Permasalahan transportasi saat ini tengah terjadi hampir di seluruh kota besar di dunia, bahkan s... more Permasalahan transportasi saat ini tengah terjadi hampir di seluruh kota besar di dunia, bahkan sudah dalam keadaan sangat kritis yang menyebabkan terjadinya kemacetan, tundaan dan permasalahan lingkungan yang tidak terelakkan lagi. Sehingga banyak pihak yang harus terlibat untuk memberikan solusi dan memperbaikinya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sebuah model ( framework ) prioritas kebijakan dengan enam kriteria, yaitu : energi, lingkungan, ekonomi, sosial, teknologi dan politik serta lima tahapan ; interview dengan pakar, pemetaan masalah, perankingan kriteria, perangkingan alternatif, dan uji sensitivitas hasil perankingan. Alternatif yang diajukan adalah : penerapan ITS ( Intelligence Transport System ), perbaikan fasilitas angkutan umum, pembangunan jalur sepeda ( non-motorize ), pengadaan BRT ( Bus Rapid Transit ), LRT ( Light Rail Transit ), pengadaan transportasi sungai, dan penerapan Electronic Road Pricing (ERP). Pada penelitian ini, Kota Surabaya digunakan sebagai validasi model, dengan menerap kan metode Multicriteria Decision Making (MCDM) sebagai alat bantu pengambilan keputusan karena dianggap mampu mengakomodasi banyak kriteria yang bertentangan. Hasil validasi model menunjukkan adanya perbedaan hasil prioritas perencanaan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah Kota Surabaya, di mana pembangunan jalur sepeda ( non-motorize ) adalah langkah yang perlu dilakukan untuk mengurangi penggunaan energi yang berlebihan, pemanasan global dan dukungan terhadap pengadaan transportasi massal seperti BRT dan LRT. The excessive use of resources leads to increase the production costs and wasted materials. It al... more The excessive use of resources leads to increase the production costs and wasted materials. It also resulted in a decrease in the level of the company’s production efficiency. However, it is not easy to identify the problem of waste. Small batik industry in Magetan city which is famous for Batik Tulis Pring Sedapur pattern is also one of the business which is until now still looking for the inefficiency of the production process so that the daily output is less than optimal. Therefore, the interviews are conducted repeatedly to the expert to identify the cause’s problem of the daily output unpredictability. The result of these interviews will be an input to be used for data processing of AHP model. The criteria for the decision-making to choose the alternatives include: time, cost, and output. The porpose of this research is to calculate the value of productivity carried out in the product... more The porpose of this research is to calculate the value of productivity carried out in the production of Baut Hexagon Nut M10X 60MM that have applied the Just in Time method. Machine productivity calculations are carried out using Manufacturing Cycle Effectiveness (MCE) to reduce non-value-added processes. The results of research conducted from January to December 2017 showed an increase in the MCE value of 35%, and productivity increased by 139.75 kg / hour for one year. The calculation shows that MCE is very effective for use in planning and improving value-added activities.
