composition pedagogy, leveraging Internet Plus resources. The study aims to provide an in-depth analysis
of how this method influences students’ writing competence, their perceptions of writing, and their
enthusiasm for English acquisition. Employing an explanatory research design that combines qualitative
and quantitative methods, the study collects data through surveys, interviews, and observations of students’
writing performance before and after the intervention. Findings demonstrate a beneficial impact of
integrating the memetic approach alongside Internet Plus tools on the writing aptitude of English as a
Foreign Language (EFL) learners. Students reported increased engagement with writing, attributing it to
the use of Internet plus tools. They also expressed that the memetic approach facilitated a deeper
understanding of cultural and social contexts in writing. Furthermore, the findings highlight a significant
improvement in students’ writing skills following the intervention. This study provides significant insights
into the practical implementation of the memetic approach within English writing education, highlighting
the beneficial contribution of Internet Plus tools in enriching students' learning journeys.

LLaMA, and Google’s PaLM, have revolutionized natural language processing and various AI-driven applications. Despite their transformative impact, a standardized metric to compare these models poses a
significant challenge for researchers and practitioners. This paper addresses the urgent need for a comprehensive evaluation framework by proposing a novel performance ranking metric. Our metric integrates both
qualitative and quantitative assessments to provide a holistic comparison of LLM capabilities. Through
rigorous benchmarking, we analyze the strengths and limitations of leading LLMs, offering valuable insights
into their relative performance. This study aims to facilitate informed decision-making in model selection
and promote advances in developing more robust and efficient language models.

communicating abilities. One of current concerns in wireless sensor networks is developing a stable
clustered heterogeneous protocol prolonging the network lifetime with minimum consumption of battery
power. In the recent times, many routing protocols have been proposed increasing the network lifetime,
stability in short proposing a reliable and robust routing protocol. In this paper we study the impact of
hierarchical clustered network with sensor nodes of two-level heterogeneity. The main approach in this
research is to develop an enhanced multi-hop DEEC routing protocol unlike DEEC. Simulation results
show the proposed protocol is better than DEEC in terms of FDN (First Dead Node), energy consumption
and Packet transmission.

agriculture, environmental observation and forecasting .Coverage preservation and energy consumption
are two most important issues in wireless sensor networks. To increase the network lifetime, we propose an
energy efficient coverage aware routing protocol for wireless sensor network for randomly deployed sensor
nodes. Some of the routing protocol is based on energy efficiency and some are based on coverage aware.
The proposed routing protocol is based on both the issues i.e. coverage and energy, in which we first find
the k-mean i.e. the degree of coverage, so that we can use this in the selection of cluster heads in wireless
sensor network by using Genetic Algorithm for increasing network lifetime and coverage. For cluster head
selection each node evaluates its k-mean and energy by internal function which used as fitness function in
genetic algorithm. The proposed algorithm “Implementation of energy efficient coverage aware routing
protocol for Wireless Sensor Network” is designed for homogeneous wireless sensor network. Simulations
results show that proposed algorithm increases the network lifetime by reduce the energy consumption and
preserve coverage. Simulation is done with MATLAB and a comparison of algorithm with benchmark
algorithms is also performed.

several ways to achieve a mental age and usually professionals use certain tests. In order to avoid having
decimals and facilitate calculations, the result of mental age/chronological age ration is multiplied by 100.
IQ tests are used to determine IQ value. Tests and methods available to determine IQ have shortcomings
such as time-consuming nature of the tests, non-comprehensive tests, non-systematic tests, etc. This article
seeks to design a comprehensive digital system for testing and evaluating children's IQ according to

random network using the idea of link rewiring under the well-known Watts-Strogatz model for complex
networks. Every link u-v in the regular network is considered for rewiring with a certain probability and if
chosen for rewiring, the link u-v is removed from the network and the node u is connected to a randomly
chosen node w (other than nodes u and v). Our objective in this paper is to analyze the distribution of the
maximal clique size per node by varying the probability of link rewiring and the degree per node (number
of links incident on a node) in the initial regular network. For a given probability of rewiring and initial
number of links per node, we observe the distribution of the maximal clique per node to follow a Poisson
distribution. We also observe the maximal clique size per node in the small-world network to be very close
to that of the average value and close to that of the maximal clique size in a regular network. There is no
appreciable decrease in the maximal clique size per node when the network transforms from a regular
network to a small-world network. On the other hand, when the network transforms from a small-world
network to a random network, the average maximal clique size value decreases significantly.

abnormal cell or tissue forms within a brain. In this paper, a model based on texture feature is useful to
detect the MRI brain tumor images. There are two parts, namely; feature extraction process and
classification. First, the texture features are extracted using techniques like Curvelet transform, Contourlet
transform and Local ternary pattern (LTP). Second, the supervised learning algorithm like Deep neural
network (DNN) is used to classify the brain tumor images. The Experiment is performed on a collection of
1000 brain tumor images with different orientations. Experimental results reveal that contourlet transform
technique provides better than curvelet transform and Local ternary pattern.

intensity values will be similar like one another. On the other hand, it is also not that true in practice
where the image color or intensity values are regularly affected by different radiometric factors like
illumination direction, change in image device, illuminant color and so on. For this issue, the information
about the raw color of the images which is recorded by the camera should not depend on it totally, and

unconstrained offline handwritten Numeral strings. The Numeral strings are segmented and isolated
numerals are obtained using a connected component labeling (CCL) algorithm approach. The structural
part of the models has been modeled using a Multilayer Perceptron Neural Network. This paper also
presents a new technique to remove slope and slant from handwritten numeral string and to normalize the
size of text images and classify with supervised learning methods. Experimental results on a database of
102 numeral string patterns written by 3 different people show that a recognition rate of 99.7% is obtained
on independent digits contained in the numeral string of digits includes both the skewed and slant data.

the computationally heavy betweenness centrality (BWC) metric. In this pursuit, in the first half of the
paper, we evaluate the correlation coefficient between BWC and the other commonly used centrality
metrics such as Degree Centrality (DEG), Closeness Centrality (CLC), Farness Centrality (FRC),
Clustering Coefficient Centrality (CCC) and Eigenvector Centrality (EVC). We observe BWC to be highly
correlated with DEG for synthetic networks generated based on the Erdos-Renyi model (for random
