The effect of controlling And Discipline Work on employees performance in Department of Transportation Office of Samarinda Regency. Supervised by: Dr. Yonathan Pongtuluran, SE., M. Agr dan Syaharuddin Y, SE., MM. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of controlling and discipline work on employees performance. The research was conducted at the Department of Transportation Office of Samarinda Regency. The sampling method using saturation sampling. Sampling respondents in this study amounted to 60 people. The analysis technique used is Multiple Regression, analysis processed using SPSS version 21. The result of this study show that: 1) Controlling has a positive but has no significant effect on employees performance, 2) Discipline work has a positive and significant effect on employees performance.
