The Administrative Framework for Regulating Plea Dealing in India is provided by the Criminal Pro... more The Administrative Framework for Regulating Plea Dealing in India is provided by the Criminal Procedure Code, 1973. The enormous backlog of criminal cases and the growing number of prisoners being held on preliminary charges have both caused problems for the Indian criminal justice system. The slow, uncomfortable, and expensive preliminary technique typically results in an excessive delay in dismissing the criminal proceedings. In order to address the aforementioned issues, the criminal code was modified in 2005 to incorporate plea bargaining as a productive ADR strategy in India. This study aims to describe the development of plea bargaining in India's legal system as well as how it is applied in the criminal courts. In England, a guilty plea almost always results in a conviction. Innocent defendants may feel pressured to enter guilty pleas because the criminal court system provides strong incentives for them to do so. As a result, it's very much essential that the system of criminal justice has a robust appeals procedure designed to discover and overturn wrongful convictions following a plea of guilty... This research paper contends that, regrettably, it is improbable that this will occur given the present appeal mechanism and the Court of Appeal's attitude toward guilty pleas. Furthermore, it is claimed that the inability to address the possibility of erroneous conviction through a guilty plea is a contributing element in the contradiction and lack of clarity in the meaning set down to the guilty plea at different instances within the criminal justice process.

Maximum application of resources, efficient construction, economical construction and quality improvements costs have become urgent issues, which promotes overall economic development, strives to improve living standards and solves the problems of shortages in resources. Recycling is accepted to be one of the important bases of sustainability. Now days we are trying to utilize all kind of product, whether they are metal, concrete, plastic, wood, or even glass, will eventually turn into wastes that must be disposed. The best possible way to deal with such kind of wastes is to recycling, recovery and reuse them as raw materials or modifiers. This will reduce the drain on the natural resources of the raw materials, and it will reduce the spaces used as landfills. Among all these wastes rubber, this is worldwide used in our daily life by direct or indirect manners. However, the disposal of rubber is not an easy matter. Rubber tires are a non-biodegradable and ductile material that can exist for a long time without any degradation. The issue is growing amount of waste rubber tires has resulted in an environmental big problem. Most of the countries, open burning and using as a fuel are considered the easiest way to get rid of the waste rubber tires, even though these processes may lead to a very serious health hazard. Since the waste rubber tires cannot be biodegradable even after a long period of landfill treatment, material and energy recoveries are viable alternative to the disposal of this solid waste. Several investigations were carried out on the use of scrap tire particles in cement concrete. In this study rubber tires (waste) were used to replace natural aggregate depending on the fineness of particles. Concrete has become the most widely accepted and used construction material in civil engineering industry, the incorporation of waste rubber tire particles in concrete would be a very good and promising way to utilize the large quantities of waste rubber. Waste rubber tire used as particles in concrete would not only make a use of such waste materials but also help to improve some concrete properties. The concrete containing rubber reflects excellent flexibility, ductility and energy absorbency as compared with conventional or controlled concrete. Tire rubber is preferable for use in self-consolidating concrete since it effectively interacts with cement matrix to produce high flow ability along with good cohesiveness. This work studies the effects of worn rubber tire as aggregate and filler as a partial replacement of coarse and fine aggregate in the cement concrete. The primary aim of this study was to evaluate the strength and durability property of rubberized concrete. This Study has shown that replacing some percentage of natural aggregates by waste rubber causes significant change in properties of concrete. The properties studied are 7days, 28days compressive strengths, flexural strength, Modulus of rupture and expensive properties etc.

Most often when we need to match a pattern exact matching is not possible, due to insufficient data, broken data, or other such reasons. So we try to find a close match instead of an exact match. And for this we need to find the distance between two strings. We have different approaches for the same such as edit distance in the form of Hamming distance, Levenshstien distance, Dameru-Levenshstein distance, Jaro-Winkler distance and Longest Common Subsequence (LCS). Different algorithms have been made for these different approaches, and we will try to analyze some of these algorithms.

The LCS problem has an optimal substructure: the problem can be broken down into smaller, simple "subproblems", which can be broken down into yet simpler subproblems, and so on, until, finally, the solution becomes trivial. The LCS problem also has overlapping subproblems: the solution to a higher subproblem depends on the solutions to several of the lower subproblems. Problems with these two properties—optimal substructure and overlapping subproblems—can be approached by a problem-solving technique called dynamic programming, in which the solution is built up starting with the simplest subproblems. The LCS in computer science is used approximate string matching. The approximate string matching is the technique of finding strings that match a pattern approximately (rather than exactly). Most often when we need to match a pattern exact matching is not possible, due to insufficient data, broken data, or other such reasons. So we try to find a close match instead of an exact match. In theoretical computer science, automata theory is the study of abstract machines and the computational problems that can be solved using these abstract machines. These abstract machines are called automata. Finite automata can be deterministic and non-deterministic. Every regular language that is described by non-deterministic finite automata can also be described by deterministic finite automata. Regular expressions [6] also denote regular languages, which consists of strings of particular type. The patterns of strings described by regular expression are exactly same as what can be described by finite automata. It means every formal language defined by any finite automata is also defined by a regular expression.

Eight person from ten have diabeties, so the data in the hospital is increasing day by day. A huge amount of data has to be handled and for that we are using classification and clustering techniques which classifies the data and forms the clusters as well as we developed a tool for Apriori which predicts the strong rules. The tool is developed using .NET framework. For Clustering and Classification WEKA tool is used for extracting the results.

There is growing awareness that continuous skill-upgradation and development is enormously vital not only for staff retention, quality of manpower and both quantity and quality of output, but is also important for accelerated growth and development of the entire organization. Banking sector has to develop the enormous sense of responsibility and accountability for the trust and confidence society places on them because of their assumed leadership role as provider of the most crucial resource for commerce, trade and industry speedily facilitating their economic growth and development. Banking ethics can be briefly described as honesty, integrity, impartiality, trustworthiness, fairness and compatibility to the banking regulations, and overall transparency. Ethical training and ethical behavior must replicate the " occupation band " — customization of ethical training to the employee's range, supremacy, and position. No immunity to anyone including senior management from training requirements.

But now days its application is increases in almost every sector of the science like mechanical parts development, civil construction, transportation, bio medical applications, electrical motor parts making, efficiently used for rock breaking and food beverages. So this process got very much attention from the researcher. The many experiment were conducted on different process parameter of the water jet cutting and abrasive water jet cutting like on the impact pressure, nozzle diameters and velocities, Jet velocity and cutting depth. But now the researcher moved their experiment towards the jet angle and material properties. This process still has scope for advance development in its control system and process parameters relation with machining quality. There is no constraint on applications of water jet machine when material properties are taken in record which makes it most wonderful procedure. This is open field for new era educated people to utilize it in various range all alone reason. In this paper author try to understand the basics of water jet cutting process and parametric effects. Searching for its utilization as water-jet grinding, water-jet milling and water-jet turning also.
