It is often discovered by chance, as it is usually asymptomatic. Its diagnosis is made by endoscopy, aided by imaging and requires histological confirmation. Its treatment of choice is surgical. We report the observation of an 80-year-old woman who consulted for dysphagia and hematemesis, in whom the thoraco-abdomino-pelvic scanner revealed a large mass in the lower third of the thoracic and abdominal esophagus. The interest of this case lies in the impressive character of the volume of the tumor and its telling scannographic semiology.

This fact is illustrated through our observation of a 36-year-old man admitted after a head injury, during his hospitalization the diagnosis of aortic coarctation was made following hypertensive peaks resistant to antihypertensive drugs.

These states can have some letal complications (dissection, thrombosis). However, only a few studies have found an association with lung cancer. We will first report a case of 52 years old who have this association suspected first on chest X-Ray and confirmed later by chest angio-CT scan, which showed an aberrant dilated subclavian artery on its proximal segment. Then we will give some information about the right-sided aortic arch with the kommerel diverticulum and discuss the case.
