The current year's secondary school graduation will constantly hold an extraordinary spot in my heart. We finished the year together, learning and developing at each turn. It is an indication of the groundbreaking force of schooling and the significant effect our understudies have had on me.
Graduation is in excess of a function, it is a finish of long stretches of difficult work, steadiness and development. It's a festival of accomplishments, both of all shapes and sizes, that our understudies have worked energetically to achieve. For my purposes, this day denotes an individual achievement, pondering my excursion as a teacher and presently as the head of this staggering secondary school.
As I watched our alumni ring the chime, I was helped to remember the endless collaborations and the permanent imprints they have left on me. Every understudy's story is remarkable, loaded up with snapshots of win and difficulties survive. They have shown me flexibility, propelled me with their innovativeness, and presented for me the significance of encouraging a supporting and comprehensive school climate.
Over time, I have had the honor of seeing development firsthand. I've seen understudies develop into insightful, sure and able youthful grown-ups. Their process has been a wellspring of steady motivation. I'm loaded up with a feeling of satisfaction and confidence.
To our alumni, as you step into the following section of your lives, realize that you convey with you the expectations and all the best of everybody at Derby Secondary School, and all of Derby State funded Schools. You have made a permanent imprint on this school, and on me, and I'm sure that you will keep on having an effect on the planet.
I'm respected to be important for Derby Secondary School and to be essential for every individual's secondary school insight. Graduation is an achievement, not the objective. I urge every one of us to recollect the examples took in, the kinships fashioned and the versatility created.

The concept of moral insanity represented a step backwards when it came into being, but it has persisted for a century and a half, changing only its title. Its creation and its subsequent history exemplify some of the common errors in psychiatric theorising.

Islam does not recognize a man and neglects a woman or recognizes a human being and ignores animals. Rather, all have been honoured and treated in same manner as creatures and according to their natural features. However, Islam accords topmost priority and concern to women especially in terms of kindness and respect. History has also proved that no religion or system attached tremendous concern and attention to women as Islam did. Under the spontaneous and plausible shadow of such religion, they maintain An utmost and luxurious position that a times over placed that of men. They receive same reward with the men for same deed as they also receive same punishment with them for same sin without mere discrimination as a result of gender. This present paper is aimed at exploring and discussing the political positions of women in Islam. As the women especially the Muslim women have been suffered by the hands of the society and partial cultural practices, the misconceptions that women cannot vote or cannot hold an office have hampered the growth of the society and have denied women in exercising their political rights. However Islam has guaranteed the political rights to women 1400 years ago. The present paper discusses the political rights of women as per Islam and its concept in Islamic context.
