 people who were taken by accidental sampling. Data was collected using a questionnaire, which had previously been tested for validity and reliability. All data were analyzed with product moment correlation. The results showed that (1) the value of the correlation coefficient was 0.305 and p was 0.003 (p <0.05), which means that there is a negative relationship between social support from friends and academic procrastination in completing thesis for students.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa terhadap layanan bimbing... more Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara persepsi siswa terhadap layanan bimbingan konseling dan konsep diri dengan kemandirian belajar siswa pada SMA Negeri 4 Kairatu. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 61 siswa dengan teknik probability sampling, secara khusus dengan cara klaster (cluster random sampling). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode skala. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 1. uji asumsi, dan 2. uji hipotesis penelitian dengan korelasiproduct moment untuk menguji hipotesis satu dan dua, sedangkan untuk hipotesis tiga dianalisa dengan regresi linierberganda. Hasil penelitian ini memperlihatkan bahwa: berdasarkan analisis korelasiproduct moment diperoleh hasil berupa nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,678 dan p sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil uji ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara persepsi siswa terhadap layanan bimbingan konseling dengan kemandirian belajar siswa. Berdasarkan analisis product moment juga diperoleh hasil berupa nilai koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,459 dan p sebesar 0,000 (p<0,05). Hasil uji ini menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara konsep diri dengan kemandirianbelajar. Berdasarkan analisa regregsi linier berganda, hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara bersama-sama ada hubungan antara persepsi siswa terhadap layanan bimbingan konseling dan konsep diri dengan kemandirian belajar siswa. Kemandirian belajar siswa dapat diprediksi dari variabel persepsi siswa terhadap layanan bimbingan konseling dan konsep diri secara bersama-sama sebesar 49,1 % sedangkan sisanya sebesar 50,9 % dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diikutsertakan dalam penelitian ini seperti keluarga, guru, kurikulum, inteligensimotivasi, dan sikap.
