Genomes are main reason for growth and surface differences in the plants. All plants grow on basi... more Genomes are main reason for growth and surface differences in the plants. All plants grow on basis of their different surrounding like soil, water, breed of seed, and climatic session. This paper attempts to find stem growth from birth to maturity level of selected plant using image processing technique. Few reasons have been observed commonly by the researchers that some plants could not grow sufficiently as to the other plants of similar breed and age. Images were taken of different stage of bean plant and images of some other plant samples were also included for better assessment. Researchers are trying to understand through their calculative analysis by image processing emulator in MATLAB to view its reasons. Suitable comparison technique is applied to detect their period of growth. Image processing methods like
Restoration, stem or leaves spots, filtering, and plant comparison have applied in MATLAB. Those effects that are not supporting to grow the plants of their similar age group are matter to calculate scientifically later in the future. The observation would help for further support in medicinal science or agricultural science of plant and Bio-chemical.

characteristics and possibilities of a modular and didactic compiler for a Pascal-like programming minilanguage that is super-set of Niklaus Wirth's PL/0. The main feature is that it implements the compiling
phases in such a way that the information delivered to each next one may be reflected as an XML
document, which can be studied separately. It is also shown that its design is suitable for being included as
learning tool into compiler design courses. It is possible to implement a compiler in a high-level language

NEU is one of these higher institutions and as a result seeks to make life comfortable for the international students who come to study there. It is in this vein that this system has been designed with the objective of enabling any new foreign student arriving NEU to acquaint themselves with the new environment and integrate it in less than no time thereby overcoming the fear of the new environment which grips everynewcomer. Key technologies, tools such as Spring MVC/Security, JSF Prime Faces, etc. were carefully chosen for the development of the project. The system development followed the system development life cycle, specifically using the agile methodology. Testing proved that the proposed system is a very responsive and could run well on most browsers.

Irrigation is basically done by humans and generally requires exhaustive physical efforts and involves exposure to errors during irrigation. Despite the advances in the irrigation and its wide spreading applications, irrigation remains majorly manual. Since irrigating is a difficult process especially when irrigating a big piece of land, it is necessary to simplify the process, thus web based system in irrigating was introduced and existing implementations have limitations such as irrigating at wrong hours, continued wastage of water, so prevent all this, a new system that uses a web control to remotely irrigate from a distance has been developed ,therefore main objective of this project is to design and develop a web based irrigation monitoring and control system since it is observed
that this method is more reliable and efficient compared to the existing methods. The developed system is able to automatically receive the moisture levels from the field, responds to the different commands sent by the user to do the irrigation and the user is also able to switch on and off the pump.

However, plant diseases produce low-quality products that adversely affect the country's economy. Machine learning based detection methods for such diseases can reduce these effects. However, these methods involve plant images and usually suffer the curse of dimensionality in terms of features. Features selection improves the performance of machine learning algorithms. Feature selection method aims to find optimal number of features for a machine learning algorithm such as classification, clustering and many more. This work proposed a Modified Sand Cat Swarm Optimization (MSCSO) algorithm based feature selection to find the optimal number of features. The algorithm performs well over other standard algorithm such as GA, PSO, and GWO. The performance of different classifiers are analysed for classification of diseases in tomato leaves based on features selected by MSCSO.

Pen and paper method of data collection although very familiar to field people, but is generates the errors and requires digitization and data cleaning. The software solution surveying is easier mode of ensuring uniformity in data collection, reducing errors and better storage and analysis of data. In this regard, this article gives a clearer picture of the digital tablet based data collection system employed part of the Enhanced Genetics Project across 49 selected Data Recorders (Data Enumerators) in Maharashtra, Uttar Pradesh, Jharkhand, Punjab, Odisha, Gujarat, Andhra Pradesh, Rajasthan, and Bihar. The manual outlines the processes to be fulfilled by the digital mobile based solution, the user interface involved and the software and hardware infrastructure to support such a platform independent system. In this project we have enrolled the 33,293 dairy animals and collecting there production, reproduction, body weight data, as well as, collecting the baseline & herd
management information of that farm. This system increase Data Accuracy GPS (Global Positioning System) enabled data collection system for genomic evolution. This is very unique software solution developed for to collect the structured phenotype data of the dairy animals in Indian conditions on realtime basis. As well, show case the robust data collection system for the Genomic Selection for dairy animal’s initiative. This sub-system also focused on the various activities and operations related to molecular biological laboratory. In this software solution system the two major feedback systems for actively participation of the farmers were participation certificate and Graphical Animal Ranking system for the farmer and animal. The locational data collection with seamless interfacing with the user and the data repository for Genetic Improvement Data collection system. Data capture system was quite successful in gathering field phenotype data for Genetic Improvement Program in the complex dairy production system like India.
