This paper is a preliminary attempt to analyse the results of implementing the transdisciplinary ... more This paper is a preliminary attempt to analyse the results of implementing the transdisciplinary approach in teaching English professional spoken interaction to mediators at the universities of Ukraine within emergency remote teaching. The study aims to broaden current knowledge of the transdisciplinary approach in Ukrainian university case study. The authors focused on the main characteristics of the transdisciplinary approach and elaborated the Triple Helix: English for specific purposes, mediation field, and stakeholders to ensure penetration of mediation knowledge, skills, and abilities into the knowledge, skills, and abilities of English for Specific Purposes (ESP). There are 42 future mediators who took part in the research. The stages and aims of the transdisciplinary approach in teaching English professional spoken interaction to mediators are identified. Attention is paid to the analysis of key notions and concepts of social inclusion in education, and the challenges associated with the implementation of inclusion strategies. This paper investigates the advantages and disadvantages of inclusive communication strategies implementation in ESP courses. The choice justified by its communicative orientation and focus on social interaction. One hundred and ten internally displaced students and fifteen ESP teachers participated in the study. The study presents the results gained from interviews with Ukrainian students and ESP teachers from Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute. The bilateral sight translation training may be carried out as a special course or may be integrated into the curriculum. Three domains that need the sight translation are introduced. The definition to the sight translation is given. The language and psychological actions that are important for implementation of bilateral sight translation course are presented. The list of basic knowledge provided during sight translation training to future translators is considered. Two models of the sight translation training are described. The stages of the sight translation training process are highlighted. O artigo investiga os fatores de deformação profissional da personalidade de um professor do ensi... more O artigo investiga os fatores de deformação profissional da personalidade de um professor do ensino médio. A atenção é dada às crescentes exigências da dinâmica dos processos globais que ocorrem no espaço educacional moderno, à personalidade e às atividades do professor. As observações mostram que o desempenho diário das funções profissionais dos professores ao longo de muitos anos molda hábitos, mentalidades e estilos de comunicação, e o indivíduo adquire certos traços que podem ser considerados desarmônicos. Constatou-se que a deformação profissional se manifesta em mudanças nos parâmetros das características pessoais do professor, o que acaba por provocar uma alteração no seu funcionamento. Com base na análise teórica, são identificados os fatores internos que determinam a manifestação da deformação profissional da personalidade do professor. The paper investigates approaches to the construction of tasks to develop creative thinking and criteria for creativity assessment. Надано визначення поняття «переклад». Розкрито сутність перекладу як багатогранного процесу й визначено його специфічні особливості. Виділено основні фази процесу перекладу з психолінгвістичної точки зору. Охарактеризовано науково-технічний стиль на основі якого здійснюється навчання перекладу. Among all types of accidents, those caused by motor vehicle responsible for loss of large number ... more Among all types of accidents, those caused by motor vehicle responsible for loss of large number of life and head injury tend to be most serious. The present prospective study was undertaken in the Department of Forensic Medicine, Institute of Medical sciences, Banaras Hindu University from 1 st August 2015 to 31 st July 2016 on 150 cases of road traffic accidents who died due to injuries sustained to head and brain. Most of accidents had taken place during evening hours (16:00-20:00Hrs). Male predominated over female in the ratio of about 5:1. Majority of deceased of fatal head injury was from Hindu (89%) community. The most vulnerable age group was found to be 21-30 years. Two wheeler occupants were most commonly involved followed by pedestrian. Most of the road traffic accidents happened to occur in rural areas i.e. 81.3% on national highways. Skull fractures present in 62% of cases. Most of the victims of fatal head injury were survived for more than 24 Hrs to one week. In most of the cases linear fracture was observed (22.7). Among intracranial hemorrhage subdural hemorrhage was seen in 43% and combination of subdural and subarachnoid hemorrhage in 20% of cases.

The paper explores the role of web-based applications during creativity development in English for Specific Purposes classes. The attention is paid to the analysis of organizational levels of creative thinking development and concepts of creativity. This paper discusses how to achieve creative thinking during distance learning in English for Specific Purposes classes. The sample was 310 bachelor students from two Ukrainian universities. The sample was selected on the basis of the stratified sampling technique. The instruments were used F-test, the Likert-type scale test, and interviews. The study presents the results gained from interviews with Ukrainian students and results of creativity tests passed by students.
