Semana Santa, which now has developed into a religious tourism attraction, is a combination of history and religious rituals which together with the physical environment together form the image of religious tourism in Larantuka City. However, in its development, Larantuka is increasingly experiencing changes, not only socially, but physically, which then affects the identity of the area which is well-known as a religious tourism destination. Through mental mapping carried out on 32 respondents who took part in Semana Santa, a description was obtained in the form of an overview of Larantuka based on the experience of religious tourism as expressed by 58 environmental attributes. Jagung adalah identitas kultural masyarakat Madura, disebut maize eaters dan termasuk masyarakat ... more Jagung adalah identitas kultural masyarakat Madura, disebut maize eaters dan termasuk masyarakat agraris jenis peladang dengan lanskap agrikultur yang disebut ekologi tegal. Ladang jagung (tegal) pernah menjadi hirarki terpenting dalam hunian tanèyan lanjhèng. Pola permukiman desa di Madura adalah gabungan beberapa cluster tanèyan lanjhèng yang terbentuk berdasarkan hirarki ruang utama yaitu tegalan, baru kemudian hunian. Adat menyatakan pemakaian lahan hunian tidak boleh mengurangi lahan garapan. Namun pergeseran konsumsi dari jagung ke beras dan sistem waris tanah Islami yang bersifat uksorilokal dan matrilokal mengubah penggunaan lahan hunian sebagai hirarki ruang utama.Tujuan tulisan ini adalah mencari perwujudan dan hubungan antara lanskap agrikultur (tegal) dengan hunian (tanèyan lanjhèng) sehingga membentuk pola permukiman, kaitannya dengan pergeseran konsumsi dan sistem waris. Metode pembahasan menggunakan pendekatan antropologi-arsitektural. Sehingga ciri masyarakat peladang di Madura timur adalah masalah: hirarki ruang, kedudukan perempuan, kekerabatan, sistem kemasyarakatan, serta batas hirarki, kaitannya terhadap pola permukiman. In particular, Terrestrial Laser Scanning (TLS) technology has played a key role in the documentation of cultural heritage. In the existing literature, the geometric properties of point clouds are still the main focus for 3D reconstruction, while the surface performance of the dataset is of less interest due to the partial and limited analysis performed by certain disciplines. Sehingga tempat-tempat ibadah menjadi perhatian yang serius bagi masyarakat untuk selalu dipelihara dan dijaga dengan baik. Keberadaan rumah atau tempat Ibadah dalam suatu kawasan perumahan merupakan refleksi rasa syukur penghuni atau masyarakat tersebut terhadap Sang Pencipta. Salah satu tempat ibadah disini adalah bangunan Masjid, hampir setiap kawasan parumahan memiliki Masjid sendiri. Masjid berasal dari bahasa Arab Sujud atau Sajadah yang berarti bersujud, kemudian kata sujud/sajadah mendapat awalan 'Ma' yang berarti 'Tempat'. Dari sinilah akar kata Masjid terbentuk, sehingga Masjid berartid 'Tempat untuk bersujud', yaitu tempat yang menampung aktifitas manusia untuk bersujud menyembah Allah sang Pencipta alam semesta. Berkaitan dengan pengertian tersebut, maka desain dan bentuk masjid perlu mempertimbangkan fasilitas utama, yaitu sujud serta aktifitas penunjang yang menunjang bagi kegiatan bersujud. Hal inilah yang menjadi core bagi disain masjid. Dalam perkembangan selanjutnya disain masjid juga mempertimbangkan corak lokal sebagai bentuk partisipatif pemakainya, yang disesuaikan dengan keinginan dan keyakinan masyarakat setempat. Sehingga tidak heran muncuhya berbagai macam bentuk dan desain yang sangat unik dan spisifik.Berdasarkan salah satu tujuan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi yaitu pengabdian kepada masyarakat, sebagai pihak akademis sepatutnya memberikan arahan dan bantuan terhadap Perencanaan dan Perancangan Masjid Al-Ghifari untuk rencana pengembangannya. A mosque is a place of worship for Muslims. The mosque's architectural elements include domes... more A mosque is a place of worship for Muslims. The mosque's architectural elements include domes (roofs), mihrab, minarets, portals, and decorative ornaments. Elements of mosque architecture can express the identity of a mosque. Minaret often acts as a marker of the mosque's existence on a city scale. The minaret's design elements are the minaret head, minaret body, openings, ornaments, and structures that can be either integrated or separated from the mosque building. Shopping facilities are expected to accommodate the continuity of motion and good visual on spaces that transition with the surrounding environment. The purpose of this study was to determine the typology forms a transitional space in the front area of the shop building in the shopping center as well as knowing the quality of the visual aspects of continuity of motion-transition space in the front area of the shop building in a shopping center in Malang City. Character formation of transitional space in the shop front has encouraged the emergence of various types and scales of territorial between private space and public space, both physically and psychologically. Building frontage or shop fronts have a high degree of transparency to the area of the road, which can present the appearance of the expansion and territorial psychological. A study of motion-visual continuity transition space in the shopfront of the shopping center utilized a field observation and a sequential photo mapping method. This study analyzes the typology of shop front space and the continuity of visual. The area of official house an interesting part of this sugar factory complex to be further investigated. The official house building of Jatiroto Sugar Factory is almost 100 years old with a fascinating style. The one of building typeis the house with twin type. The twin type house building valued based on its architectural quality by using cultural significance valuation on the building. The aim of this research to find the value of twin type official house building which could be a direction for building preservation, then this building could be maintained its originality. The research methodis descriptive evaluative method which would be employed on visual and spatial elements of building. The research result an architectural assessment from the twin type official house of Jatiroto Sugar Factory, Lumajang District, which produces a moderate average value so that routine maintenance and maintenance are required, as well as replacement of damaged and destroyed building elements.

Banyaknya industri pengguna dekstrin, meningkatnya volume impor dekstrin, dipenuhinya ketersedian bahan baku tapioka dan tingginya nilai ekonomi dekstrin, merupakan pertimbangan awal untuk melakukan penelitian ini. Hidrolisa enzimatik dengan α amylase (termamyl) sebagai biokatalis dikenakan terhadap pati tapioka untuk membuat dekstrin. Penelitian dilakukan melalui 4 tahapan (1) Tahap persiapan yang meliputi karakterisasi pati tapioka dan karakterisasi microwave, (2) Tahap gelatinisasi, (3) Tahap likuifaksi, dan (4) Tahap uji hasil. Gelatinisasi dilakukan dalam microwave pada power P10 – desfrose D2 dan tahap likuifaksi dilakukan dalam waterbath pada suhu 93-95°C. Namun, tidak semua orang dapat mengonsumsi mi instan dengan bahan baku tepung gandum ini. Oleh karena itu, tepung ubi jalar merupakan alternatif sebagai bahan baku pembuatan mi instan.
