Feminism has affected social and organizational position of females throughout the world. However... more Feminism has affected social and organizational position of females throughout the world. However, reflection of feminism on organizational issues is a subject that has not been investigated sufficiently by scholars of different sociocultural background. The aim of this article is to explore the reflections of post-feminist viewpoints on female related issues in organizations, as well as shortcoming of existing cultures and organizational structures from standpoint of postfeminism. Reflection of these views on females-related organizational issues, with more attention to women's lifestyle and career choices and constraints that shape these choices, challenges organizational ignorance of women managerial characteristics and policies towards their job-family decisions (e.g. deficiency of work-family balance policies, overemphasis on work hours, and pale role of men in making a balance on work-family issues).
Use of appropriate leadership style to improve organizational commitment is among the major dutie... more Use of appropriate leadership style to improve organizational commitment is among the major duties of managers. In order to achieve this goal, Resonant Leaders, in harmony with the other members, use a high level of emotional intelligence. The purpose of this study is to identify the Resonant Leadership's effect on the organizational commitment, with the mediating role of trust in the senior managers and organizational knowledge sharing in the administrative department of a university. This study has used stratified random sampling and web-based questionnaire to collect data from 162 experts and managers in one of the Iranian public universities. Data was analyzed using LISREL Structural Equation Modeling path analysis method. The result of data analysis showed that Resonant Leadership has positive effect on trust and knowledge sharing and predicted organizational commitment through these variables.

وقوع بحران در هر سازمانی اجتناب ناپذیر است. در شرایط بحرانی از الگوهای عقلایی تصمیم گیری نمیتوان... more وقوع بحران در هر سازمانی اجتناب ناپذیر است. در شرایط بحرانی از الگوهای عقلایی تصمیم گیری نمیتوان بهره برد. استفاده از بداهه سازی تصمیمات می تواند راه حلی برای خروج از بحران و مکملی برای نظام های از پیش تعریف شده باشد. این پژوهش به بررسی ادراک مدیران از شرایط می پردازد و اینکه تصمیمات سازمانی متأثر از ادراک و تفسیر مدیر از شرایط محیطی و دورنی سازمان است. جامعه آماری این پژوهش، مدیران شرکت های سرویس دهنده خدمات اینترنتی است که به دلیل قطعی شبکه و به تبع آن نارضایتی گسترده مشتریان با بحران مواجه می شوند. اطلاعات و داده های پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه و مصاحبه بسته استخراج شده است. برای تحلیل داده های پیوسته از ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و در تحلیل داده های گسسته و اسمی از جداول توافقی و آزمون فیشر استفاده شده است. یافته های پژوهش نشان می دهد بداهه سازی تصمیمات می تواند سبب رفع قابل قبول بحران شود و در حالتی که مدیر، شرایط محیطی را پیچیده و گسترده تصور کند، تمایلش به اتخاذ تصمیمات بداهه و میزان تصمیمات بداهه موفق او افزایش می یابد. به علاوه، زمانی که مدیر ساختار و استراتژی سازمان را منعطف بداند و دید مثبتی از جریان اطلاعات در سازمان داشته باشد، بیشتر به سمت تصمیم گیری بداهه گرایش داشته و تصمیمات بداهه موفق تری نیز اتخاذ خواهد کرد. کلیدواژه ها: ادراک و تفسیر مدیران، بداهه سازی تصمیمات، بحران های سازمانی

This study investigated the relationship between different stages of the life cycle of organizati... more This study investigated the relationship between different stages of the life cycle of organizational and leadership styles in the offices of government agencies Kermanshah province. This descriptive study with a quantitative approach and appropriate information gathered from a sample of 402 people. The data gathering tool was a standard questionnaire. Therefore, the model of Miller and Friesen (1984) was used to identify the stages of the life cycle and has had 20 questions, each of the stages of birth, growth, maturity, decline and revival is measured with four items and the leadership model Likert (1961) was used to identify leadership practices. The questionnaire has 27 questions, imperious manner with 7 items, charitable way with 6 items, consultative approach with 6 items and collaborative manner is measured by 8 items. The population of the entire staff of managers and administrative staff, including 27 Department of Kermanshah city with a population of 8526 people. Bartlett test was used to assess reliability. Content validity was used for validity; the questionnaire was sent to a number of professors in the field of research and after the reforms were attempted to distribute it. The results of the tests "Bartlett" calculated for the concept of leadership style equal to 0.702 and for the life cycle of the 0.891 was decided to confirm the adequacy of sampling (more than 0.50). For analyze the software "SPSS" and Amos were used. The results show that organizational life and its dimensions ranging between cycles of birth, growth, maturity, decline and revival and leadership styles include authoritarian, benevolent, consultation and participation, there is a significant correlation between positive effects.

