In an Ad Hoc Wireless Sensor Networks System, at some situations the packets may be discarded bec... more In an Ad Hoc Wireless Sensor Networks System, at some situations the packets may be discarded because of dead ends in the networks and also connectivity holes in the networks. To solve this problem many solutions are implemented, but in those system the energy efficiency is less and the percentage of delivery of packets in 'dead end' is also less. In some times the existed solutions were fail to deliver packets because of localization error. To overcome the problem this project is implementing. Using ALBA Algorithm and Priority Mechanism will solve the existing problem. Together ALBA Algorithm and Priority Mechanism is known as "ALBA-P". The Adaptive Load "Balancing Algorithm (ALBA) is a solution for multihop wireless routers problems. By comparing other algorithms like GeRaF and IRIS the ALBA algorithm have a good efficiency, effectiveness, and mainly less energy consumption. With this ALBA algorithm and Priority Mechanism is used to deal dead end nodes. It helps the dead end node to send packets to 'sink' by making route using Priority method. Because of Priority Mechanism the failure of packets delivery in 'dead end' is decreased. It follows 'Hop-by-Hop' forwarding then follows the rules established by ALBA.

All the theories, prevailing context and factors indicate, as evident from content analysis, have greater impact on organizational learning.

This study aims to contribute to the development of an extended theory of planned behavior to und... more This study aims to contribute to the development of an extended theory of planned behavior to understand the indicators of consumer behavior. A conceptual framework highlighting four study constructs (i.e., personal norms, intention towards green hotels, environmental consciousness, and green consumer behavior) was tested using 394 general Malaysian lodging consumers. The findings indicate that to devise green branding strategies for the hotels, the managers must first consider how the environmental consciousness of consumers positively affects their personal norms and behavior towards green hotels. Second, consumers' personal norms and behavioral intention towards environmentally responsible lodging positively affect their green behavior. Third, Personal norms mediates the significant positive relationship between; environmental consciousness and behavioral intention towards environmentally responsible lodging of a consumer; and environmental consciousness and green consumer behavior. Lastly, behavioral intention towards environmentally responsible lodging mediates the significant positive relationship between a consumer's personal norms and green consumer behavior.

In Pakistan, Advertising sector has always been in the limelight due to its efficient, communicat... more In Pakistan, Advertising sector has always been in the limelight due to its efficient, communicative and wellintegrated approach towards common public. Right now, advertising sector is facing a lot of challenges and organizational cynicism is one of them. This research was conducted to identify the relationship of the antecedents and consequences of cynical behavior showed up by the employees during any organizational change in the advertising sector of Pakistan. This cynical behavior may emerge due to two major reasons, one is what kind of information is perceived by the employees and what are the relational contexts towards it. In addition to this, the paper is based on the Buddha's quote that "Change is never painful, only the resistance to change is painful". Opinion of more than 250 employees was collected in the process of analysis. Findings show that cynicism has a significant influence towards organizational commitment and resistance towards change. Analysis shows that there is a strong requirement of eliminating cynicism out of the biggest economic activity of any country, i.e. advertising.

Moreover, the present research is accentuating to shed light on how global feminism and gender stereotypes have affected the female employees work life generally, and leaders especially. This study is aimed to analyze the current status of women's leadership development, and to investigate how to improve it in future. Women have always been an unsung hero of the society and stereotyping hinders women's career progression over the globe. The study selected 15 female leaders from various sectors, I.E, (education, media, medical, and NGOs) from Islamabad. The present study followed the inductive research approach through semi-structure interviews. The study divulges that leadership does not confine in the cage of gender stereotyping. The study shows that it is right time to remove such barriers from the society giving everyone equal opportunity to lead and achieve outstanding organizational performance. The study has significant implications towards mainstreaming women leaders in every walk of life. This research will enhance the digging of knowledge, skills and wisdom in women generally and of Pakistani women specifically.

The purpose of this study is to develop a model of conflict handling approaches and its impact on team performance. By specifically focusing on education sector employees of Pakistan, the present study attempts to analyze the how team members mingle with the conflict through appropriate conflict handling approach and how the particular approach employed by team members effect the overall team performance. Data and individuals' opinions collected from 240 employees in public and private education sector of Pakistan were analyzed. The sampling technique used is available sample approach. Findings show that conflict handling approaches in public and private education sector has a great influence on team performance and it shakes the performance of employees at a significant level.

The structural properties of two measures of organizational commitment, the Organizational Commit... more The structural properties of two measures of organizational commitment, the Organizational Commitment Questionnaire and the Organizational Commitment Scale, were examined to establish similarities and differences in the measures. Next, the antecedents of age, gender, marital status, leader-member exchange, and justice and the consequences of job satisfaction, life satisfaction, nonwork satisfaction, intent to turnover, and job involvement were examined in relation to each scale. Results indicated that the scales differed with respect to the components of commitment each measured and the strength of the relationships each had with the antecedents and consequences. Suggestions for when the use of each scale might be appropriate are provided.
