It is one of the most interesting topics in recent research spheres and still there are lots of scope for improvement. The paper represents the method of controlling electrical components by Matlab graphical user interface (GUI) using voice command. The idea of developing voice controlled application can be established through speech identification and speech verification. Speech identification is performed by feature extracting of speech signal utilizing Mel Frequency Cepstrum Coefficient (MFCC) technique in Matlab. Then vector quantization (VQ) method has been proposed for verification. The recognized speech will be compared with prerecorded database and according to those results the desired commands are sent from application to microcontroller to control the devices.

It proved superior to any other guidance system as it is all weather, immune to precipitation static and propagates predictably through the atmosphere. GPS (Global Positioning System), GLONASS (Global Navigation Satellite System), Galileo are the systems that are now harbinger of navigation. In the field of navigation achieving reliability is one of the most concerns of any system. Reliability is the consistency of the solutions. A study of the satellite navigation system reliability is carried out in this paper in the context of Bangladesh. A frequency analysis has been done and shown that how multiple number of frequency reduce biases hence improve reliability.

A bipolar-unipolar coding scheme has been considered for 7 chip m-sequence and 31 and 127 chip Gold sequence considering a standard single mode fiber. The numerical results show that there is an order of magnitude increase in BER due to the effect of dispersion. For 100 simultaneous users, at a received power of -4dbm, average BER occurs at about 10-6 and 10-12 with and without chromatic dispersion respectively for 7-chip m-sequence at a chip rate of 10 Gchip/sec for a fiber length of 245.05 km, with dispersion coefficient of 16 ps/km-nm. For 31-chip Gold sequence, the corresponding average BER is of the order of 10-17 and 10-21 with and without dispersion respectively. It is further noticed that for 10 simultaneous users, the system operating at a chip rate of 10Gchip/sec, suffers a power penalty of 9.15 dB for 7-chip m-sequence and 1dB for 31-chip Gold sequence at a BER of 10-9.

The most well known is the Navigation by Satellite Ranging and Timing (NAVSTAR) Global Positioning System (GPS). It is the most advanced but still not free from erroneous positioning and needs better accuracy. Now European GALILEO is under development, which is interoperable with GPS. In this paper performance of GPS and GALILEO alone and combined GPS-GALILEO system has been analyzed. Simulation has also done using duel and triple frequency. This paper has also presented which system and combination gives better precision and reliability. Also a time analysis of getting highest availability is studied. Results show that the improvement of the combined system is as high as 50% as present GPS alone system.
