It is actually a minimizing model that assigns numbers of people with equal number of jobs, henceforth, minimizing the corresponding costs. In this paper an introduction is given to " New Improved Ones Assignment " which is a path to making an assignment problem. Earlier H. Gamel also brought to light the drawbacks of One assignment method. Our improvement to the Ones assignment method, leads to comparatively brief computation time and more convenient and strong codes. It also overcomes the drawbacks as mentioned previously
