Hospital Information Systems (HIS) has been considered by health care providers as the answer to ... more Hospital Information Systems (HIS) has been considered by health care providers as the answer to provide a quality service and help their employees to work effectively and efficiently. The purpose of this study was to identify the factors that influence users' acceptance level of HIS in a private multispecialty hospital in Indonesia as it was expected to give a proper guideline for the management in the current and future HIS development. This study applied a model that had been modified from the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) and analyzed by using the Structured Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The final results indicate ease of use and perceived usefulness as the main factors that should receive the management's utmost attention as they significantly affect the acceptance level of HIS in the hospital.

Hospital Information System (HIS) has become an important part of every healthcare institution in... more Hospital Information System (HIS) has become an important part of every healthcare institution in providing high quality clinical care and efficient daily operation. The purpose of this research is to evaluate the quality of HIS in a private multispecialty hospital in Indonesia as the mean to recommend possible actions for the management and IT department in the effort of achieving continuous improvements. The approach involves integrating SERVQUAL method, Kano Model and Quality Function Deployment (QFD) for measuring HIS quality attributes that are adopted from DeLone & McLean IS Success Model dimensions from the users' perspective. This research shows the low user satisfaction level towards the current HIS quality, and then the attributes required for betterment are subsequently identified. As the final outcome, the House of Quality is successfully constructed in order to propose systematic and measured improvement priorities that the hospital should perform to fulfill the users' needs and desires of a high quality HIS.

This study aims to propose designing and implementing a blockchain technology-based application for logistics delivery combined with the Internet of Things (IoT) called MSCWR. Logistics and delivery of valuable products have a common problem, and security is also questionable. Therefore, the research process in making prototypes starts by defining the problem, planning, prototyping, testing, and designing validation. The methodology used is User-Centered Design, focus group discussion conducted with business actors directly, and system or prototype development using the System Development Life Cycle framework. As a result, the business processes create using an activity diagram, the features define using a use case diagram, and the screen design to show the prototype development created at an early stage in the research. The new technology called Blockchain has been elaborate and predicted can be used to solve the issue because of blockchain characteristics which are immutable, secure, tamperproof and unchangeable. The enrollment process is one of the vital process for university before the document can be made. Therefore, the research tries to elaborate deeply to create a model of the university student enrollment process. The research question of this research is how Blockchain Technology can be merge in the enrollment process? The model has been validated by several universities in Indonesia. Forum Group Discussion had been performed to discuss for enrollment process. In the end, many benefits come up from blockchain technology utilization to produce a reliable document such as diploma certificate and transcripts.

With increasing production potential, Indonesia is also faced with a crucial problem, namely marketing. Marketing that is being done at this time still traditionally opens a place in certain markets so that buyers are only around that area. With the problems that occur in the marketing process that is carried out, it still does not support income from farmers and sellers. Therefore, it is necessary to expand marketing and sales to domestic and foreign countries. So in this study, we developed a combination of concepts in the market in the form of a virtual booth in a mobile application. Design the user interface of a mobile application using a user-centered design approach. This mobile-based virtual booth can make it easier for ornamental fish traders/breeders to display the ornamental fish products they produce in their respective booths in the form of video or live to consumers. With this design, it is hoped that it will make it easier for SMEs in the ornamental fish sector to communicate with buyers from within and outside the country so that transactions occur with each other. With this, it can increase the income of SMEs in the ornamental fish sector. In addition, it can provide an application platform that is easy for users to use.

This study analyzes the measurement of the implementation of enterprise resource planning technol... more This study analyzes the measurement of the implementation of enterprise resource planning technology (ERP) systems at a university and their application to the human capital management (HCM) section. The analysis was done by building a model with a model approach that was developed by Yu on the success measurement model for the ERP system, the theory of the IS success model DeLone & McLean and the conceptual model to measure the quality benefits from Deshmukh, Thampi and Kalamkar became an ERP model Quality The analysis was carried out with smart pls software, and conducted questioners on 32 respondents in the institution. The results showed that the measurement results of the instrument had met the validity and reliability tests. Factors affecting the implementation of ERP systems on HCM are based on testing factors that have a partial effect on perceived ERP benefits are system quality, information quality, vendor quality, top management support, project management. However, other variables (training, hardware and software and skill of workforce) have less effect on perceived ERP benefits. Simultaneous hypothesis testing, all variables studied (ERP quality) affect the perceived ERP benefit. There is a positive and significant influence on the variable perceived ERP benefit on the success of the ERP system.

