Autogenic exercise is a nursing intervention that is often used for hypertensive patients. Autogenic training is a type of psychophysiological psychotherapy that provides self-sourced suggestions of calm. This research aims to determine the effect of autogenic training on the quality of life of hypertensive patients. This research with a quasi-experimental design with control group with pretest and posttest types. The sample size in this study was 30 hypertension clients in each intervention and control group. The intervention provided was 5 sessions of Autogenic Training with an internalization period of 1 month of independent practice. Data collection using the WHOQOL-BREF questionnaire to measure the quality of life of hypertension patients. Kelompok ibu rumah tangga (IRT) merupakan kelompok yang rentan terhadap keluhan fisik, baik karena faktor fisiologis maupun karena penyakit. Angka kejadian penyakit tertinggi di kabupaten OKU adalah hipertensi, dengan kejadian terbesar pada kelompok jenis kelamin perempuan. Tuberculosis (TB) was declared a global emergency for humanity by the World Health Organization i... more Tuberculosis (TB) was declared a global emergency for humanity by the World Health Organization in 2015. According to Global Report TB data in 2016, Indonesia is one of the 30 countries in the world that has the highest TB caseload, especially Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV)-TB and (Multi Drug Resistant Tuberculosis (MDR) TB) cases during the 2016-2020 period (Global Tuberculosis Report, 2016). The high rise of MDR TB cases has great potential for transmission and an increase in the number of new TB cases. Efforts to optimize the handling of care and treatment, as well as to accelerate the determination of the diagnosis need to be conducted vigilantly on all lines, especially efforts to increase the ability to prevent transmission, provide quality follow-up care, and community-based treatment. Forming support groups is one of community health nursing strategies for TB prevention. A support group provides assistance to increase TB medication adherence and reduce TB transmission. TB control strategies are conducted by implementing CERMAT (Smart Against TB Transmission) to TB support groups that combine education intervention and skills to prevent TB transmission in the community setting. Community health nursing though the nursing process has established a system with recognition of the variables that affect health status and individual behaviors against TB disease. The nursing strategy intervention in the community is done at all levels, such as health education, group process, partnership, and community empowerment. The CERMAT package implemented in the TB support group is an evidence-based nursing practice. It was applied to 70 samples of adult TB clients at Curug, Cimanggis, Depok. The sampling was selected with a non-probability quota sampling technique. This study used an experimental design with paired t-test data analysis to determine the improvement in the skills of the TB support group after the support group intervention was done. It showed there was influence of the CERMAT method on the level of good support for completing TB treatment in Curug Village, with increased the mean of completed treatment by 2.42 with a p value 0.00 (p <0.05). The CERMAT method can be applied as one of the nursing interventions to increase TB clients' adherence. This intervention can be done by the person who is responsible for the TB program at the Community Health Center. The CERMAT method needs to be continued and evaluated regularly by involving health care volunteers.

Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi dari masa anak-anak menuju masa dewasa, masa remaja merupakan... more Masa remaja merupakan masa transisi dari masa anak-anak menuju masa dewasa, masa remaja merupakan masa yang sulit dan penuh gejolak sehingga sering disebut sebagai masa badai dan topan, masa pancaroba, dan berbagai sebutan lainnya yang menggambarkan banyaknya kesulitan yang dialami anak pada masa perubahan tersebut. kematangan emosi adalah kemampuan individu untuk dapat bersikap toleran, merasa nyaman, mempunyai kontrol diri sendiri, perasaan mau menerima dirinya sendiri dan orang lain, serta mampu menyatakan emosinya secara konstriktif dan kreatif. Perkembangan emosi dalam diri seseorang akan mengalami peningkatan menuju kematangan emosi seiring dengan tahap-tahap perkembangan yang dialami. Pola asuh permisif merupakan pola asuh yang tidak perduli terhadap anak, jadi apapun yang ingin dilakukan anak diperbolehkan, biasanya pola pegasuhan pada anak yang seperti ini diakibatkan oleh orang tua yang terlalu sibuk dengan perkerjaan, kesibukan atau urusan lain yang akhirnya lupa untu mendidik dan mengasuh anak dengan baik. Jenis penelitian ini kuantitatif dengan menggunakan desain cross-sectional. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 87 orang. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada bulan April 2019. Analisi yang digunakan adalah uji statistik berupa chi-square. Hasil: hasil penelitia n ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pola asuh orangtua permisif terhadap perkembangan emosi remaja. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan a ntara pola asuh orangtua permisif terhadap perkembangan emosi remaja.

This article aimed to describe the implementation of a community-based COVID-19 prevention program that was conducted among 280 families in six sub-districts in Brebes Regency from May to June 2020. Introduction: Teaching strategies for nursing students need to be varied to prepare them for thei... more Introduction: Teaching strategies for nursing students need to be varied to prepare them for their future practice, and to increase their confidence levels in order to ensure that they deliver high quality care to patients. Interprofessional learning (IPL) is a way to develop health professional teams in that it facilitates collaboration by having health professional students learn with, from and about each other's roles and responsibilities in the provision of patient care. At present, nurses are unable to learn together with other health professional students during their clinical posting, because of professional barriers. Objective: To explore nursing students' knowledge and perception of interprofessional learning. Authors developed a grading system named the Discrepancy-Agreement. Method: This paper presents the results of a focus group discussion with nursing students (n= 8). A semi structured guide was used that focused on knowledge, experiences and benefit related to IPL. Result: Data were analysed, from which four major themes emerged: 1) Learning with, from and about other health professionals; 2) Communication skills; 3) Teamwork; and 4) Preparation of future practice Conclusion: The results of this study suggest IPL as an educational strategy should be introduced to nursing students in order to extend their understanding of the roles and responsibilities of other health professionals and to provide them with opportunities to work collaboratively with other health professionals.
