Нагорнокарабахский конфликт-один из самых ожесточенных территориальных споров на постсоветском пространстве. В 1994 г. в силу вступил Бишкекский протокол, положивший конец кровопролитию. С августа 2014 г. началась эскалация конфликта, которая может привести к цепной реакции и выйти за пределы Южного Кавказа, что отрицательно скажется на безопасности всего региона. Кризис на Украине обострил армяно-азербайджанское противостояние, увеличилось количество столкновений, с обеих сторон все чаще стали произноситься призывы к военному решению спора. Материалы и методы: в качестве материалов исследования использовались труды экспертов по нагорнокарабахскому конфликту, заявления официальных лиц, политиков, общественных деятелей; применены сравнительно-политологический, семантический, сценарный и другие методы. Результаты исследования: проанализировано воздействие украинского кризиса на конфликт в Нагорном Карабахе. Исследована степень заинтересованности сторон в его эскалации, а также влияние на конфликт заинтересованных стран. Показана несостоятельность формата Минской группы по урегулированию конфликта.

The constructive image of a territory in the modern world determines its competitiveness and the possibility of various preferences in the form of subsidies from the federal center, investments from business, an increasing tourist flow, etc. Building the image is a complex process of interference of evolutionary and historical development and the existing background. The visual appearance of the regions and its transformation are associated with the images of the head/governor who acts both as the subject and the object of image-making. Materials and Methods. The methodology was based on historical-evolutionary, axiological and hermeneutic approaches, comparative, systemic and structural-functional analysis. Цель исследования-выявление характерных особенностей фактического имиджа Республики Мордовия, исх... more Цель исследования-выявление характерных особенностей фактического имиджа Республики Мордовия, исходя из результатов опроса экспертов (представителей государственной власти и управления региона, научных и образовательных центров, социокультурных учреждений, СМИ и др.), а также на основании анализа статистических показателей территории, событийной составляющей и т.д., влияющих на формирование имиджа региона. Научная новизна заключается в рассмотрении имиджа Республики Мордовия в тесной взаимосвязи с философской категорией восприятия его разными целевыми аудиториями, в частности респондентамиэкспертами, а также в выявлении его актуальных показателей. В результате доказано, что республиканский имидж находится в состоянии перехода от простого уровня к базовому. Высокие оценки территория получает в позициях, значимых для внешних целевых аудиторий (прежде всего туристов). Для населения региона важен показатель качества жизни населения, который имеет средние экспертные оценки и усугубляется реальным уровнем доходов населения, покупательской способностью и др., что способствует усилению противоречивости между первичным и вторичным имиджем, а также приводит к снижению релевантности имиджевых направлений, продвигаемых региональной властью. The processes of integration of Western and Eastern cultural components into the Russian legal system are considered. The author notes that the Russian legal system was formed not only as a Eurasian civilization, but also on its own unique, cultural, historical, spiritual basis, which determines its main difference from other legal systems.

The aim of the article is to identify the nature of the influence of European law on Russian lega... more The aim of the article is to identify the nature of the influence of European law on Russian legal system, carried out in the framework of the impact on the Russian legislation, the Russian Federation's participation in the European legal processes and the traditional reception of the positive European experience in the field of law. Package and systemic approaches are used as the methodological basis of research to the analysis of the legal problems associated with the international obligations resulting from the need to implement the European legal standards into the Russian legal system. In the article the thesis is substantiated according to which the influence of European law on the legal system of Russia is the Europeanization of the Russian legal culture in general, as well as in the modernization of legislation on the basis of European standards and the Europeanisation of the Russian judicial practice.

The purpose of the article is to study patriotism in the system of value orientations of students... more The purpose of the article is to study patriotism in the system of value orientations of students, as well as tools for forming patriotic consciousness in the perspective of improving the state policy of Russia. The value core of student youth includes mainly intangible personal values; patriotism is included in the system "We are the feelings". The vulnerabilities are proposed to be leveled by changing the conceptual approaches, technologies for organizing civil and patriotic education; the complexity of the impact of various socialization agents is important. Public policy should be adjusted through monitoring of the federal cross-section as well as through the analysis of private cases of educational institutions.
