Faktor yang mempengaruhi return saham diantaranya Arus Kas Operasi dan Laba Akuntansi, adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh Arus Kas Operasi terhadap Return Saham (2) Pengaruh Laba Akuntansi terhadap Return Saham (3) Seberapa besar pengaruh Arus Kas Operasi dan Laba Akuntansi terhadap Return Saham pada PT.Ultrajaya Milk Industry and Tranding Company Tbk., Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah Studi Dokumentasi dan Studi Kepustakaan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan explonatory. Alat analisis yang digunakan adalah Regresi Linier Berganda. Learning outcomes are a problem in this study, because learning is one way to measure the success... more Learning outcomes are a problem in this study, because learning is one way to measure the success of the learning processs, educators must immediately find various efforts to achieve success, the low learning outcomes are motivated by several factors including the right type of learning model used by educators, as for the objectivies of this research is to find out 1) Differences in student learning outcomes using the Two Stay Two Stray type of cooperative learning model in the initial measurement (pretest) and final measurement (posttest) in the experimental class. 2) Differences in student learning outcomes using the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type cooperative learning model in the pretest and posttest in the control class. 3) Differences in student learning outcomes using the Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) cooperative learning model and those using the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type in the final measurement (posttest). The research method used is an experiment using the N-Gain formula and the t-test. The population in this study were students of class X IPS MAN 2 Cilacap with the sampling technique used, namely Non Probability Sampling in the form of Porpusive Sampling. This research produces several conclusions as follows: 1) There were differences in student learning outcomes using the Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) cooperative learning model in the initial measurement (pretest) and the final measurement (posttest) 2) There are differences in student learning outcomes using the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type cooperative learning model in the initial measurement (pretest) and the final assessment (posttest) 3) There are differences in the learning outcomes of students using the Two Stay Two Stray (TS-TS) type cooperative learning model with those using the Team Assisted Individualization (TAI) type in the final measurement (posttest) based on the t-test.