For every non-academic activity participated by students, they will get points and recorded in Student Academic Transcript (SAT). SAT is an integral part of a diploma certificate. The research method used in this research is a user-centered design to build an education value chain model for recording student activity transcripts based on blockchain technology. Blockchain technology is used to ensure data validity, reliability, and integrity for all student non-academic activities.

Currently, companies are still looking for ways to handle it. Counterfeit parts are detrimental to customers, but if it used for vehicles, they could cause serious problems such as death. The problem of counterfeit spare parts has a broad impact, including country losses. Research on counterfeit spare parts has been carried out in various countries. A technology called Blockchain which developed in 2014 with the smart contract, can trace and track goods. Previous research was more theoretical. Therefore, this study aims to test or simulate blockchain technology (multichain) to trace and track spare parts in vehicle repair shops and shows how to record spare part information into the Blockchain. The research was conducted qualitatively by performing simulations and simulation results as well as validation for the research conducted on four experts, so this study could show how vehicle spare parts were recorded. The movement of vehicle parts starts from suppliers to workshops or warehouses. This study proves that blockchain technology can be used for component tracking and tracing so that the distribution of counterfeit spare parts can be minimized.

In this point, the transaction raises several new and crucial challenges. At a closer look, the concerns appeared due to no data integration, verification, and validation from parties both inside or outside of the university. In this respect, the data is not centralized or integrated. As this backdrop, this causes repeated data confirmation, and no one can authenticate the data validity when distributed to other parties. In this point of entry, the diploma certification forgery has become one of the significant issues in education in Indonesia. As a framework that enables the data integration, Blockchain contains verified data on every single of a transaction, so the data is trustworthy. With this in mind, this paper aims to discuss the best blockchain model for the university level. This study is qualitative-based research. As a result, McRhys model is introduced as a potential and implementable blockchain model in university in Indonesia.

The use of the Learning Management System (LMS) in the teaching learning process in the universit... more The use of the Learning Management System (LMS) in the teaching learning process in the university has been widely used, but the intensification of the use of the LMS to become a culture in the universities has its own challenges. The main objective of this study is how to find the factors that influence the behavior of lecturers when receiving and using the LMS. This study uses the UTAUT 2 and Trust method to identify the factors that influence the acceptance and use of LMS for university lecturers. The data was collected and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that performance expectancy, habit and trust have the significant influence on the acceptance of the application (behavioral intention), while habit and behavioral intention are the influential factor in the use of the application (use behaviour).

Several cases had been reported due to the usage of a fake transcript. One modus of using fake transcript is to enter a higher level of education and job promotion. The new technology found called Blockchain believes in solving the problem. Characteristics of Blockchain Technology such as secured, immutable, distributed, transparent seem to be matched with transcript document requirement. Therefore, the research tries to create a process model of the university teaching and learning process. Several studies have been done; however, no detailed process shown especially for teaching and learning activities. The research question is, how are teaching, and learning activities can be supported by Blockchain Technology? Qualitative method used in this research, focus group discussion with 9 reputable universities discussed the academic operation process and the result show that it is possible to adopt Blockchain Technology into the teaching and learning process to avoid forgery of university transcript documents.

Research in this field is scarce, so this research aims to analyze and synthesize research topic trends, a part of research related to the advancement of blockchain technology in the vehicle industry. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review and bibliometric using Publish and Perish software and analysis with VOSviewer software. The keywords used are blockchain technology, vehicle, automotive, and the vehicle industry. Based on the findings, there are 40 relevant papers, and there are trends that occur in research in this field, starting from 2017 to the present. Trending topics is data, application, supply chain, feasibility, transparency, traceability, integrity, car, privacy, business, ledger, information, smart contracts, internet, and manufacturing. This research provides perspective and trending topics on blockchain in the vehicle industry.

The government is still finding the best way to prevent and minimize this issue in the future. The diploma certificate and transcript are very easy to duplicate, not only from third parties. Even the university can easily produce a fake diploma certification and transcript for their benefit. Blockchain technology is a new technology and now can be used to prevent the fake graduation documents. This research shows the simulation of blockchain technology used (Multichain) for data recording of academic transcript as one of the graduation documents. FGD has been carried out by inviting several reputable universities to validate the prototype. As a result, the FGD participants validated the prototype and agreed if it possible to be implemented in university, especially for recording the academic transcript data. Recording the academic transcript on blockchain technology can contribute to prevent forgery.

