The data rich model serves multi tasks from cost estimation, project scheduling, energy analyses. However, the data in BIM model cannot be controlled strictly in project phases by stakeholders, therefore the quality of BIM Model and included documents is limited and disorder. Blockchain, the back-end database technology that makes Bitcoin work, is one of the most exciting technologies emerging right now. Beyond the cryptocurrency, it is redefining how we store, update, and move data on networks. It enables a whole new way of writing and deploying applications that has the potential to improve online security and trust. It can even enable the creation of a new type of organization that is devoid of hierarchy and centralized decision-making. This paper shows the development of a blockchain based on Ethereum for BIM applications, which can help to solve model ownership and increase the quality and usefulness of the BIM model.

A Computational Building Information Model (BIM) is built to pre-test the building systems. A small scale permanent magnet, axial flux generator also introduced to harvest the wind energy at site to provide additional power for lighting, water distillation. Furthermore, renewable resources can enhance living conditions with small household absorption refrigerator. Eventually, the comprehensive mathematical models introduced for deep investigation.

The energy consumption of Mechanical-Ventilating-Air conditioning (MVAC) systems always the largest proportion in total energy consumption. One of the most effective approach is the estimation and prediction as close as possible to the real operation mode of the MVAC in reality. However, the tasks of energy consumption estimation request large efforts, time consuming but low precise results. Most designers roughly calculate the energy consumption at first and the using automation control to manipulate the system operation later. With the help of the newest, cutting edge technology in soft computing like ANN, ANFIS and intelligent optimization methods, the designers now can apply these technologies to achieve the reliable, rapid, precise results for the further convincing designs. In this paper, the authors simply apply the Multi Layers, Back Propaganda Neural Network (MLB ANN) to estimate the building Heating Load (HL) and Cooling Load (CL). The Mean Square Errors (MSE) and Regression R Values (R) are used as the indicators for ANN with the dataset provided open access by UCI. The results prove that ANN can be reliable approach to predict energy consumption for complex, multi design option building.

The introduction of Artificial Intelligent algorithms together with the advancement in computing capability recently open the doors to new horizon. In this paper, the application of Adaptive Neuro-Fuzzy Inference System (ANFIS) to predict the cooling load of building from early design is investigated. The building cooling load estimation for most building is complicated and time consuming due different design options, location, weather data...And the outputs are also many like cooling load, heating load, etc… Many commercial, complex software packages for heating load and cooling load of specific building. ANFIS can help to predict the energy consumption based its learning capability of large data from building in general and heating and cooling loads in particular. The building energy dataset now can be generated using computational BIM model using Dynamo for Autodesk Revit by Autodesk Inc., Grasshopper for Rhinoceros, McNeel corporations. In this paper, the dataset is generated by Autodesk Ecotect and is provided freely by UCI dataset repository to download. By ANFIS the energy consumption of residential building is predicted precisely.

With the help of many simulation software, the designers can foresee the outcomes and then reduce the costs, satisfy the technical design in advance. The developments in computational science recently are really significant for various discipline applications. This paper shows the natural ventilation simulations for high rise and factory buildings using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) software to solve the unable solving obstacles by using traditional calculations. The forty stories, high rise building equipped with air cooled condensers faces to the heat dissipation. In general, the solution for sustainable design now can be achieved using the similar methodology. In this paper, the simulation results for the real problem, real project in Hochiminh City are shown and contribute significantly to solve the technical issues facing in real project.

The paper illustrates a case study of using BIM for different disciplines from architectural envelope evaluation, structural detail demonstration to Mechanical-Electrical-Plumbing design at Van Lang University. The calculations provide the owner, building operators the insight view in energy consumption which relates to building form, orientation. The 3D BIM models are used for building physic analyses, cost estimation; the 4D model simulates the construction using up to date BIM software like FormIT, Revit, Ecotect, Navisworks Manage and CFD simulation.

Forecasting daily new Covid-19 infections is essential and important for prevention and social distancing purposes. Recurrent neural networks have been intensively used to process sequential data like voice, text, video and time series recently. In this paper, we present the forecasting models to predict new Covid-19 infected cases in Ho Chi Minh City using different recurrent neural networks (RNN). The experimental results show that the bidirectional long short-term memory network obtains better performance than the other models based on three statistical assessment criteria, the mean absolute error (MAE), symmetric mean absolute percentage error (sMAPE) and root mean square error (RMSE). The forecasting performance is also verified on the different forecasting horizons and multiple test runs. © 2021, Springer Nature Singapore Pte Ltd.