In a research done by Mr. Goold and Associates, three common parenting styles, namely strategic p... more In a research done by Mr. Goold and Associates, three common parenting styles, namely strategic planning (SP), strategic control (SC) and financial control (FC), have been identified for which they believe the parent company needs to have appropriate knowledge and understanding of its own business to choose each. Authors, have tried to put these three parenting styles together with the parenting matrix to design a pattern for selecting the parenting style based on the parent's level of business understanding and In this pattern, the primary hypothesis, "There is a relation between the parenting style and the level of understanding and help of the parent company with the business in subsidiaries", along with 9 secondary hypotheses are studied and analyzed within the sample chosen from Iranian parent companies. The research methodology is expansive regarding the result, descriptive regarding the objective and quantitive regarding the data type. Statistical method employed in parametric test is the success ratio and in non-parametric test is the sign. Results from analyzing the hypotheses show that the primary hypothesis and three of the secondary hypotheses are confirmed; two of the secondary hypotheses are not confirmed and there was insufficient sample for the remaining four hypotheses in the studied companies and there is a prevailing rational relation between the staff individuals of the parent and the parenting style.

Industry competitiveness has positive impact on productivity and public wealth. In this research,... more Industry competitiveness has positive impact on productivity and public wealth. In this research, we try to draw a proper competitiveness model for Iranian manufacturing industries through recognizing influential factors. We reviewed 23 manufacturing industries in Iran from 1373 to 1386. The result shows that "Industry size" is the most important factor among others that impact on competitiveness of manufacturing industries in Iran. "Labor productivity" has low impact on Industry competitiveness. Besides, government has a central role on competitiveness success in Iranian manufacturing industries.

The study tries to identify predictors of change acceptance based on work engagement of civil ser... more The study tries to identify predictors of change acceptance based on work engagement of civil servants in government organizations in Sanandaj. The population of the study is 4235 civil servants in government organizations in Sanandaj. The present study uses stratified random sampling method. Using Cochran's Formula, as many as 352 people were set as the sample size and the same number of questionnaires was filled by the participants. The study was descriptive co relational and was carried out through a descriptive method. A questionnaire was used for data collection to measure the level of work engagement, the questionnaire proposed by Schaufeli and Becker (2003) was used. To measure change acceptance in the respondents, the questionnaire proposed by Saeatchi, Kamkari and Askarian (2010) was designed according to the model by Kurt Lewin. After the validity and reliability of the questionnaires were confirmed, the questionnaires were distributed among the participants. Cronbach's alpha in work engagement and in change acceptance questionnaires were 0.84 and 0.82, respectively. After completing the questionnaire using SPSS20, Pearson correlation analysis and multivariate regression analysis were calculated and analyzed. The results of regression analysis showed that the dependent variable (change acceptance) was directly affected by liveliness and eagerness of the staff. This variable alone explains 44% of acceptance of change variance in this study. The independent variable is directly affected by eagerness variable. This variable alone accounts for 39% of accepting change variance in the population under study. The third determinant of accepting change is the employees' dedication variable. This variable alone amounts to 31% of change acceptance variance by staff in the population under study.

As redes de pesquisa impulsionam a criação do conhecimento e o processo de inovação resultantes d... more As redes de pesquisa impulsionam a criação do conhecimento e o processo de inovação resultantes do intercâmbio de informações e, sobretudo, da junção de competências de grupos que unem esforços na busca de metas comuns. Este artigo apresenta breve histórico dos estudos relativos às redes de colaboração científica, sua evolução cronológica e as principais abordagens de estudo. Discute-se particularmente como as análises de redes de pesquisa podem ser revisitadas à luz das possibilidades recentes surgidas com as novas Tecnologias de Informação e de Comunicação (TICs). Para tal, apresentam-se exemplos de sistemas de conhecimento no âmbito da Plataforma Lattes: Egressos, Colaboradores e Redes-GP. Esses sistemas permitem executar, com grandes volumes de dados, análises de redes por meio de algoritmos descritos na literatura, bem como criar novas formas de análise possibilitadas pelas TICs.

The proposed model has been implemented in a holding company and its results can be used to develop corporate strategy.
