It has become a public health problem in school adolescents (10-19 years old), specially girls of the age group 12-14, due to vague knowledge of human sexuality and scarce information received at home and educational institutions. Therefore, it is essential and mandatory to adopt and adequate sexual education programs that meet the needs and concerns about teenage pregnancy as a means of prevention in secondary schools in Venezuela.
Research is a methodological process in which a researcher's interest is investigated and inv... more Research is a methodological process in which a researcher's interest is investigated and investigated exhaustively, whether under the qualitative, quantitative or socio-critical approach, with aims aimed at solving said problem in the field scientific, humanistic and technological. The objective of this document was to analyze the Mixed Method of Research (MMI), from its conceptualization, procedure and importance of its applicability in the investigative work. The methodology used to approach this essay was exhaustive documentary research, which consisted in reviewing bibliographic material on the object of study to perform an analysis of the selected contents. It is concluded that this method allows the synergy between different styles of thought for the obtaining and validation of scientific knowledge, favoring the methodological hybridization of the study problem, without letting escape the minimum detail of it, to establish objective conclusions of objective and subjective.

The objective of this test was to analyze the Perspective Epistemological Phenomenological, as well as its importance and applicability in scientific research, from the philosophical, ontological and epistemological view, in the view of Edmund Husserl, Martin Heidegger and Schütz Alfred, using a qualitative approach to documentary-bibliographic type, by using the hermeneutical method for interpreting the theoretical meanings. It isconcluded that the phenomenological perspective, based his study on real objects and ideals and favors the subjectivity of the individual under study, through reflection and lived in everyday life experiences. The methodology used was exhaustive documentary research, where a review and classification of the most interesting articles on the subject was made, where the opinion of the cited researchers and the author's own ideas are exposed. It is concluded that fundamental social rights are essential to establish legal-social mechanisms in favor of social coexistence and the promotion of life as the backbone of society. La metodologia usada fue la investigacion documental hermeneutica, donde se realizo una discriminacion de leyes y articulos relacionados con el medio ambiente para su analisis de contenido, usando como referencia la Constitucion de la Republica Bolivariana de Venezuela, la Ley Organica del Ambiente y la normativa del Fondo Internacional para el Desarrollo Agricola. Se concluye que Venezuela esta lejos del cumplimiento parcial de las normas analizadas y se insta a las autoridades gubernamentales, sector privado y ciudadania a colaborar en el cuidado del medio ambiente. El presente documento, es un ensayo reflexivo cuyo objetivo es analizar la "Investigacion Cu... more El presente documento, es un ensayo reflexivo cuyo objetivo es analizar la "Investigacion Cualitativa desde el enfoque Emic-Etic". Para ello, se exploran los conceptos de investigacion cualitativa y la relacion con los terminos Emic y Etic, asi como, la importancia de la misma en el quehacer cientifico del investigador. Se utilizo la investigacion documental exhaustiva, para el analisis hermeneutico de diversas publicaciones cientificas relacionadas con la tematica de estudio. Se concluye, que la investigacion cualitativa sustenta su vision metodologica en base al enfoque Emic-Etic, donde interactuan las versiones y opiniones de los participantes y el investigador respecto a los hechos y fenomenos de estudio, para construir la realidad de manera cooperativa.

Esta problematica ambiental, ha generado un desequilibrio ecologico de los componentes bioticos y abioticos del estuario mas grande del continente americano y el mas importante del occidente venezolano desde el punto de vista biologico, socioeconomico y politico, debido a sus riquezas naturales y a la ubicacion geografica del mismo. Por ello, la presente revision, ofrece una vision panoramica sobre el impacto del estres termico sobre la produccion de pollos de engorde de Venezuela.
Con la finalidad de evaluar los factores asociados al embarazo precoz en una muestra seleccionada... more Con la finalidad de evaluar los factores asociados al embarazo precoz en una muestra seleccionada de 8 estudiantes de un liceo del Municipio Miranda, durante el ano escolar 2010-2011, se realizo un estudio retrospectivo, descriptivo y de caso, donde las chicas fueron encuestadas y entrevistadas personalmente, por medio de un instrumento con respuestas mixtas, donde se evaluo el comportamiento sexual, nivel de informacion sobre el embarazo precoz y los factores asociados al mismo. Para el analisis e interpretacion de los datos, se siguieron los criterios planteados por Delgado y Gutierrez (1998) junto a la utilizacion de la estadistica descriptiva con el programa Microsoft Excel 2010. Los resultados mostraron que la edad de inicio de relaciones sexuales fue de 15 anos con una edad promedio de embarazo de 16 anos. Se concluye, que el embarazo adolescente es producto del bajo nivel de informacion, asociado con factores individuales, familiares y socioculturales.

The methodology used was the bibliographic review of those selected texts that are related to the subject in question. Addressing from the definition of low self-esteem, to its symptoms, physiological repercussions and some final considerations. It is concluded that this critical emotional episode should be dealt with in a timely manner by psychology specialists, to avoid the general deterioration of physical and mental health.

The world is facing a new highly pathogenic coronavirus, the clinical picture of which changes dramatically depending on the immune status of the patient. The objective of this article was to capture the biological generalities and particularities of the new coronavirus (COVID-19). Likewise, the clinical manifestations of this virus and the prophylactic measures issued by the health agencies in charge of combating this pandemic are detailed.
Down Syndrome (DS), it is one of the most frequent chromosomal abnormalities in humans congenital... more Down Syndrome (DS), it is one of the most frequent chromosomal abnormalities in humans congenital type, being free trisomy 21 (+21), the most important in the clinical diagnosis of this pathology. This article describes and analyzes a case study of a Venezuelan female patient 24 hours old, who was referred to consultation genetics submit to physical examination: oblique fissures, led nostrils upward, protrusion of tongue, and small ears. Underwent chromosomal mapping (karyotype) through G banding technique, cardiology studies, hearing and vision. The results showed 47,XX +21 in all metaphase cells analyzed. Also, the cardiac evaluation revealed no congenital heart disease. Similarly, neonatal hearing screening and ophthalmologic examination were within normal parameters. We conclude that the patient has trisomy 21, no findings of consequences resulting from this chromosome disorder. It is recommended that a neurological stimulation and early monitoring to evaluate psychomotor activity.
