This type of research used in this research is a type of quantitative research. This quantitative research approach is used by researchers because it was collected either through observation or through a questionnaire (questionnaire), then described in the form of numbers. The results of this study are from the results of the above research that promotion has no effect on the motivation to save at Bank Muamalat Boalemo Branch. Evidenced by the regression test results Promotion coefficient (X1) of -0.130. The negative coefficient value indicates that (X1) against (Y) has no positive effect. This research is a type of descriptive research with a qualitative approach. Data collection methods used in this study were observation, in-depth interviews (indept interviews) and documentation. The data analysis technique used in qualitative research is carried out before entering the field, during the field and after completing the field. The results showed that the organizational strategy in stunting handling was considered to be very supportive of stunting handling and was considered to have supported effective stunting management. Program strategies in handling stunting were less capable in handling stunting in reducing stunting rates in Bualo Village. and reducing the stunting rate in Bualo Village. The institutional strategy in handling stunting is maximized because it is still improving the handling of stunting in Bualo Village.

This study uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The informants in this research were the Social Office, Head of Sub-District, Sangadi and community who received RTLH assistance. Data analysis through data reduction, display data and conclusion drawing/verification. The results showed the stages of implementation which included: Proposal verification, location assessment, socialization, location determination and verification of potential beneficiaries are deemed not maximally successful. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on the quality of learning in SMP N... more This study aims to determine the effect of teacher competence on the quality of learning in SMP Negeri 5 Gorontalo.This type of research is descriptive research with a quantitative approach. The type of data used is primary data and secondary data with data sourced from observations, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study amounted to 30 teachers.The results of this study were hypothesis testing in order to be able to test the influence of teacher competence on the quality of learning to have a positive and significant effect on the quality of learning at SMP Negeri 5 Gorontalo. This is shown from the analysis of hypothesis testing data, resulting in a positive regression coefficient of 0.459 and a significant level of 0.459 > 0.05 so that it can be concluded that teacher competence has a positive effect on the quality of learning in SMP Negeri 5 Gorontalo.

The method used is a qualitative method with descriptive analysis. Data collection tools are to use observation guidelines, and interviews and documentation. The results of the study are:1) the causes of children dropping out of school, characterized by poor economic conditions, low parental education levels, children's desire to help their parents work, and due to peer influence; 2) efforts to overcome school dropouts are still lacking, marked by a lack of motivation and assistance from parents in the child's learning process, lack of parental supervision and encouragement, parents also let children work to help ease the workload of parents, but parents do not indulge. children by giving excessive pocket money.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implikasi Evaluasi Kinerja Pen... more Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis implikasi Evaluasi Kinerja Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah di Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Utara; 2) untuk mengetahui dan meng analisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Evaluasi Kinerja Penyeleng-garaan Pemerintahan Daerah (EKPPD) di Kabupaten Bolaang Mong-ondow Utara. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis pene-litian deskriptif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis da-ta dilakukan melalui tahapan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarik-an kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) implikasi Evaluasi Ki-nerja Penyelenggaraan Pemerintahan Daerah (EKPPD) Kabupaten Bol-aang Mongondow Utara berdasarkan fokus penelitian lima aspek yang di teliti pada inspektorat daerah sudah sesuai dengan jenis data yang di-minta oleh bagian tata pemerintahan.
