Sample categorized with sampling convenience method and purposive sampling. Data Collection efforted by giving list of question to the respondent that is contains about E-Service Quality, E-Satisfaction, and E-trust. This research use Moderator Regression Analysis (MRA). In the other side, T Test and F-Test are used to the asked hypothesis. This result of partially regression coefficience test with T test shows that E-Service Quality, E-Satisfaction, also interaction between them influence significantly to E-Student Trust. In the other side coefficien regression with F test is result shows that variable of E-Service Quality, E-Satisfaction also interaction between them in the influence to E-Trust. Variable of E-Service Quality, E-Satisfaction also interaction between them are able to explain E-Trust variable up 75,9% and the rest is 24,1% caused by another variable that is not included in the research model. Increasing the E-Service Quality and E-Satisfaction of students needs to be done in order to improve the E-Trust of students in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Ahmad Dahlan University.

Buku ini berisi tentang analisis multivariate yang berhubungan dengan metode metode statistik yang secara bersama sama (simultan) melakukan analisis terhadap lebih dari dua variabel pada setiap objek atau orang dengan menggunakan program SPSS Versi 20 karena diharapkan dari mempelajari dan mempraktekkan buku ini mahasiswa dapat menyusun skripsi dan menggunakan alat-alat statistik di dalam membantu pengolahan data penelitian. The sample was determined by convenience sampling and purposive sampling methods. The data was collected by quisioner providing a list of questions to the respondents which contained the quality of service, student satisfaction and student loyalty. This study also analyses the effect of health protocol and fulfilment on online purchase intention. Design/methodology/approach – This study is a quantitative study with a student population in Yogyakarta. From the total population, 170 respondents were taken by random sampling method. The data in this study are primary data obtained through the distribution of questionnaires. From the data obtained, analysis was carried out using the Structural Equation Model method using Partial Least Square with Smart-PLS software. Findings – The results of the analysis in this study indicate that knowledge of COVID-19 is able to have a significant influence on the implementation of health protocols and fulfilment, but knowledge of COVID-19 is not able to significantly influence online purchase intention. This study aims to determine the presence or absence of influence operational cost budget and rev... more This study aims to determine the presence or absence of influence operational cost budget and revenue budget to financial performance based on return on assets (ROA) at PT Madubaru Yogyakarta in the year 2012-2016. In this study there are three variables, namely budget operational (X1), revenue budget (X2), and ROA (Y). Research methods what I use is the quantitative analysis method, the type of data it uses secondary data, data collection techniques used are documentation and Interview. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression with SPSS program version 20. The results showed that the budget Operational and income budgets affect return on assets (ROA) seen with an R value of 0.962. Partially operational budget has no effect on ROA and income budget has an effect on ROA.