The abundance amount of available data has become a unique challenge for the organisation to manage and process its data to be more useful information. The concept of processing large amounts of data that do not interfere the operational data is called "Data Warehouse" technology. Data warehouse serves as the basis to build an executive dashboard application that could assist the board of leadership in universities to access information in visual form to accelerate and improve the readability of the information itself. The developers of Executive Dashboard should meet what the board of leadership needs and stick to the information system architecture based that university has. This development method utilizes Key Performance Indicator approach owned by the university. To build a proper executive dashboard, developers need data warehouse that is built through the initial stage of system development life cycle for the data warehouse. Since it is applied to universities, this executive dashboard application is called as the University Dashboard.

In this point of entry, the diploma certification forgery has become one of the significant issues in education in Indonesia. As a framework that enables the data integration, Blockchain contains verified data on every single of a transaction, so the data is trustworthy. With this in mind, this paper aims to discuss the best blockchain model for the university level. This study is qualitative-based research. As a result, McRhys model is introduced as a potential and implementable blockchain model in university in Indonesia.

The use of the Learning Management System (LMS) in the teaching learning process in the universit... more The use of the Learning Management System (LMS) in the teaching learning process in the university has been widely used, but the intensification of the use of the LMS to become a culture in the universities has its own challenges. The main objective of this study is how to find the factors that influence the behavior of lecturers when receiving and using the LMS. This study uses the UTAUT 2 and Trust method to identify the factors that influence the acceptance and use of LMS for university lecturers. The data was collected and analyzed using SEM-PLS. The results of this study indicate that performance expectancy, habit and trust have the significant influence on the acceptance of the application (behavioral intention), while habit and behavioral intention are the influential factor in the use of the application (use behaviour).

Several cases had been reported due to the usage of a fake transcript. One modus of using fake transcript is to enter a higher level of education and job promotion. The new technology found called Blockchain believes in solving the problem. Characteristics of Blockchain Technology such as secured, immutable, distributed, transparent seem to be matched with transcript document requirement. Therefore, the research tries to create a process model of the university teaching and learning process. Several studies have been done; however, no detailed process shown especially for teaching and learning activities. The research question is, how are teaching, and learning activities can be supported by Blockchain Technology? Qualitative method used in this research, focus group discussion with 9 reputable universities discussed the academic operation process and the result show that it is possible to adopt Blockchain Technology into the teaching and learning process to avoid forgery of university transcript documents.

Research in this field is scarce, so this research aims to analyze and synthesize research topic trends, a part of research related to the advancement of blockchain technology in the vehicle industry. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review and bibliometric using Publish and Perish software and analysis with VOSviewer software. The keywords used are blockchain technology, vehicle, automotive, and the vehicle industry. Based on the findings, there are 40 relevant papers, and there are trends that occur in research in this field, starting from 2017 to the present. Trending topics is data, application, supply chain, feasibility, transparency, traceability, integrity, car, privacy, business, ledger, information, smart contracts, internet, and manufacturing. This research provides perspective and trending topics on blockchain in the vehicle industry.

The government is still finding the best way to prevent and minimize this issue in the future. The diploma certificate and transcript are very easy to duplicate, not only from third parties. Even the university can easily produce a fake diploma certification and transcript for their benefit. Blockchain technology is a new technology and now can be used to prevent the fake graduation documents. This research shows the simulation of blockchain technology used (Multichain) for data recording of academic transcript as one of the graduation documents. FGD has been carried out by inviting several reputable universities to validate the prototype. As a result, the FGD participants validated the prototype and agreed if it possible to be implemented in university, especially for recording the academic transcript data. Recording the academic transcript on blockchain technology can contribute to prevent forgery.

The abundance amount of available data has become a unique challenge for the organisation to manage and process its data to be more useful information. The concept of processing large amounts of data that do not interfere the operational data is called "Data Warehouse" technology. Data warehouse serves as the basis to build an executive dashboard application that could assist the board of leadership in universities to access information in visual form to accelerate and improve the readability of the information itself. The developers of Executive Dashboard should meet what the board of leadership needs and stick to the information system architecture based that university has. This development method utilizes Key Performance Indicator approach owned by the university. To build a proper executive dashboard, developers need data warehouse that is built through the initial stage of system development life cycle for the data warehouse. Since it is applied to universities, this executive dashboard application is called as the University Dashboard.
